Contribution of CBET and environmental/eco-awareness to eco-civilization in China

The concept of eco-civilization in China now is a hot issue.It has drawn sufficient attention from all walks of life,both in industry and academia.Not only Chinese domestic researcher focus on this area,but also many Western contributors shed light on this concept.For example,Arran E.Gare(1995),whose work aims to search for the roots of the global ecological crisis,and the cultural conditions to overcome it,and he reveals that environmental awareness has undoubtedly grown over the last two decades.The purpose of this research is to explore the core tenets and criteria of Community-based Ecotourism(CBET),environmental/eco-awareness and examine its contribution to Chinese eco-civilization,to voice Chinese's contribution to the Western world as ecological civilization represents the most advanced and sustainable mode of civilization in human history,and how to use ecological civilization philosophy to guide the develop of CBET in China,and in return,how to integrate concepts of CBET,environmental/eco-awareness with the process of Chinese eco-civilization nowadays.

Integration of eco-civilization education into ideological and political class in colleges and universities

The construction of eco-civilization is an important part of socialist construction in China, and its achievements are related to the cultivation and effective implementation of the concept of sustainable development. In his report to the Nineteenth National Congress, President Xi Jin-ping pointed out that the construction of eco-civilization is an important content that affects our country and the global ecological environment. Clear ideas and measures to solve the people's needs for a better life and development imbalance between the contradictions. This paper expounds the relationship between ideological and political education and eco-civilization, and analyzes the role of modern ideological and political education in the construction of eco-civilization. The purpose of this paper is to clarify the modern ideological and political education and the construction of eco-civilization. The mutual relations lay the foundation for giving play to the role of modern ideological and political education in the construction of eco-civilization.

Exploration on Marine Management under the View of Marine Eco-civilization

We try to inject the idea of marine eco-civilization into marine management. By enriching connotation of marine management,the idea of marine management is improved by combining ecology,sociology and management. Current marine management in China has many problems. A Tentative Analysis of the Aesthetics of Eco-civilization

This paper explores four issues concerning aesthetics. First is the groundless concept of eco-aesthetics. In nature, aesthetics is the outcome of civilization and aesthetic appreciation is a process of human's self-affirmation. Fundamentally, ecology is the opposite of civilization. Ecology is beautiful only when it benefits humans and civilizations. The concept of ecological beauty is groundless and what exists can only be the beauty of eco-civilization. Second is the symbiosis of ecology and civilization, which is the very essence of eco-civilization beauty. Third is simplicity, which is the defining beauty of eco-civilization aesthetics and originates from agricultural civilizations. Such an aesthetic view was negated by industrial civilizations and later realized self-renewal through "negation of negation. " Today, simplicity has become the defining beauty in the era of eco-civilizations. Frugality is the core of simplicity and it carries different connotations in different eras. In the era of agricultural civilizations, frugality was for wealth accumulation, while in the era of eco-civilizations frugality is for resource conservation. Fourth is the construction of eco-civilization aesthetics of which there are three noteworthy aspects; re-establishing the divinity of nature & advocating nature worship, re-humanizing and re-building trust in technology, and improving the quality of the "habitat for humanity. " The community of eco-civilization is the biggest ever shared homeland featuring harmonious co-existence between humans and nature. The aesthetics of eco-civilization are the aesthetics of the human homeland. "Happy living and dwelling" is an eternal theme of human aesthetics. When it comes to the era of eco-civilizations, however, this theme should be added with a prefix, i.e. "eco-" to form a new concept ─ "happy eco-living and dwelling."

Eco-civilization construction practice mode: An international comparative study

This paper is devoted to the analysis and comparison of eco-civilization construction modes in China and major developed western countries, which mainly focuses on the typical advanced related ecocivilization construction modes in different countries, cities or counties. Finally, it makes a comparative analysis at home and abroad, draws the conclusion and puts forward some main countermeasures and suggestions for China's eco-civilization construction on the basis of the existing research.

Dynamic Comparison and Trend analysis of Southeast Guizhou's Experimental Area of Eco-civilization Construction and the National Eco-efficiency

In order to better understand the development level of eco-efficiency in Southeast Guizhou's experimental area of eco-civilization construction,we conduct dynamic comparison research of its eco-efficiency and the national eco-efficiency,using single ratio method based on the ecological footprint model,to grasp the gap between its eco-efficiency and the national eco-efficiency,so that we can take appropriate countermeasures to improve eco-efficiency. The results show that in the period 1978-2010,the eco-efficiency in Southeast Guizhou's experimental area of eco-civilization construction was always lower than the national eco-efficiency; the long-time average annual value of its eco-efficiency was less than one half of that of the national eco-efficiency,with the absolute gap of 1 630. 095 yuan /hm 2 ,and the gap tended to widen year by year in the period 1978-2002 ( the gap increased from 276. 551 yuan /hm 2 in 1978 to peak of 3 227. 713 yuan /hm 2 in 2002,with an average annual increase of 118. 047 yuan /hm 2 ,and especially after 1992,the gap was particularly evident,with an average annual increase of 194.771 yuan/hm 2 ) ,but from 2003,the gap between the two tended to decrease. Based on the prediction results of grey system,in the period 2011-2025,the gap between the eco-efficiency in Southeast Guizhou's experimental area of eco-civilization construction and the national eco-efficiency will gradually narrow,and from 2019, the eco-efficiency in Southeast Guizhou's experimental area of eco-civilization construction will be higher than the national eco-efficiency.

