The antenna consists of an H-slot loaded fed patch, stacked with dual U-slot loaded rectangular patch to generate the seven frequency bands. The total size of the antenna is 39.25 × 29.25 mm2. The multiband stacked patch antenna is studied and designed using IE3D simulator. For verification of simulation results, the antenna is analyzed by circuit theory concept. The simulated return loss, radiation pattern and gain are presented. Simulated results show that the antenna can be designed to cover the frequency bands from (4.24 GHz to 4.50 GHz, 5.02 GHz to 5.25 GHz) in C-band application, (7.84 GHz to 8.23 GHz) in X-band and (12.16 GHz to 12.35 GHz, 14.25 GHz to 14.76 GHz, 15.25 GHz to 15.51 GHz, 17.52 GHz to 17.86 GHz) in Ku band applications. The bandwidths of each band of the proposed antenna are 5.9%, 4.5%, 4.83%, 2.36%, 3.53%, 1.68% and 1.91%. Similarly the gains of the proposed band are 2.80 dBi, 4.39 dBi, 4.54 dBi, 10.26 dBi, 8.36 dBi and 9.91 dBi, respectively.展开更多

基于模块化多电平换流器的高压柔性直流输电系统(modular multilevel converter-based high voltage direct current,MMC-HVDC)常采用双极接线方式以提高系统功率输送能力和可靠性。然而目前对于风电场经柔直外送系统的稳定性研究集中...基于模块化多电平换流器的高压柔性直流输电系统(modular multilevel converter-based high voltage direct current,MMC-HVDC)常采用双极接线方式以提高系统功率输送能力和可靠性。然而目前对于风电场经柔直外送系统的稳定性研究集中于单极接线方式,孤岛直驱风电场与采用不同双极协调控制的双极MMC-HVDC互联系统小信号稳定性问题还有待进一步探究。该文首先考虑频率耦合特性、参考系初相位和直流侧耦合特性的影响,分别建立了采用双U/f下垂控制和定U/f-P/Q控制的双极MMC-HVDC系统交流侧等效SISO阻抗模型,并详细分析了金属回线阻抗和双极间功率均分度对交流阻抗特性的影响。接着对比研究了两种协调控制中共有控制环路和特有控制环路对交流侧负电阻特性及互联系统稳定性的影响规律。最后,孤岛直驱风电场经两种双极协调控制下双极MMC-HVDC外送系统Matlab/Simulink时域仿真结果和硬件在环半实物实时仿真实验结果验证了所提出的小信号阻抗模型的精确性和稳定性分析结论的有效性。展开更多

The data obtained from test could match with the result deduced from theoretical calculation. From the test results,the cooling capacity of double U-tube is 1.6 times that of single U-tube. Taking cost per depth per watt Clq as the evaluation standard,Clq of single U-tube is 4.69 RMB$/W,and Clq of double U-tube is 3.14 RMB$/W. The double U-tube heat exchangers usage should be prioritized.展开更多

Inverse pulsed-field gel electrophoresis (PIGE) has beenapplied to compare the sensitivity of B16 cells and their DNA in DSBs induced by 75 MeV/u16O8+ beam. Results show that the percentages of DNA released from the plug(PR) in bothkinds of tile samples increase with the dose and approach a similar quasi-threshold of about81%. A simple new equation was presented to calculate the break level of DNA molecules.Within a certain dose, the relationship between the break level and the dose is linear. Theyield of DSBs in deproteinized DNA was 1.11 DSBs/100 Mbp/Gy, while that in intact cells was0.60DSBs/100Mbp/Gy. It is testified that deproteinized DNA is more sensitive to oxygen ionsirradiation than intact cells.展开更多
