Relationship between Sustainable Land Use and Rural Economic Development:A Case Study of Meining Village,Pingma Town in Guangxi

For a long time,rural economic development has put economic benefits in the first place,ignoring the impact of unreasonable land use on local land resources and ecological environment,which is not conducive to the long-term high-quality development of local economy and sustainable land use.There is an urgent need to study the relationship between sustainable land use and rural economic development in order to achieve the coordinated development of the two.By using the methods of literature research and field investigation,this paper studies Meining Village,Tiandong County,Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region.The study found that farmers tend to plant pure eucalyptus forest,single land use structure,short-term rotation planting model and traditional afforestation and land preparation technology are not conducive to sustainable land use in forest areas,and affected by economic and educational factors,farmers livelihood is relatively simple,so the development of rural economy will be restricted.In view of the above problems,this paper puts forward the following solutions:changing the land use model of Meining Village to promote sustainable land use;introducing advanced science and technology and diversified livelihood ways to promote the sustainable development of rural economy;building a virtuous circle of sustainable land use and rural economic development.

Regional Economic Types and Development Strategy of Small Towns in Suburb Beijing

The purpose of this article is to classify the regional economic types and development dynamics of small towns in suburb Beijing by applying the classification methods developed by Nelson's method and Location Quotient method into 183 small towns in Beijing.Four types of small towns are thus identified,including urban agriculture dominated towns,manufacturing dominated towns,service industry dominated towns and comprehensive type towns with balanced economic development.Within the environment of geographical information system,the spatial distribution pattern of four types of small towns with their evolution trend is analyzed.The results indicate that four types of small towns have obvious'core-periphery'spatial structure but with different functional orientations and evolution mechanisms.Based on this,the different development strategies for each type of small towns are summarized,providing a scientific reference for the differentiating planning and development strategies of these small towns.

The Research on Protection of Historical and Cultural Towns and Villages in China

After the discussion of the protection process and significance for historical and cultural towns and villages and the introduction of survey and theoretical researches on them,five modes had been divided for the protection of historical and cultural towns and villages in China,which were original appearance protection,renovated utilization protection,removal protection,antique imitation development and real estate development.It had pointed out problems existing in historical and cultural villages' protection,which were that policies and regulations were incomplete and protective measures were laggard;leaders decided blindly and neglected experts' opinions;immediate interest had been highlighted and sustainable development been overlooked,capitals were lacked and management was disordered,and the publicity was insufficient and the masses had no high protection consciousness.On this basis,it had discussed the protection of historical and cultural towns and villages in the future,emphasized the completion of regulatory system and management mechanism,enhance capital investment and publicity education,and deeply explore material cultural heritages and non-material cultural heritages in historical and cultural villages,finally further studying the theories and cases.

A World of Ice and Snow Being also Invaluable Asset:A Case Study of the"Snow Village"

Based on field visit and interview,the current situation of snow village in China is summarized from four aspects:core scenic spots in snow village,skiing industry in snow village,film and television industry in snow village,and ice and snow agritainment.The investigation found that there are still significant problems in homogenization,scenic area infrastructure,and government regulation in snow village.Targeted solutions are proposed from four aspects:tapping internal advantages,strengthening top-level design and infrastructure construction,promoting tourism industry upgrading,and collaborating to innovate the ice and snow tourism supply chain,in order to further promote the economic development of snow village.

Rural Tourism Development of the Ancient Village in Guangxi Province—A Case Study of Yangmei Ancient Town of Nanning City

In view of current problems in rural tourism development of the ancient villages in Guangxi Province, and based on viewpoints of some scholars, the paper proposed some opinions and suggestions by a case study of how tourism development in Yangmei Town serving metropolitan construction of Nanning at Beibu Gulf.

Small-medium sized enterprise cluster and small town economic development

The small-medium sized enterprise （SME） in China has made considerable progress and been the main power to promote the regional economic development. SME cluster at the small town in the developed areas along the east coast of China. This paper analyses the relationship between SME cluster and the economic development of small towns. The conclusion is that SME cluster is the direction of the small town＇s development. The special cultural tradition and value conception are the important location conditions to develop SME cluster. In the end, the author provides some countermeasures to develop SME clusters in the small towns.

Building Characteristic Sports Towns——Opening A New Blue Ocean for the Economic Development of Sports Industry

When advancing the construction new-type urbanization was put forward to being an important move of urban economic development in the following decade in the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, the characteristic towns' construction emerged as the times require. At the same time, the development of sports industry was lifted to a strategic height of national economic construction. This paper, taking the construction of characteristic sports town as the research object, with multiple research methods such as literature review method, case analysis method and expert interviews applied, makes "Building a Characteristic Sports Town" as the new economic growth pole of the development of sports industry, clearly analyzing the construction of sports town with PEST analytical method, which provides study and reference for opening up the new blue ocean for the economic development of sports industry.

