Theoretical Analysis and Practical Reflection on the Role Conflict of Double-Qualified Teachers in University-Affiliated Hospitals

Taking role conflict as the starting point,this article examines and reflects on the development of clinical teachers.In the process of the occurrence,development,and resolution of role conflicts among clinical teachers,there are many hidden issues related to the development of clinical teachers.The development of clinical teacher teaching and role conflict management contain similar educational philosophies and practical issues.This study draws on classic theories and research achievements in the development of university teachers and conducts theoretical analysis and practical reflection on the development of clinical teachers in medical colleges from the perspective of role conflict in social psychology.Policy recommendations are proposed,including strengthening the construction of teaching systems at the hospital organizational environment level,enhancing the role identity and teacher beliefs of clinical teachers,promoting their teaching development and academic learning,and ensuring their normal teaching investment;promoting leadership support at the level of interpersonal interaction and leveraging the role of colleague support in alleviating role conflicts;enhancing individual teacher beliefs,teacher role learning,and role skills.

Exploration of Teaching Development Strategies for Double-Qualified Teachers in University- Affiliated Hospitals Based on Role Conflict Theory

This study draws on the classic theories and research achievements of university teacher development,and from the perspective of role conflict in social psychology,proposes policy recommendations for the development of clinical teachers in medical colleges,including following different stages of teacher development and designing teaching development strategies at different levels;designing the content and form of teaching development activities to meet the temporal and spatial needs of clinical teachers;and building an academic community for clinical teachers to promote the creation of teaching development behaviors.

Creating a“double-qualified”teacher team is an important content in the construction of a higher vocational college teacher team.This paper probes into the significance of the construction of“double-qualified”teachers in higher vocational colleges,and deeply analyzes the problems existing in the construction of“double-qualified”teachers’training base,the institutionalization of“double-qualified”teacher rotation training,the regularization of cooperation with enterprises,and the rationalization of incentive mechanism.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to strengthen the theoretical research and practical exploration of the construction of“double-qualified”teachers.

Reflections on the Construction of“Double-Qualified”Teachers in Higher Vocational Colleges

Vocational education is an important part of the overall education system.The development of higher vocational education is one of the guiding principles of education in China.The development of teachers is an important support for the development of vocational education.Teachers who can teach theoretically and guide students in practical work are known as“double-qualified”teachers.Building a highly qualified and professional double-qualified teaching team is the fundamental task in modernizing vocational education.Firstly,this paper discusses the importance of“double-qualified”teachers by describing the relevant policies of the Ministry of Education in China.Secondly,it reviews the research works of early scholars.Thirdly,it analyzes the main problems of teacher training in higher education institutions.Fourthly,it proposes five suggestions for the development of a“double-qualified”teaching team in higher education institutions.A high level and professional teaching team is an important support for the high-quality development of vocational institutions.School leaders must attach great importance to the construction of a“double-qualified”teaching team and increase the support in terms of policies,institutional protection,and financial investment.

Research on Teaching Innovation Team Construction with“Double-Qualified”Teachers Under the Background of the“Double-High Plan”

With the continuous development of education in China,various vocational colleges have responded to the“Double-High Plan”and are actively building teaching innovation teams with“double-qualified teachers.”By improving the professional level of teachers and increasing practical opportunities,vocational colleges and universities can nurture high-level teachers and improve their teaching level so as to meet the demand for high-level technical skills training in the new era.This paper discusses the significance of constructing a“double-qualified”education model under the background of the“Double-High Plan,”the requirements of the“double-qualified”education model for teachers,the problems in constructing a teaching innovation team with“double-qualified”teachers,and the countermeasures for these problems.

Current Situation and Improvement Strategies of Teaching Engagement by Teachers in Higher Medical Colleges Under the Background of“New Medical Education”

The“New Medical Education”is a new requirement for the development of medical education in the new era.As a key and core element of the construction of the“New Medical Education,”the engagement in teaching work of university teachers is a key issue that determines the level of teaching development of university teachers and affects the quality of talent cultivation in universities.Using the literature review method,this study analyzed 39 relevant literatures retrieved from China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)from 1997 to 2023.The concept,connotation,current situation,influencing factors,and improvement strategies of teaching engagement by university teachers were reviewed and summarized.The results showed that the issue of teaching engagement by university teachers has not received high attention in the field of higher education,especially in higher medical education,which has not yet been reported.Although the overall number of literature is not large,some of the conclusions have important implications for the next research on the influencing factors and mechanisms of double-qualified teacher engagement in higher medical colleges.

