Transition metal-based layered double hydroxides(LDHs)have been capable of working efficiently as catalysts in the basic oxygen evolution reaction(OER)for sustaining hydrogen production of alkaline water electrolysis....Transition metal-based layered double hydroxides(LDHs)have been capable of working efficiently as catalysts in the basic oxygen evolution reaction(OER)for sustaining hydrogen production of alkaline water electrolysis.Nevertheless,exploring new LDH-based electrocatalysts featuring both remarkable activity and good stability is still in high demand,which is pivotal for comprehensive understanding and impressive improvement of the sluggish OER kinetics.Here,a series of bimetallic(Co and Mo)LDH arrays were designed and fabricated via a facile and controlled strategy by incorporating a Mo source into presynthesized Co-based metal-organic framework(MOF)arrays on carbon cloth(CC),named as ZIF-67/CC arrays.We found that tuning the Mo content resulted in gradual differences in the structural properties,surface morphology,and chemical states of the resulting catalysts,namely CoMox-LDH/CC(x representing the added weight of the Mo source).Gratifyingly,the best-performing CoMo_(0.20)-LDH/CC electrocatalyst demonstrates a low overpotential of only 226 mV and high stability at a current density of 10 mA·cm^(−2),which is superior to most LDH-based OER catalysts reported previously.Furthermore,it only required 1.611 V voltage to drive the overall water splitting device at the current density of 10 mA·cm^(−2).The present study represents a significant advancement in the development and applications of new OER catalysts.展开更多

In this study, an antenna array composed of 9 antennas is applied to the detection. The double constrained robust capon beamforming (DCRCB) algorithm is used for reconstructing the breast image due to its better stability and high signal-to-interference-plus-noise ratio (SINR). The successful detection of a tumor of 2 mm in diameter shown in the reconstruction demonstrates the robustness of the DCRCB beamforming algorithm. A joint parameter estimation algorithm of direction of arrival(DOA), f...The nonuniform L-shaped spatially spread loop and dipole(SSLD) array whose inter-element spacing is greater than half a wavelength is studied. A joint parameter estimation algorithm of direction of arrival(DOA), frequency and polarization is presented for plane-wave signals. The direct sampling and the corresponding delayed sampling data are used to construct the data correlation matrix. On the basis of the subspace theory and the least square method, the frequency and the steering vector of the whole array are obtained. According to the relationship of the array manifold vector between electric dipoles and magnetic loops,the polarization parameters are given. The unambiguous phase estimates are acquired by applying virtual baseline array transformation to the spatial steering vectors, and they are used as coarse references to disambiguate the cyclic phase ambiguities in phase differences between two adjacent array elements on the array,then the high accuracy DOA estimates are obtained. Closed-form solutions for each parameter are obtained. This method has advantages of lower calculation complexity and no parameter matching. The experiment results verify the effectiveness and feasibility of the presented algorithm.展开更多
The drive towards shorter design cycles for analog integrated circuits has given impetus to the development of Field Programmable Analog Arrays(FPAAs),which are the analogue counterparts of Field Programmable Gate Arr...The drive towards shorter design cycles for analog integrated circuits has given impetus to the development of Field Programmable Analog Arrays(FPAAs),which are the analogue counterparts of Field Programmable Gate Arrays(FPGAs).In this paper,we present a new design methodology which using FPAA as a powerful analog front-end processing platform in the smart sensory microsystem.The proposed FPAA contains 16 homogeneous mixed-grained Configurable Analog Blocks(CABs) which house a variety of processing elements especially the proposed fine-grained Core Configurable Amplifiers(CCAs).The high flexible CABs allow the FPAA operating in both continuous-time and discrete-time approaches suitable to support variety of sensors.To reduce the nonideal parasitic effects and save area,the fat-tree interconnection network is adopted in this FPAA.The functionality of this FPAA is demonstrated through embedding of voltage and capacitive sensor signal readout circuits and a configurable band pass filter.The minimal detectable voltage and capacitor achieves 38 uV and 8.3 aF respectively within 100 Hz sensor bandwidth.The power consumption comparison of CCA in three applications shows that the FPAA has high power efficiency.And the simulation results also show that the FPAA has good tolerance with wide PVT variations.展开更多
Delivering high areal capacitance(CA)at high rates is crucial but challenging for flexible supercapacitors.CA is the product of areal loading mass(MA)and gravimetric capacitance(CW).Finding and understanding the balan...Delivering high areal capacitance(CA)at high rates is crucial but challenging for flexible supercapacitors.CA is the product of areal loading mass(MA)and gravimetric capacitance(CW).Finding and understanding the balance between MA and CW of supercapacitor materials is significant for designing high-CA electrodes.Herein,we have systematically studied the correlation between MA and CW of the nanosheet arrays of NiCo-layered double hydroxide(NiCo-LDH),which were electrodeposited on carbon cloth with different heights to adjust the MA,accompanied by the interlayer distance regulation to improve the CW.The optimal CW performance is achieved at the best charge transfer kinetics for each of MA series.The NiCo-LDH electrode with the suitable MA(2.58 mg cm^(-2))and the relatively high CW(1918 F g^(-1) at 5 A g^(-1) and 400 F g^(-1) at 150 A g^(-1))present a high CA of 4948 mF cm^(-2) at 12.9 mA cm^(-2) and a record-high 1032 mF cm^(-2) among LDHs-based flexible electrodes at an ultrahigh current density of 387 mA cm^(-2).The corresponding flexible supercapacitor coupled with activated carbon delivers a high energy density of 0.28 mWh cm^(-2) at an ultrahigh power density of 712 mW cm^(-2),showing great potential applications.展开更多

