Effect of quenching process on the microstrucmre and mechanical properties of a kind of seamless tubes of steel 28CrMnMoV was investigated. Then, an investigation on the influence of two different quenching processes on the ductile-brittle transition behavior of this steel was undertaken. The ductile-brittle transition temperatures of the steel by two different quenching processes were also determined. The results show that a good combination of mechanical properties can be obtained through austenitizing experimental steel at 800 ℃ or 890 ℃ followed by tempering at 630 ℃. Ductile-to-brittle transition temperature of 28CrMnMoV steel austenitized at 800 ℃ followed by tempering at 640 ℃ is about -73 ℃, which is much lower than the value -37 ℃ when the steel was austenitized at 890℃ and then tempered at 650 ℃. This indicates that subcritical quenching process could decrease largely the ductile-to-brittle transition temperature of 28CrMnMoV steel. 展开更多

Brittleness is a dominant issue that restricts potential applications of Mg_2Si intermetallic compounds(IMC). In this paper, guided by first-principles calculations, we found that Al doping will enhance the ductility of Mg_2Si. The underlying mechanism is that Al doping could reduce the electronic exchange effect between Mg and Si atoms, and increase the volume module/shear modulus ratio, both of which are beneficial to the deformation capability of Mg_2Si. Experimental investigations were then carried out to verify the calculation results with Al doping contents ranging from Al-free to 10 wt%. Results showed that the obtained ductile-brittle transition temperature of the Mg_2Si–Al alloy decreased and the corresponding ductility increased. Specifically, the ductile-brittle transition temperature could be reduced by about 100℃. When the content of Al reached 6 wt%, α-Al phase started to precipitate, and the ductile-brittle transition temperature of the alloy no longer decreased. 展开更多

Its recognition largely depends on the physics of the sediments below and above the boundaries, or on the different sedimentary structures are synthetic marks for the sedimentation and tectonic movements in the sedimentary basin. The Qiangtang Basin that is in 5000m above the sea level is located in Northern Tibet. The Lazhulung—Jinshajiang suture zone now bound it to the north and the Bangong—Nujiang suture zone to the south. Three second\|order tectonic units have been distinguished, i.e. North Qiangtang depression, Central rise and South Qiangtang depression from north to south.The Upper Permian Riejuichaka Formation is built up of mudstone and mud\|limestone, which is represented by sediments in seamarsh. The Lower Triassic Kuanglu Formation, which exhibits the structure unconformable contact with the overlying Upper Permian strata, is characterized by terrigenous clastic rocks in the lower area and is carbonate rocks in the upwarding area and the Middle Triassic Kuangnan Formation. The Upper Triassic Xiachaka Formation consisting of terrigenous clastic rocks, carbonates rocks and mixed sediments, is confined to the uplift zones. The lower Jurassic volcanic rocks are deposited in continental rift. The middle and Upper Jurassic Yangshiping Group are conformable contact and assembled by the gypsum\|bearing terrigenous clastic rock formations and carbonate rock formation. The dynamic fracture toughness of a mild steel has been studied at different loading rates and temperatures.The material exhibits a transition from tough to brittle fracture with the chang- ing loading rate alone.Analysis of the fracture process by the theory of thermal activation suggests that the fracture activation energy approximates to the bond energy of the{100}of a unit cell.The toughness can be resolved into two parts,J-(fd)=J_a+J_l,where J_a is the athermal part,being independent on temperature and loading rate,while J_l=(K/K_o)^(1/n)exp(Q_f/nkT),which controls the fracture process is temperature and load- ing rate dependent.The transition of fracture mechanism caused by both temperature and loading rate is associated with the thermal movement of atoms. 展开更多

The present work investigates the effect of europium substitution on the (Bi, Pb)-2212 system in the concentration range 0.5 ≤ x ≤1.0. Phase analysis and lattice parameter calculations on the powder diffraction data and the elemental analysis of EDX show that the Eu atoms are successfully substituted into the (Bi, Pb)-2212 system. Resistivity measurements (64-300 K) reveal that the system exhibits superconductivity at x ≤ 0.5 and semiconductivity at x 〉 0.5. With the complete suppression of superconductivity which is known to be a quasi-two dimensional phenomenon in these materials, a metal to insulator transition takes place at x = 0.6 and the predominant conduction mechanism is found to be variable range hopping between localized states, resulting in macroscopic semiconducting behaviour. The results of electrical and structural properties of the doped (Bi, Pb)-2212 compounds suggest that the decrease of charge carrier concentration and the induced structural disorder are the more effective and dominant mechanisms in the origin of the metal to insulator transition and suppression of superconductivity due to Eu substitution at its Sr site. 展开更多