教师模拟标准化病人联合临床医师技能培训考试系统教学模式应用于住院医师规范化培训中的效果

目的探讨教师模拟标准化病人(TSP)联合临床医师技能培训考试系统(OSCE)教学模式应用于住院医师规范化培训(以下简称“规培”)中的效果。方法选取2022年8月至2023年8月在潍坊医学院附属医院接受规培的住院医师60名,按随机抽签法分为两组,对照组30名培训过程中应用传统教学模式,研究组30名培训中应用TSP联合OSCE教学模式。比较两组规培医师培训前后的培训效果、综合能力及对规培医师对教学模式认同度。结果研究组培训后的理论、实践操作成绩均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组培训后的迷你临床演练评估(Mini-CEX)、批判性思维能力测量表(CTDI-CV)评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组规培医师对教学模式的认同度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论TSP联合OSCE教学模式应用于住院医师规培中可有效提升其成绩及综合能力,且规培医师对此教学模式的认同度较高。

由规模化到精准化:国家中小学智慧教育平台教师研修的差异化需求及优化策略研究

立足常态化的新发展阶段,国家智慧教育平台教师寒暑假研修如何从规模化走向差异化、精准化,“按需施训”尤为关键。研究以基础教育阶段参训教师的9.06万条、149万余字反馈文本为研究对象,综合运用结构主题模型(STM)及重要性-绩效分析法(IPA),构建了国家中小学智慧教育平台教师研修需求框架,并深入分析其差异、明确基于需求要素的优化方向。研究发现:参训教师需求包含个体发展和系统环境两个层面的五类需求,且均存在显著的区域及城乡差异,针对时间安排及学时认定等研修机制需求仍须优化改进。研究为教师寒暑假研修精准化、差异化发展提供实证依据与决策支持,为优化研修服务提供策略建议。

综合性大学教师教育实践教学体系的构建与实施

运用逻辑分析法,以结构功能主义理论作为综合性大学教师教育实践教学体系的理论基础,构建了“一脉络、三层级、三结合、三模式”的“1333”实践教学体系框架结构。探索了实践教学目标、实践教学内容、实践教学方法与模式、实践教学管理与评价的具体构建,提出了该实践教学体系具有教育实践目标多维化、教育实践内容贯通一体化、教育实践导师专业化、教育实践考评科学化的实施价值。

“双师型”教师素质与能力的内涵结构模型研究

“双师型”教师队伍建设的政策实践与理论进展表明,“双师型”教师素质与能力的内涵结构研究对理论深化和实践应用十分重要。采用修正式德尔菲法和SPSS 20软件对专家调研结果进行实证分析,构建“双师型”教师素质与能力的内涵结构钻石模型,包括专业知识、专业道德、能力、理念4个维度,含32个细分项。“双师型”教师需要具有扎实的专业知识、系统的教学知识、丰富的职业知识、先进的教育理念和良好的专业道德,具备理论教学能力和实践指导能力。其中,知识结构的多样性可以有效激发学生专业学习的积极性;先进的教育理念和良好的专业道德有助于促进学生自主持续发展;理论教学能力中的理论并不是抽象的书本理论,而是面向工作世界、反映职业实践活动的“真实”理论;实践指导能力强调掌握行业领先的实践技术技能,能在实践教学中进行完整演示并指导学生科学训练。