From Tree Structure to Interactive Network:A Preliminary Study on Transit-Oriented Spatial Development Patterns of Village-Town Communities

Based on the relatively developed highway and road network in China's eastern coastal provinces, the public transit-oriented development model(TOD) for village-town communities aims to create a network connecting the urban and rural public transportation system and the public service system, by selectively constructing "urban-type" communities with bus stops, thus promoting the mobility of urban and rural factors and to optimize the public service system, so as to change the traditional top-down development mode with tree structure. Through the planning practice in Linyi County, Dezhou City, it is found that a TOD-based spatial development mode in village-town communities can provide references for new countryside planning and construction in China in terms of upgrading the urban-rural functional structure, satisfying local demands, optimizing local government decisions, improving the planning mode, etc.

空间基因视角下中国村镇聚落发展规律研究综述与展望

村镇聚落发展规律研究是村镇聚落转型重构与科学规划的重要内容。在强调文化自信和乡村振兴的背景下,空间基因理论为村镇聚落发展规律研究提供了新的视角。采用CiteSpace知识图谱软件,对中国村镇聚落空间基因相关研究的文献进行了可视化分析,综合知识图谱了解该领域的阶段特征与研究热点,在此基础上从空间特征与价值、演变过程与机制及量化分析3个方面,提出了村镇聚落发展规律的研究综述与展望。

帽子效益:国家运动休闲特色小镇对目的地经济发展的影响

创建国家运动休闲特色小镇是中央促进体育产业集聚发展、推进城乡融合的重要举措。基于2010—2021年274个地级市的面板数据,采用双重差分法识别创建国家运动休闲特色小镇对目的地经济发展的政策效应及影响机制。结果表明:(1)研究期内国家运动休闲特色小镇未能明显推动目的地的经济发展,该结果具有稳健性;(2)国家运动休闲特色小镇的经济效应存在滞后性,约在政策实施5年后表现出正向趋势;(3)国家运动休闲特色小镇建设需要通过政府财政支出、基础设施建设和产业结构升级等途径才能有效发挥对目的地经济发展的作用;(4)国家运动休闲特色小镇的经济效应存在区域异质性和规模异质性,对东部地区城市和中小城市的经济推动作用要优于中西部地区城市和大城市。因此,地方政府需给予合理的政策支持,构建相应的治理体系,完善基础设施建设和优化产业结构;同时,应树立可持续发展观,着眼于长期效益,并加强各地区之间的协作共享以及要素与信息的自由流通。

贵州“村超”与冰雪旅游协同创新发展研究

随着人们生活水平的提升和旅游消费的升级,冰雪旅游逐渐成为冬季旅游的热门选择。同时,随着乡村振兴战略的提出,乡村体育赛事受到越来越多的关注。在此背景下,本文探讨贵州“村超”与冰雪旅游协同创新发展的可行性,论证贵州“村超”与冰雪旅游协同创新发展的必要性,构建贵州“村超”与冰雪旅游的协同创新发展模式,建立贵州“村超”与冰雪旅游协同创新发展的机制,并提出贵州“村超”与冰雪旅游协同创新发展的对策,以期为贵州乡村体育事业和冰雪旅游产业高质量发展提供重要的理论参考和对策建议,进而促进“十四五”时期贵州经济的可持续发展。

基于公共服务设施可达性的村镇建设格局评价及优化策略研究——以常州市金坛区为例

村镇建设格局是城乡统筹发展的重要空间载体。该文以地处苏南的常州市金坛区为研究对象,构建金坛区公共服务设施可达性测度指标体系,诊断公共服务设施可达性存在的问题,评价村镇建设格局的发展现状并提出优化策略。结果表明:①研究区内各类公共服务设施点主要围绕主城区、城镇中心及交通主干道分布,整体呈现出“一个大中心、多个小中心”的放射状空间格局,不同公共服务设施之间可达性分异较大;②金坛区居民点分形特征较强,居民点分布呈现出多区域片状集聚的空间特征,基本沿主要交通线路扩张;③金坛区村镇建设存在村镇空间形态复杂、村镇公共服务设施配置不均衡、村镇规模等级不合理的问题,据此提出提高村镇空间结构稳定性等村镇建设格局空间优化建议。研究结果可为“苏南洼地”破除城乡二元结构、推动城乡融合发展及地区高质量发展提供科学依据。

土地发展权视角下全域土地综合整治工具探索——以佛山市南海区“三券”为例

全域土地综合整治是稳妥推进农村土地制度改革的关键抓手。在全域土地综合整治中,不同的整治模式会造成土地发展权的非均衡配置,使得被赋予土地发展权的项目容易实施、被削减或终止土地发展权的项目难以实施。本文从土地发展权视角出发,探究了南海区“三券”政策的三个典型案例,分析了“三券”政策的实施机制,指出“三券”政策实质上是通过土地发展权的补偿和转移来保护村集体利益、助力实施全域土地综合整治的有效工具和重要路径。建立和完善土地发展权转移和补偿机制,有利于推进实施全域土地综合整治、解决因土地性质变化而产生的土地收益“暴损”问题,有利于以全域土地综合整治为牵引深化农村土地制度改革,促进乡村振兴和城乡融合发展。