To reduce the side-lobe level of L-shaped expansion array and improve the output signal to interference and noise ratio(SINR),the algorithm of side-lobe constraint based on minimum variance distortionless response(MVD...To reduce the side-lobe level of L-shaped expansion array and improve the output signal to interference and noise ratio(SINR),the algorithm of side-lobe constraint based on minimum variance distortionless response(MVDR-SC)is proposed.Firstly,the approach of mixing diagonal loading and Mailloux-Zatman(DLMZ)is used to taper the covariance matrix of the expansion array.Then,the second order cone programming(SOCP)obtained by constructing a new matrix is used to control the beam side-lobe.Finally,the new adaptive weight numbers are constructed by adjusting the proportion between DLMZ and SOCP.Simulation results show that the MVDR-SC algorithm can effectively reduce the side-lobe of beamforming under the L-shaped expansion array and obtain a larger output SINR.At the same time,it has good robustness to the mutual coupling error.展开更多

Given an initial tile L(l, h, x, y), Aguil5 et al. define a discrete iteration L(p) = L(l + 2p, h + 2p, x + p, y + p), p = 0, 1, 2,..., over L-shapes (equivalently over double commutative-step digraphs), and obtain an orbit generated by L(l, h, x,y), which is said to be a procreating k-tight tile if L(p)(p = 0, 1, 2, ~ ~ ~ ) are all k-tight tiles. They classify the set of L-shaped tiles by its behavior under the above-mentioned discrete dynamics and obtain some procreating tiles of double commutative-step digraphs. In this work, with an approach proposed by Li and Xu et al., we define some new discrete iteration over L-shapes and classify the set of tiles by the procreating condition. We also propose some approaches to find infinite families of realizable k-tight tiles starting from any realizable k-tight L-shaped tile L(l, h, x, y), 0 ≤ y - x ≤ 2k + 2. Estimation and control problems with binary-valued observations exist widely in practical systems.However,most of the related works are devoted to finite impulse response(FIR for short)systems,and the theoretical prob...Estimation and control problems with binary-valued observations exist widely in practical systems.However,most of the related works are devoted to finite impulse response(FIR for short)systems,and the theoretical problem of infinite impulse response(IIR for short)systems has been less explored.To study the estimation problems of IIR systems with binary-valued observations,the authors introduce a projected recursive estimation algorithm and analyse its global convergence properties,by using the stochastic Lyapunov function methods and the limit theory on double array martingales.It is shown that the estimation algorithm has similar convergence results as those for FIR systems under a weakest possible non-persistent excitation condition.Moreover,the upper bound for the accumulated regret of adaptive prediction is also established without resorting to any excitation condition.展开更多