乡村教师留任影响因素及优化路径——基于解释结构模型的分析

乡村教师是基础教育的脊梁,“留得住”是实现乡村教育高质量发展的重要保障。然而,“留不住”问题仍然是当前乡村教师队伍建设的瓶颈。通过梳理相关学术观点和实地调研分析,提炼出影响乡村教师留任意愿的16个关键因素,并依据ISM解释结构模型构建影响因素层级关系图,厘清各个因素之间的关系和作用路径。研究发现,乡村教师“留”还是“不留”受复杂因素的影响,各因素之间遵循多级递阶的逻辑关系:位于表层的教育情怀及工作满意度是影响乡村教师留任的直接因素,影响作用路径最短;中间层由团队帮扶、教研平台、薪资待遇和教育热情等多因素构成,以多条路径作用于表层因素并对乡村教师留任产生影响;由物质保障、学科匹配、教学环境组成的根本因素,通过中间层逐步作用于表层的教育情怀和工作满意度,形成影响乡村教师留任的深层因素。因此,留住乡村教师应从夯实乡村教师留任保障基础、优化乡村学校内部治理体系、涵养乡村教师乡土教育情怀等方面发力,从而强化乡村教师的留任意愿,助力乡村教育实现高质量发展。

高校师范教育类群专业阅读研究——以咸阳师范学院为例

区分不同专业类群,开展专业阅读研究是深化阅读服务的方向之一。文章以咸阳师范学院小学教育、化学、历史等11个师范教育类群2019—2022年阅读数据为依据,从阅读学科构成、阅读学科占比、阅读体系及专业阅读结构四个维度切入,开展针对师范教育类群的专业阅读研究。结果显示:阅读学科构成呈多元化态势,说明师范教育类群专业阅读属于通融性阅读,基于本体学科又不局限于本体学科;阅读学科占比失衡,文学学科阅读占比冲击到专业学科阅读比重,引发阅读的结构性问题;阅读体系中的师德涵养阅读及文化性知识阅读尚有提升空间;70%以上的师范教育类群专业阅读结构较为单一,关联学科及交叉学科阅读基础薄弱。建议高校、教学单位与图书馆三方加持,在开展专业阅读活动中形成合力,联合推动师范教育类群专业阅读步入良性轨道。

中小学教师行动研究能力的结构模型及提升路径

行动研究是一线中小学教师较为青睐的一种研究方式。教师缺乏对行动研究的深入理解,导致他们在实际研究过程中遭遇了各种各样的困惑。建立行动研究能力结构模型,有助于一线中小学教师精准地把握行动研究的核心要义,从而真正弄懂行动研究究竟是什么以及如何做。基于对相关文献的研究及分析,结合教学实际,提炼出了以问题意识、沟通合作能力、科研能力、分析与总结能力、反思与改进能力等为核心能力要素的“阶梯状-多相关”能力结构模型。该模型可以对中小学教师行动研究能力进行可视化展示。基于模型启示,提出了提升教师行动研究能力、促进教师专业发展的四条实施路径:构建行动研究实践共同体,促进教师沟通合作参与能力;以科研项目为驱动力,让教师在“做中学”的实践中发展科研能力;保持全过程反思,激发教师问题意识及研究自觉性;恪守终身学习理念,在学习与行动的循环中提升教师能力。

“双一流”大学教师国际学术影响力研究——结构、评价指标及影响因素

构建大学教师国际学术影响力的三维评价指标和量表,对中国37所“双一流”大学教师进行了国际学术影响力抽样调查和测评。通过结构方程模型方法,拟合验证了所构建的大学教师国际学术影响力的三维结构,即国际人才培养、国际科学研究和国际社会服务。研究结果表明,大学教师的国际学术影响力平均水平偏低,存在较大的个体差异,同时,还会受到大学教师的学科领域、职称、访学时长、访学次数等因素的显著影响。

“行动者——结构”互构视角下新时代老年教育教师数字素养的结构模型探究

数字素养是未来老年教育教师胜任数字化教学所必备的关键素养。基于“行动者—结构”互构理论,对老年教育教师数字素养进行内涵解读,并通过比较和分析国内外教师数字素养结构的研究成果,从意识与态度、知识与技能、伦理与道德三个层面对老年教育教师数字素养结构模型进行构建,该结构模型包含数字意识、数字认同、数字教育、数字技术、数字社会、数字伦理和数字规范七个模块。新时代老年教育教师数字素养结构模型的构建,可为老年教育教师相关政策制度和标准体系的制定、数字化教师培养体系的更新、数字技术支持下的教师管理模式的完善,以及教师自身数字素养与能力的提升提供指导。