基于GIS的景村协同特征与机制研究——以河南省为例

本研究以河南省为研究案例区,运用空间数量关系和空间质量关系模型定量分析A级景区与特色村镇空间关系,并基于交通通达度、运用核密度分析、缓冲区分析等方法,对河南省A级景区与特色村镇协同发展特征与机制进行探讨.主要结论如下:在数量关系上,河南省特色村镇与A级景区之间的数量空间关系整体较为显著;在质量空间关系上,特色村镇与A级景区质量空间协调度处于基本协调水平,二者质量空间耦合关系处于良好耦合协调发展水平;在协同发展关系上,交通通达度、旅游经济、河流等对特色村镇与A级景区协同发展具有重要的正向影响.

主体功能区战略视角下广东省县域城镇化发展路径研究

推进以县城为重要载体的城镇化是新时期推进县域城镇化的重要切入点和关键抓手,对助推实现城乡融合和区域协调发展具有重大战略意义。本研究选取广东省57个县(市)作为研究对象,从落实主体功能区战略和完善主体功能区制度的视角,揭示了广东省县域主体功能区的重要特征,以及广东省县域城镇化、县域产业发展的情况和问题,并以底线优先、发展赋能、政策叠加的原则和思路,对衔接主体功能区战略的广东省县城进行了归类,对不同类别县城以产业为牵引推进城镇化的路径提出了具体对策建议,以期为支撑广东深入推进“百县千镇万村高质量发展工程”、为其他省市推进县域城镇化发展提供有益参考。

基于情景模拟的港口小城镇交通-空间耦合关系研究——以海南洋浦经济开发区为例

在大力推动港口建设和港产城融合发展的背景下,港口小城镇的交通-空间耦合关系亟待协同优化。首先,对交通-空间耦合的基本内涵进行解读,发现其普遍存在港城客货组织混杂、组团内部职住失衡、跨组团通道容量约束三方面问题。其次,应用情景模拟方法,从客货组织、职住平衡、交通方式三个维度构建十二项组合情景,并进行交通-空间耦合绩效的量化评价。分析表明,外引货运交通、改善职住平衡和提高跨组团公交服务水平均能实现耦合绩效改善。据此,提出通过分离货运要素、聚焦港区平衡、强化公交导向的综合施策来优化交通-空间耦合关系。研究可为港口小城镇空间布局、交通-空间一体化规划提供借鉴。

Process and cause of urban-rural development transformation in the Bohai Rim Region, China

China＇s reform and opening-up policy has brought the country a great development opportunity. The high-speed growth of the economy not only led China to a period of industrialization, urbanization, informatization and agricultural modernization, but also exacerbated the situation of the urban–rural dual structure. Based on the review of current studies, we first used the analytic hierarchy process（AHP） method to evaluate the urban–rural development and transformation level by population transformation index, land transformation index, industrial transformation index and social transformation index between 1996 and 2012 around the Bohai Rim Region. Then, based on the results of each index, we used the exploratory spatial data analysis（ESDA） method to investigate the spatial autocorrelation of the change in the urban–rural development transformation index during the 16-year period using Global Moran＇s I index and Local Moran＇s I index. Finally, we investigated the mechanism of change of the urban–rural development transformation index at county level, summarizing five main factors：（1） the radiation from the surrounding big cities,（2） the acceleration of the urbanization process,（3） the upgrading of the industrial structure,（4） the publishing and implementation of a macro development strategy and regional policy, and（5） natural factors such as topology.

传统村落保护发展实践探索——以江苏省宜兴市太华镇为例

传统村落作为农耕文明的重要产物,是传承历史文化的重要载体。江苏以省级传统村落作为重要抓手,探索适应本省实际的保护发展实践工作。文章基于江苏省传统村落保护发展的地方实践,以宜兴市太华镇为例,从村落分布、选址与格局以及物质资源和非物质资源三个方面阐释其境内分布的传统村落特征,并针对目前存在的“管报不管保”“单个村落保护弊端”以及“保护与发展矛盾”等问题提出相应建议,以期为传统村落保护发展工作提供借鉴。

数字经济对服务消费的影响研究

数字经济背景下,服务业数字化助推消费结构优化升级,服务消费成为扩大消费新引擎。近年来,我国居民的服务消费规模稳步提高,消费水平不断提升,对经济发展的贡献不断加大。本文通过梳理我国服务消费现状以及分析数字经济对服务消费的影响机制,提出影响我国服务消费发展的因素,如企业服务创新意识不足、信用体系不健全、平台经济存在短板与数字乡村建设落后等。为推动我国服务消费的发展,文章分别从加强数字技术创新,提升用户服务体验;强化信用信息体系,优化市场环境;加大政府投资力度,发展平台经济以及推进数字乡村建设,提振服务消费等角度提出相关建议,以供参考。
