Objective The present study was undertaken to evaluate the subchronic toxicity of lanthanum and to determine the no observed adverse effect level(NOAEL),which is a critical factor in the establishment of an acceptable dietary intake(ADI).Methods In accordance with the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development(OECD) testing guidelines,lanthanum nitrate was administered once daily by gavage to Sprague-Dawley(SD) rats at dose levels of 0,1.5,6.0,24.0,and 144.0 mg/kg body weight(BW) per day for 90 days,followed by a recovery period of 4 weeks in the 144.0 mg/kg BW per day and normal control groups.Outcome parameters were mortality,clinical symptoms,body and organ weights,serum chemistry,and food consumption,as well as ophthalmic,urinary,hematologic,and histopathologic indicators.The benchmark dose(BMD) approach was applied to estimate a point of departure for the hazard risk assessment of lanthanum.Results Significant decreases were found in the 144.0 mg/kg BW group in the growth index,including body weight,organ weights,and food consumption.This study suggests that the NOAEL of lanthanum nitrate is 24.0 mg/kg BW per day.Importantly,the 95% lower confidence value of the benchmark dose(BMDL) was estimated as 9.4 mg/kg BW per day in females and 19.3 mg/kg BW per day in males.Conclusion The present subchronic oral exposure toxicity study may provide scientific data for the risk assessment of lanthanum and other rare earth elements(REEs). 展开更多

In the recent past,the potential benefits of wraparound geosynthetic reinforcement technique for constructing the reinforced soil foundations have been reported.This paper presents the experimental study on the behaviour of model strip footing resting on sandy soil bed reinforced with geosynthetic in wraparound and planar forms under monotonic and repeated loadings.The geosynthetic layers were laid according to the reinforcement ratio to minimise the scale effect.It is found that for the same amount of reinforcement material,the wraparound reinforced model resulted in less settlement in comparison to planar reinforced models.The efficiency of wraparound reinforced model increased with the increase in load amplitude and the rate of total cumulative settlement substantially decreased with the increase in number of load cycles.The wraparound reinforced model has shown about 45% lower average total settlement in comparison to unreinforced model,while the double-layer reinforced model has about 41% lower average total settlement at the cost of approximately twice the material and 1.5 times the occupied land width ratio.Moreover,wraparound models have shown much greater stability in comparison to their counterpart models when subjected to incremental repeated loading. 展开更多

Practical assessment of subgrade settlement induced by train operation requires developing suitable models capable of describing permanent deformation characteristics of subgrade filling under repeated dynamic loading.In this paper,repeated load triaxial tests were performed on coarse-grained soil(CGS),and the axial permanent strain of CGS under different confining pressures and dynamic stress amplitudes was analysed.Permanent deformation behaviors of CGS were categorized based on the variation trend of permanent strain rate with accumulated permanent strain and the shakedown theory.A prediction model of permanent deformation considering stress state and number of load cycles was established,and the ranges of parameters for different types of dynamic behaviors were also divided.The results indicated that the variational trend of permanent strain rate with accumulated permanent strain can be used as a basis for classifying dynamic behaviors of CGS.The stress state(confining pressure and dynamic stress amplitude)has significant effects on the permanent strain rate.The accumulative characteristics of permanent deformation of CGS with the number of load cycles can be described by a power function,and the model parameters can reflect the influence of confining pressure and dynamic stress amplitude.The study’s results could help deepen understanding of the permanent deformation characteristics of CGS. 展开更多

Objective The present study was undertaken to evaluate the subchronic oral toxicity of sodium dehydroacetate(DHA-Na)and to determine the point of departure(POD),which is a critical factor in the establishment of an acceptable dietary intake.Methods DHA-Na was administered once daily by gavage to Sprague–Dawley rats at dose levels of 0.0,31.0,62.0,and 124.0 mg/kg BW per day for 90 days,followed by a recovery period of 4 weeks in the control and 124.0 mg/kg BW per day groups.The outcome parameters were mortality,clinical observations,body weights,food consumption,hematology and clinical biochemistry,endocrine hormone levels,and ophthalmic,urinary,and histopathologic indicators.The benchmark dose(BMD)approach was applied to estimate the POD.Results Significant decreases were found in the 62.0 and 124.0 mg/kg BW groups in terms of the body weight and food utilization rate,whereas a significant increase was found in the thyroid stimulating hormone levels of the 124.0 mg/kg BW group.Importantly,the 95%lower confidence limit on the BMD of 51.7 mg/kg BW was modeled for a reduction in body weight.Conclusion The repeated-dose study indicated the slight systemic toxicity of DHA-Na at certain levels(62.0 and 124.0 mg/kg BW)after a 90-day oral exposure. 展开更多

