Objective: To study the relationship between the amount of consumed alcohol, blood alcohol concentration (BAC), and driving ability among a part of the population in Southwest China and to provide reference for the fo...Objective: To study the relationship between the amount of consumed alcohol, blood alcohol concentration (BAC), and driving ability among a part of the population in Southwest China and to provide reference for the formulation of the legal limits for safe driving. Methods: Seventy-six randomly selected volunteer drivers each had three times of alcohol intake (100 ml each time). After each drank, BAC was measured with gas chromatograph and driving ability was evaluated. The drivers were grouped according to age, weight, alcohol tolerance and driving experience respectively and changes in BAC and driving ability were analyzed. Results: Average BAC and the percentage of drivers showing impaired driving ability in the groups increased after each intake of 100 ml alcohol. BAC in Group≤60 kg was more susceptible to alcohol than that in Group>60 kg. When each drank, alcohol had greater influence on drivers who had comparatively shorter driving experience. Conclusion: Volume of consumed alcohol, BAC and driving ability have direct associations among one another and are all under the influence of various factors including individual conditions. To set an appropriate legal BAC limit for safe driving should take an overall consideration of all factors.展开更多
To meet the needs of the human-machine co-driving decision problem in the intelligent assisted driving system for real-time comprehensive driving ability evaluation of drivers,this paper proposes a real-time comprehen...To meet the needs of the human-machine co-driving decision problem in the intelligent assisted driving system for real-time comprehensive driving ability evaluation of drivers,this paper proposes a real-time comprehensive driving ability evaluation method that integrates driving skill,driving state,and driving style.Firstly,by analyzing the driving experiment data obtained based on the intelligent driving simulation platform(the experiment can effectively distinguish the driver's driving skills and avoid the interference of driving style),the feature values that significantly represent driving skills and driving state are selected,and the time correlation between driving state and driving skills is pointed out.Furthermore,the concept of relativity in comprehensive driving ability evaluation is further proposed.Under this concept,the natural driving trajectory dataset-HighD is used to establish the distribution map of feature values of the human driver group as the evaluation benchmark to realize the relative evaluation of driving skill and driving state.Similarly,HighD is used to establish a distribution map of human driver style feature values as an evaluation benchmark to achieve relative driving style evaluation.Finally,a comprehensive driving ability evaluation model with a“punishment”and“affirmation”mechanism is proposed.The experimental comparative analysis shows that the evaluation algorithm proposed in this paper can take into account the driver's driving skill,driving state,and driving style in the real-time comprehensive driving ability evaluation,and draw differential evaluation conclusions based on the“punishment”and“affirmation”mechanism model to achieve a comprehensive and objective evaluation of the driver's driving ability.It can meet the needs of human-machine shared driving decisions for driver's driving ability evaluation.展开更多

Young modulus,electric-field-induced displacement and the density of the PZT film are measured respectively.Bimorph- type bending actuators are fabricated using these films. The model, which is used toanalyze the driving ability of bimorph-type bending actuators by hydrothermal method, is set up. Itcan be seen that the driving ability of bimorph-type bending actuators can be greatly improved byoptimizing the thickness of PZT thin film and substrate from the theoretical analysis results. Although China has made great achievements in economic scale,the model of high-quality economic developments is still in the exploratory stage.A series problems,such as unreasonable industrial structure and low produc...Although China has made great achievements in economic scale,the model of high-quality economic developments is still in the exploratory stage.A series problems,such as unreasonable industrial structure and low production effciency,need to be resolved urgently.The transformation and upgrading of industrial structure is the inevitable choice.The analysis of industrial relations is an important method to reveal the internal mechanism of industrial structure change.Therefore,based on the concepts of sensitivity and influence coeffcient,this paper proposed the concepts of driven and driving coeffcient,and constructed the industrial complex networks of China from 1999 to 2013 according to the EORA input-output table.From the perspectives of the interaction power,industrial linkages and community structure,this paper systematically analyzes the evolution of China’s industrial structure.Results show that China’s industrial structure is undergoing a transformation from industry-oriented to industry-service-oriented.The interaction linkages between industries has formed a robust association structure.The traditional sectors such as infrastructure construction and industries are still the largest consumer group driving the development of other industries.Besides,light industry,infrastructure construction and finance have become increasingly important hub industries in the industrial system.However,some unbalanced community structures are formed in the economic system,which has resulted in a waste of resources and low production effciency to a certain extent.Effectively grasping the relationship between China’s industrial structure evolution and its association is conducive to formulating economic restructuring policies,promoting the upgrading of China’s economic and,realizing the leap from quantitative change to qualitative change.展开更多