On the insulating side of the metal-insulator transition (MIT), the study of the effect of low Temperatures T on the electrical transport in amorphous silicon-nickel alloys a-Si1-yNiy:H exhibits that the electrical conductivity follows, at the beginning, the Efros-Shklovskii Variable Range Hopping regime (ES VRH) with T-1/2. This behaviour showed that long range electron-electron interaction reduces the Density Of State of carriers (DOS) at the Fermi level and creates the Coulomb gap (CG). For T higher than a critical value of temperature TC, we obtained the Mott Variable Range Hopping regime with T-1/4, indicating that the DOS becomes almost constant in the vicinity of the Fermi level. The critical temperature TC decreases with nickel content in the alloys. 展开更多

基于饥饿变异检索与局部小生境的麻雀算法

针对麻雀搜索算法在迭代过程中在原点与最优解徘徊,造成迭代代价高,在迭代后期,直接跳跃到极值点附近,易于陷入局部最优,且后期种群多样性减小,全局搜索能力差的问题,提出一种基于饥饿变异检索与局部小生境的麻雀算法。首先改进种群中... 针对麻雀搜索算法在迭代过程中在原点与最优解徘徊,造成迭代代价高,在迭代后期,直接跳跃到极值点附近,易于陷入局部最优,且后期种群多样性减小,全局搜索能力差的问题,提出一种基于饥饿变异检索与局部小生境的麻雀算法。首先改进种群中发现者位置迭代方法,提出饥饿短距变异机制,添加变异因子减少在原点与已有最优解的跃迁,提高全局搜索能力;其次改进跟随者位置迭代过程,引入局部小生境概念,将最优解发现者周围划定一个局部小生境,在小生境范围中的麻雀集中搜索最优解附近,小生境外麻雀逃逸到其它位置进行搜索,增强算法最优解附近的搜索能力与增强算法跃出局部空间的能力。对16个基准函数进行仿真对比实验,结果表明提出的基于饥饿变异检索与局部小生境的麻雀算法能够提高算法的搜索精度、收敛速度和稳定性。 展开更多

本文以覆盖Nb薄膜的半赫斯勒合金Nb_(0.8)CoSb为研究对象,成功利用原位加热透射电镜技术在高温下诱导Nb扩散,致使Nb_(0.8)CoSb转变为有序度更高的Nb_(0.8)+δCoSb,即倒空间漫散带代表的短程有序结构转变为超结构衍射点代表的长程有序结... 本文以覆盖Nb薄膜的半赫斯勒合金Nb_(0.8)CoSb为研究对象,成功利用原位加热透射电镜技术在高温下诱导Nb扩散,致使Nb_(0.8)CoSb转变为有序度更高的Nb_(0.8)+δCoSb,即倒空间漫散带代表的短程有序结构转变为超结构衍射点代表的长程有序结构.进一步的分析表明,这种超结构的调制波矢为q=(a~*+b~*-c~*)/3,其形成主要源自于Sb和Nb组分的变化.与离位合成的Nb_(0.8)4CoSb的微观结构进行对比,发现二者中超结构不同,这种超结构的调制波矢为q=(2a~*-2c~*)/3,主要源自于Nb组分的变化.此项研究揭示了组分导致超结构的多样性以及半赫斯勒合金结构相变的复杂性,丰富了对半赫斯勒合金材料的理解,对相变材料的设计以及功能调控具有重要指导意义. 展开更多

为探究寒冷地区过渡季教室环境质量影响学生学习效率的主次因素,将人体主观感受与认知能力测试相结合,在西安市某高校模拟教室环境中,设计了温度、CO_(2)浓度、O_(2)浓度的三因素、三水平正交实验,研究了受试者在不同工况下对环境的主... 为探究寒冷地区过渡季教室环境质量影响学生学习效率的主次因素,将人体主观感受与认知能力测试相结合,在西安市某高校模拟教室环境中,设计了温度、CO_(2)浓度、O_(2)浓度的三因素、三水平正交实验,研究了受试者在不同工况下对环境的主观评价、人体生理参数及学习效率的变化。结果表明,影响学生主观评价、生理反应、学习效率的3个因素主次顺序为:温度、CO_(2)浓度、O_(2)浓度。采用极差分析法从9种工况中得到了最佳实验工况S_(4)(温度为23℃,CO_(2)体积分数为600×10^(-6),O_(2)质量分数为24%),并通过层次分析模型验证了其准确性。 展开更多

To improve the performance of composite pseudo-noise (PN) code clock recovery in a regenerative PN ranging system at a low symbol signal-to-noise ratio (SNR), a novel chip tracking loop (CTL) used for regenerative PN ranging clock recovery is adopted. The CTL is a modified data transition tracking loop (DTTL). The difference between them is that the Q channel output of the CTL is directly multiplied by a clock component, while that of the DTTL is multiplied by the Ⅰ channel transition detector output. Under the condition of a quasi-squareware PN ranging code, the tracking ( mean square timing jitter) performance of the CTL is analyzed. The tracking performances of the CTL and the DTTL, are compared over a wide range of symbol SNRs. The result shows that the CTL and the DTTL have the same performance at a large symbol SNR, while at a low symbol SNR, the former offers a noticeable enhancement. 展开更多