The effect of tire repeated root modal(RRM)on tire modeling with an experimental modal is studied.Firstly,a radial tire with radial and tangential RRMs is tested and analyzed.By multi-point exciting of the radial tire,a multiple reference frequency domain method based on a least squares(LMS PolyMAX)algorithm is used to identify modal parameters.Then,modal stability diagram(MSD),modal indication function(MIF)and modal assurance criteria(Auto-MAC)matrix are utilized to induce multiple inputs multiple outputs(MIMO)frequency response function(FRF)matrixes.The tests reveal that notable repeated roots exist in both radial and tangential response modes.Their modal frequencies and damping factors are approximately the same,the amplitudes of modal vectors are in the same order of magnitude,and the mode shapes are orthogonal.Based on the works mentioned,the method of trigonometric series modal shapes fitting is adopted,the effects of RRM model on tire modeling with a vertical experimental modal are discussed.The final results show that the effects of considering the RRM shapes are equivalent to the tire mode shapes depended on rotating the tire’s different exciting points during tire modeling,and since considering the RRM,the tire mode shapes can be unified and fixed during tire modeling. 展开更多

The ability of psammophyte photosynthesis to withstand and recover from severe droughts is crucial for vegetation sta- bility in semi-arid sandy lands. The responses of gas exchange and chlorophyll fluorescence of an annual grass, Digitaria ciliaris, were measured through three soil drought and rewatering cycles. Results showed that the net photosynthesis rate (P,) decreased by 92%, 95%, and 63% at end of the three drought periods, respectively, water use efficiency (WUE) decreased by 67%, 54%, and 48%, while the constant intercellular CO2 concentration (Ci) increased by 1.08, 0.88, and 0.45 times. During those three cycles, the trapping probability with no dark adaptation (Fv'/Fm') decreased by 55%, 51%, and 9%, the electron transport per cross section (ET0'/CS0') decreased by 63%0, 42%, and 18%, and the dissipation per cross section (DI0'/CS0') increased by 97%, 96%, and 21%. These results indicated that D. ciliaris was subjected to photoinhi- bition and some non-stomatal limitation of photosynthesis under drought. However, after four days of rewatering, its photosynthetic characteristics were restored to control values. This capability to recover from drought may contribute to making the plant's use of water as efficient as possible. Furthermore, the photosynthesis decreased more slowly in the subsequent drought cycles than in the first cycle, allowing D. ciliaris to enhance its future drought tolerance after drought hardening. Thus, it acclimatizes itself to repeated soil drought. 展开更多

煤层渗透率作为衡量瓦斯渗流与抽采难易程度的重要指标,对其进行准确测定具有重要意义。针对现有方法计算渗透率测试周期长、结果不稳定、模型不完善等问题,研究煤层渗透率的快速准确测定方法及相应的计算模型。基于煤层中气体径向不稳... 煤层渗透率作为衡量瓦斯渗流与抽采难易程度的重要指标,对其进行准确测定具有重要意义。针对现有方法计算渗透率测试周期长、结果不稳定、模型不完善等问题,研究煤层渗透率的快速准确测定方法及相应的计算模型。基于煤层中气体径向不稳定流控制方程,结合不同压差下气体在煤层中的体积流量方程,建立可利用全区间压降数据测定煤层渗透率的注气压降计算模型。应用COMSOL数值模拟软件的达西渗流模块对模型进行求解,针对现场工程设计中可对压降曲线产生影响的测压气室长度进行单变量处理,根据模拟结果分析钻孔的测压气室长度可设计为2.0 m。根据数值模拟结果进行现场布置,搭建井下重复注气压降试验系统,结合煤层瓦斯赋存条件和巷道条件施工两组穿层钻孔,对2个测点分别注入两次高于煤层瓦斯压力的补偿气体进行渗透率原位测试,测试周期分别约为6 d和17 d,第2轮测试的注气压力高于第1轮。结合理论推导验证了注气压降过程中煤层瓦斯的雷诺数均处于线性达西渗流段,瓦斯在煤层中的渗流符合达西定律,满足计算模型的假设。与传统煤层渗透率计算方法进行了比较,结果表明:本方法和径向流量法的计算结果基本一致,可以满足实际工程需要。重复注气压降法的测试结果稳定可靠,具备快速测定的优点。 展开更多

子宫内膜容受性检测联用胚胎植入前遗传学检测在反复种植失败患者中的效果研究

目的评估联用子宫内膜容受性检测(ERT)与胚胎植入前遗传学检测(PGT)技术在反复种植失败(RIF)患者冻融胚胎移植(FET)周期中的应用效果。方法选取2018年1月至2023年1月在徐州市妇幼保健院生殖医学中心接受FET的RIF患者,根据患者接受的评... 目的评估联用子宫内膜容受性检测(ERT)与胚胎植入前遗传学检测(PGT)技术在反复种植失败(RIF)患者冻融胚胎移植(FET)周期中的应用效果。方法选取2018年1月至2023年1月在徐州市妇幼保健院生殖医学中心接受FET的RIF患者,根据患者接受的评估检测不同分为4组:接受ERT评估(基于转录组测序的ERT技术模型)后移植经PGT检测筛选的整倍体囊胚RIF患者(联用组,n=138)、均未接受ERT评估和PGT检测移植RIF患者(RIF组,n=324)、仅接受ERT评估后移植RIF患者(ERT组,n=147)和仅接受PGT检测筛选整倍体囊胚移植RIF患者(PGT组,n=121),比较4组患者的基本情况及FET结局,并对RIF患者活产率的影响因素进行Logistic回归分析。结果95.79%(273/285)接受ERT评估的RIF患者的内膜容受期会推迟1~2 d,根据ERT评估结果相应调整了移植时间。各组患者的FET结果显示,联用组的胚胎种植率、宫内妊娠率、活产率均显著高于PGT组、ERT组与RIF组(P<0.05)。Logistic回归分析结果表明:实施PGT、接受ERT、接受优质囊胚移植、女方年龄4个变量是获得活产的独立影响因素(P<0.05)。结论联用ERT与PGT是治疗RIF的一次成功尝试,可在单独应用ERT、PGT的基础上进一步改善RIF患者的FET结局。 展开更多