轮岗教师乡土情感的缺失表征、根源及文化形塑

基于文化唯物主义理论视域,轮岗教师的乡土情感具有深刻意蕴,具体体现于:轮岗教师是认同乡村生活方式的“局内人”、是推动乡村学校发展的“同行者”、是担负乡村社会责任的“新乡贤”。目前,在轮岗交流实践中,存在着部分轮岗教师对乡村学校发展持“事不关己”态度、对乡村生活方式难以或不愿认同、乡村社会责任担当意识薄弱等问题。其原因在于:轮岗教师的教学岗位变动较频繁,乡村公共文化生活吸引力不足,轮岗教师对自身的角色认知不到位。对此,需要通过以下举措形塑轮岗教师的乡土情感:健全乡村学校组织文化,增强轮岗教师的“主人翁”意识;重构乡村公共文化生活,提升轮岗教师的乡土认同感;明确乡村社会文化身份,引导轮岗教师的责任行为。

智能时代数学教师CT-MPK理论框架研究

智能技术重塑了教育演进变革样态,教师知识结构亟待更新。为此,文章首先以整合技术的学科教学知识为教师知识结构的核心,以数学教师为研究对象,梳理了智能时代教师知识结构跃迁的脉络,初步廓清了智能时代数学教师知识结构的发展需求。随后,文章引入计算思维知识,构建了智能时代数学教师融入计算思维的数学教学知识(Computer Thinking-Mathematics Pedagogical Knowledge,CT-MPK)理论框架。最后,文章以MPK的社会化为基础,提出CT-MPK理论框架的实践路径,包括多途径融入计算思维实现CT-MK外显化、提供浸润式学习情境引导问题解决实现CT-PK整合化、跨学科知识优化教学实现CT-MPK内在化。CT-MPK理论框架的构建及其实践路径的提出,既有助于更新与扩展数学教师的知识结构,也可为指导数学教师的教学实践提供参考,有助于数学教师更好地适应智能时代的教育变革,推动教育的高质量发展。

究竟是什么影响了乡村教师对城乡一体化网络研修的满意度?

在教育数字化转型背景下,城乡一体化网络研修成为促进乡村教师专业发展的重要途径,然而在此研修过程中出现了乡村教师消极抵触、情绪低落等满意度不高的现象,直接影响了研修效果。对此,文章基于顾客满意度指数模型和教学系统要素理论,构建了乡村教师对城乡一体化网络研修满意度的影响因素模型,并通过描述性分析、结构方程模型分析和中介效应检验,探讨了乡村教师满意度影响因素及其作用路径。文章发现:教龄、学历对乡村教师满意度有显著影响,而性别无显著影响;“目标-资源-活动-环境-支持保障”可作为乡村教师满意度的关键质量指标;感知质量对乡村教师满意度的影响最大,感知价值次之,教师期望再次之;感知质量、感知价值在教师期望和满意度之间存在中介效应,而“感知质量-感知价值”存在链式中介效应。基于此,文章提出提升乡村教师满意度的建议,以期为促进乡村教育高质量发展和推动教育公平提供理论与实践参考。

幼儿教师共情能力:内涵、结构与量表编制

幼儿教师的共情能力有助于教师对幼儿的倾听理解与有效支持,使幼儿获得发展适宜性教育,但当前缺乏职业适切性的测量工具。鉴于此,采用质性分析与量化验证结合的方法,首先通过文献搜集梳理与专家咨询分析幼儿教师共情能力的内涵、结构并撰写题项,然后进行两次施测共获得907名幼儿教师的问卷调查数据,统计分析后获得正式量表。研究结果表明,幼儿教师共情能力是一个多维概念,不仅是个体心理特质的反映,更是作为幼儿教师的职业能力体现。各维度及机制表现为:认知共情是先决条件,情绪共情是基础内核,共情性理解是关键桥梁,共情性反馈是终极目的。编制的量表包含4个维度17个题项,测量模型拟合度较好,量表具有良好的信度、聚合效度与区分效度。相较已有量表,此量表围绕师幼互动情景、紧扣幼儿教师职业特征,在幼儿教师群体中更为适用。