确定合理的公交接驳范围是规划公交接驳线路、优化接驳设施的基础。文章提出了公交接驳潜在客流的概念及其识别方法,基于可达性一致原理,依据居民出行目的分析和潜在客流兴趣点挖掘,同时考虑相邻车站客流竞争关系,提出车站公交合理接驳... 确定合理的公交接驳范围是规划公交接驳线路、优化接驳设施的基础。文章提出了公交接驳潜在客流的概念及其识别方法,基于可达性一致原理,依据居民出行目的分析和潜在客流兴趣点挖掘,同时考虑相邻车站客流竞争关系,提出车站公交合理接驳范围的确定方法。结果表明:根据车站周围的土地利用性质,济南地铁2号线的19个车站可分为居住类、办公类、商业类、混合类等4大类;随着出行环境的改变,公交接驳区域潜在客流的出行交通方式转为“公交+轨道”的组合方式;基于客流出行需求特征分析,可获得办公类车站彭家庄站的公交合理接驳范围,即半径为2.43 km的扇形区域。 展开更多

利用地名的证据作用,应用空间计量与数理统计方法,描述了野生虎的历史分布,分析了虎地名的构词方式与表征地物,探讨了人虎关系的历史演变,关注了虎的生存状态、虎患及人类响应。地名证据发现:(1)历史上野生虎主要集中于湘东南、黔中、... 利用地名的证据作用,应用空间计量与数理统计方法,描述了野生虎的历史分布,分析了虎地名的构词方式与表征地物,探讨了人虎关系的历史演变,关注了虎的生存状态、虎患及人类响应。地名证据发现:(1)历史上野生虎主要集中于湘东南、黔中、鄂西与辽中南地区的深山沟谷与密林中,其次是省界交汇地区;(2)主要栖居于低海拔、低起伏度与坡度平缓的林谷中,森林破坏与农田扩增导致虎生境的碎片化与领地的锐减;(3)生境破坏与习性改变引发虎群、虎与其他动物、虎与人因争夺有限的生存资源而激烈竞争,虎生存状态趋向恶化;(4)隋唐时期之前,虎地名村落的数量较为稳定,随后不断增加,明清时期达到顶峰,意味着人虎冲突程度越发激烈,虎患是天灾与人祸共同作用的结果;(5)明清以来,先进的猎杀技术促使人类在人虎冲突中越发激进,官方有组织的反击行动越发频繁,直接将野生虎推向灭绝的边缘。 展开更多

城市轨道交通速度目标值是指列车在线路正线上所能达到的最高运行速度,是项目前期确定设计标准、选择运营模式、匡算工程规模的重要依据。文章在分析速度目标值影响因素的基础上,提出城市轨道交通线路速度目标值的确定方法,即围绕上位... 城市轨道交通速度目标值是指列车在线路正线上所能达到的最高运行速度,是项目前期确定设计标准、选择运营模式、匡算工程规模的重要依据。文章在分析速度目标值影响因素的基础上,提出城市轨道交通线路速度目标值的确定方法,即围绕上位规划和项目功能定位提出时空目标,结合多方式出行竞争性分析得到速度目标值范围,再根据站间距、线型条件、线路长度等,计算不同速度下的达速比、时空目标匹配性和节时效果,从供电、土建、车辆购置等方面分析不同速度目标下的工程投资差异情况,通过上述综合比选确定合理的速度目标值。然后,以某城市市域快线为例,采用上述方法确定其速度目标值,并验证速度目标值与运营模式选择的适应性和合理性,以期为后续城市轨道交通线路速度目标值的选择提供参考和借鉴。 展开更多

Magneto-plasticity occurs when a weak magnetic field alters material plasticity and offers a viable solution to enhance ductile-mode cutting of brittle materials.This study demonstrates the susceptibility of non-magnetic single-crystal calcium fluoride(CaF_(2))to the magneto-plastic effect.The influence of magneto-plasticity on CaF_(2) was confirmed in micro-deformation tests under a weak magnetic field of 20 mT.The surface pile-up effect was weakened by 10-15 nm along with an enlarged plastic zone and suppressed crack propagation under the influence of the magnetic field.Micro-cutting tests along different crystal orientations on the(111)plane of CaF_(2) revealed an increase in the ductile-brittle transition of the machined surface with the aid of magneto-plasticity where the largest increase in ductile-brittle transition occurred along the[112]orientation from 512 nm to a range of 664-806 nm.Meanwhile,the subsurface damage layer was concurrently thinner under magnetic influence.An anisotropic influence of the magnetic field relative to the single-crystal orientation and the cutting direction was also observed.An analytical model was derived to determine an orientation factor M that successfully describes the anisotropy while considering the single-crystal dislocation behaviour,material fracture toughness,and the orientation of the magnetic field.Previously suggested theoretical mechanism of magneto-plasticity via formation of non-singlet electronic states in defected configurations was confirmed with density functional theory calculations.The successful findings on the influence of a weak magnetic field on plasticity present an opportunity for the adoption of magnetic-assisted micro-cutting of non-magnetic materials. 展开更多