在现代战争中,利用无人机集群对敌方组网雷达进行欺骗干扰作为一种有效对抗手段受到了广泛应用。然而,面对复杂作战环境,无人机集群搭载的数字存储转发设备因其精度受限而存在转发时延误差,这将导致实际生成的虚假目标点和预设虚假目标... 在现代战争中,利用无人机集群对敌方组网雷达进行欺骗干扰作为一种有效对抗手段受到了广泛应用。然而,面对复杂作战环境,无人机集群搭载的数字存储转发设备因其精度受限而存在转发时延误差,这将导致实际生成的虚假目标点和预设虚假目标点产生偏移,使欺骗效果大打折扣。针对此问题,本文在组网雷达站址及其射频辐射参数等信息先验已知的情况下,基于“同源检验”思想,在组网雷达空间分辨率一定时,分析了数字存储转发技术对组网雷达进行有效欺骗干扰的边界条件,并针对典型组网雷达系统,探明了转发延迟误差与欺骗干扰效果的影响规律。仿真结果表明,分析和推导的结果能够对实际干扰机性能可否对组网雷达实施有效欺骗干扰给出可行性判定。 展开更多

【目的】比较一种计算机视力测试软件Autoacuity Test和标准对数视力表之间的一致性和重复性,初步探讨Autoacuity Test临床应用的可行性。【方法】对41名视功能正常儿童[(8.4±1.8)岁]和25名弱视儿童[(8.0±2.2)岁]分别使用标... 【目的】比较一种计算机视力测试软件Autoacuity Test和标准对数视力表之间的一致性和重复性,初步探讨Autoacuity Test临床应用的可行性。【方法】对41名视功能正常儿童[(8.4±1.8)岁]和25名弱视儿童[(8.0±2.2)岁]分别使用标准对数视力表和Autoacuity Test两种方法进行视力测试。30min后重新对其进行测试。以Autoacuity Test与标准对数视力表检查结果的一致性限度的评价其准确性,以测试-再测试的重复系数及配对t检验评价其重复性。【结果】视功能正常儿童的Autoacuity Test与标准对数视力间的一致性限度为0.16对数单位;弱视儿童为0.31对数单位。正常儿童两种方法各自的测试-再测试结果间差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。弱视儿童标准对数视力表测试-再测试结果间差异无统计学意义,Autoacuity再次测试视力检查结果较初次测试有所提高(P<0.05)。【结论】Autoacuity Test与标准对数视力表两种检查方法在视功能正常儿童中一致性较好,在弱视儿童中一致性稍差,两者重复性相近。Autoacuity是一种可取的儿童视力测试方法。 展开更多

目的为小儿复方鸡内金咀嚼片临床安全用药的剂量设计和临床毒副反应监测提供参考。方法取幼龄SD大鼠120只,随机分为溶剂对照组(A组,羧甲基纤维素钠),小儿复方鸡内金咀嚼片低、中、高剂量组(B1组、B2组、B3组,六神曲鸡内金混合粉以生药计... 目的为小儿复方鸡内金咀嚼片临床安全用药的剂量设计和临床毒副反应监测提供参考。方法取幼龄SD大鼠120只,随机分为溶剂对照组(A组,羧甲基纤维素钠),小儿复方鸡内金咀嚼片低、中、高剂量组(B1组、B2组、B3组,六神曲鸡内金混合粉以生药计0.375,1.125,3 g/kg,相当于临床拟用剂量的6倍、18倍、48倍),按体质量每100 g灌胃给药1 mL,连续4周,恢复期30 d,给药结束和恢复期结束时剖杀,进行一般生理指标观察、临床病理学检查、组织病理学检查、神经行为测试。结果与A组比较,给药结束时雌鼠B1组的平均红细胞血红蛋白浓度显著降低(P<0.05);雌鼠B2组、B3组的甘油三酯均显著降低(P<0.05),雌鼠B3组的氯离子浓度显著升高(P<0.05),雌鼠B1组的钙离子浓度显著降低(P<0.05),雄鼠B1组的乳酸脱氢酶水平显著升高(P<0.05),雄鼠B3组的总胆固醇显著降低(P<0.05),雄鼠B1组、B3组的钠离子浓度均显著升高(P<0.05),但上述指标改变均无毒理学意义。各组大鼠组织病理学检查均未见与给药相关的蓄积性或延迟性毒性病理改变。结论小儿复方鸡内金咀嚼片未见明显毒性反应剂量为3 g/kg,相当于临床拟用剂量的48倍。 展开更多