According to Eco–philosophy, the world is a complex "man–society–nature" ecosystem, a community of shared life that exists and works in the form of an integral whole as a living organic system. With the relationship among man, society, and nature being its basic problem, and the harmony of the three being its target, Eco–philosophy, as a holistic philosophical world view, goes beyond the modern philosophy of subject–object dichotomy and helps to facilitate the ecological civilization construction with its new world view, epistemology, methodology and axiology.

为了从本质上提升湖泊水位-容积曲线计算的精度与效率,在分析对比传统水位-容积曲线计算方法的基础上,利用Civil 3D高程分析,结合.NET二次开发,建立了水位-容积曲线计算的新方法。该方法能够在全三维环境不降低实测地形图精度的条件下精确高效计算湖泊的水位-容积曲线,特别是对大范围的湖泊容积分析,具有更加明显的优势,让湖泊的传统水文分析技术有了质的提升。

基于“山水林田湖草一体化保护”的生态保护修复研究--以广州北部生态涵养区为例

山水林田湖草系统治理是推进生态文明建设的重要方法。文章以广州北部生态涵养区为研究对象,针对该区域的森林资源质量需提升、资源保护力度应加强、森林健康管理待提高3种主要生态问题,提出以综合治理生态环境本底为基础、以增强森林生态系统质量和稳定性为导向的生态保护修复思路,注重生态环境综合治理、森林质量精准提升、生物多样性保护与修复、自然资源科学管理4类13项生态保护修复内容,并通过生态保护修复区划,分析诊断5个功能分区现存问题,提出生态保护修复策略,开展相应的实施内容。

新时代西藏生态文明建设的理论构建

西藏具有重要的生态战略地位,但其生态系统极为脆弱,生态文明建设重要性和艰难性并存。本文在总结西藏生态环境保护与建设历史过程的基础上,对照习近平生态文明思想,构建了新时代西藏生态文明建设的生态系统论、生态平衡论、生态风险论、生态价值论和生态发展论,探讨西藏生态文明建设内在的理论逻辑关系,为西藏生态文明建设走在全国前列提供支撑。

环境法典之所以以“生态环境法典”命名,除了因为实务工作中“生态环境”的使用频率较高以外,更是其蕴含了深厚中国传统文化和科学合理的学科价值,但作为环境立法的基本概念,“生态环境”一词包含的内容宽泛,缺乏论证导致其概念存在模糊。在习近平总书记关于生态文明建设和法治理念的指导下,《生态环境法典》的编纂对“生态环境”内涵的进一步现代化发展提出了深刻的要求,因而在法典的编纂问题上提出了内容非汇总、人民为本质的深刻要求。“生态环境”概念的现代化发展是拥有坚定的政治基础与强大的理论武装的理论成果,是法典化过程不可或缺的理论支撑,同时满足了适度法典化的编纂要求,更是构建现代环境治理体系新目标、新任务的明确体现,是探索“生态环境”概念及其现代化发展是编纂法典的必经之路。

生态环境分区管控作为中国生态文明建设领域的特色制度创新,不仅是优化国土空间保护利用新格局的战略部署,也是习近平生态文明思想引领下的实践范例。对生态环境分区管控的逻辑论证和运行观察,发现:作为生态环境源头预防的基本性制度,生态环境分区管控根植于空间转向理论,蕴含着深厚的空间治理逻辑;生态环境分区管控以实现空间正义为价值目标,法治化是其制度发展的应然理路;法制供给滞后、法律内容残缺、配套机制缺失是掣肘生态环境分区管控战略实施和制度转型的主要动因。因此,提出要在明确立法策略的基础之上,按照内外在机理构筑生态环境分区管控的法治体系。

新时代生态文明制度体系的基本内涵、原则架构和鲜明特征

新时代生态文明制度体系是进入新时代以来,以国家治理体系和治理能力现代化为保障的规范体系,其中蕴含着中国共产党是生态文明制度体系建设的领导力量,全体社会成员都要受生态文明制度体系的约束,主要处理生态文明领域的国家事务和社会事务。新时代生态文明制度体系的原则架构是以生态文明体制改革的“六个坚持”为基本原则、以社会主义制度为根本依据、以生态文明领域中若干重大制度为基础性规范、以生态文明建设具体领域一系列重要体制机制为全面表现。新时代生态文明制度体系具有以下鲜明特征:(1)鲜明的现实性,即在新时代生态文明建设实践中形成和发展;(2)系统的完备性,即生态文明法治和制度越来越完整严密;(3)保障的规范性,即真正实现用规范的制度来管理生态环境;(4)持续的发展性,即与时俱进地推进生态文明制度体系创新;(5)根本的政治性,即“四维”政治性质在生态文明领域具体展开;(6)价值的人民性,即始终以人民对优美生态环境需要为中心。