文摘To reduce the side-lobe level of L-shaped expansion array and improve the output signal to interference and noise ratio(SINR),the algorithm of side-lobe constraint based on minimum variance distortionless response(MVDR-SC)is proposed.Firstly,the approach of mixing diagonal loading and Mailloux-Zatman(DLMZ)is used to taper the covariance matrix of the expansion array.Then,the second order cone programming(SOCP)obtained by constructing a new matrix is used to control the beam side-lobe.Finally,the new adaptive weight numbers are constructed by adjusting the proportion between DLMZ and SOCP.Simulation results show that the MVDR-SC algorithm can effectively reduce the side-lobe of beamforming under the L-shaped expansion array and obtain a larger output SINR.At the same time,it has good robustness to the mutual coupling error.

Results of this form are also established when 0 < p ≤ 1 where no independence or mean 0 conditions are placed on the random elements and without any geometric conditions placed on the underlying Banach space.

文摘Double commutative-step digraph generalizes the double-loop digraph. A double commutative-step digraph can be represented by an L-shaped tile, which periodically tessellates the plane. Given an initial tile L(l, h, x, y), Aguil5 et al. define a discrete iteration L(p) = L(l + 2p, h + 2p, x + p, y + p), p = 0, 1, 2,..., over L-shapes (equivalently over double commutative-step digraphs), and obtain an orbit generated by L(l, h, x,y), which is said to be a procreating k-tight tile if L(p)(p = 0, 1, 2, ~ ~ ~ ) are all k-tight tiles. They classify the set of L-shaped tiles by its behavior under the above-mentioned discrete dynamics and obtain some procreating tiles of double commutative-step digraphs. In this work, with an approach proposed by Li and Xu et al., we define some new discrete iteration over L-shapes and classify the set of tiles by the procreating condition. We also propose some approaches to find infinite families of realizable k-tight tiles starting from any realizable k-tight L-shaped tile L(l, h, x, y), 0 ≤ y - x ≤ 2k + 2. As an example, we present an infinite family of 3-tight optimal double-loop networks to illustrate our approaches.

文摘Conerent photon source is an important element that has been widely used in spectroscopy,imaging,detection,and teleportation in quantum optics.However,it is still a challenge to realize micro-scale coherent emitters in semiconductor systems.We report the observation of gain in a cavity-coupled GaAs double quantum dot system with a voltage bias across the device.By characterizing and analyzing the cavity responses to different quantum dot behaviors,we distinguish the microwave photon emission from the signal gain.This study provides a possibility to realize micro-scale amplifiers or coherent microwave photon sources in circuit quantum electrodynamics(cQED) hybrid systems.

文摘Estimation and control problems with binary-valued observations exist widely in practical systems.However,most of the related works are devoted to finite impulse response(FIR for short)systems,and the theoretical problem of infinite impulse response(IIR for short)systems has been less explored.To study the estimation problems of IIR systems with binary-valued observations,the authors introduce a projected recursive estimation algorithm and analyse its global convergence properties,by using the stochastic Lyapunov function methods and the limit theory on double array martingales.It is shown that the estimation algorithm has similar convergence results as those for FIR systems under a weakest possible non-persistent excitation condition.Moreover,the upper bound for the accumulated regret of adaptive prediction is also established without resorting to any excitation condition.
