Hybrid Chinese Information Retrieval Model Based on the Combination of Keyword and Concept

A hybrid model that is based on the Combination of keywords and concept was put forward. The hybrid model is built on vector space model and probabilistic reasoning network. It not only can exert the advantages of keywords retrieval and concept retrieval but also can compensate for their shortcomings. Their parameters can be adjusted according to different usage in order to accept the best information retrieval result, and it has been proved by our experiments.

Improved concept models for straight thin-walled columns with box cross section

This paper focuses on developing improved concept models for straight thin-walled box sectional columns which can better predict the peak crushing force that occurs during crashworthiness analyses. We develop a nonlinear translational spring based on previous research and apply such a spring element to build the enhanced concept models. The work presented in this article is developed on the basis of the publication of the author (Liu and Day, 2006b) and has been applied in a crashworthiness design issue, which is presented by the author in another paper (Liu, 2008).

ATMOSPHERIC BOUNDARY LAYER CONCEPT MODEL OF THE PEARL RIVER DELTA AND ITS APPLICATION

Based on the geographical circumstance, climate and the boundary layer meteorology features of the Pearl River Delta, a boundary layer concept model of the Pearl River Delta was built. The concept model consists of four fundamental factors that affect the boundary layer meteorology of the Pearl River Delta and can convincingly explain the reason of the air quality change in the Pearl River Delta. The model can be used to the diffusion capability analysis, the air pollution potential forecasting or haze forecasting, etc.

Mesoscopic analysis of the utilization of hardening model for a description of softening behavior based on disturbed state concept theory

Mesoscopic characteristics of a clayey soil specimen subjected to macroscopic loading are examined using a medi- cal-use computerized tomography (CT) instrument. Disturbed state concept (DSC) theory is based on the utilization of the hard- ening model. DSC indirectly describes material behavior by claiming that the actual response of the material is expressed in terms of the relative intact (RI) response and the fully adjusted (FA) response. The occurrence of mesoscopic structural changes of material has similarities with the occurrence of a macroscopic response of the material under loadings. In general, the relative changing value of a softening material is three to five times more than that of a hardening material. Whether special zones exist or not in a specimen cross section does not affect the following conclusion: hardening material and softening material show me- chanical differences with CT statistical indices values prominently changing, and the change is related to the superposing of a disturbance factor. A new disturbance factor evolution function is proposed. Thus, mesoscopic statistical indices are introduced to describe macroscopic behavior through the new evolution function. An application of the new evolution function proves the effectiveness of the amalgamation of a macroscopic and a mesoscopic experimental phenomenon measurement methods.

Disturbed state concept as unified constitutive modeling approach

A unified constitutive modeling approach is highly desirable to characterize a wide range of engineeringmaterials subjected simultaneously to the effect of a number of factors such as elastic, plastic and creepdeformations, stress path, volume change, microcracking leading to fracture, failure and softening,stiffening, and mechanical and environmental forces. There are hardly available such unified models. Thedisturbed state concept （DSC） is considered to be a unified approach and is able to provide materialcharacterization for almost all of the above factors. This paper presents a description of the DSC, andstatements for determination of parameters based on triaxial, multiaxial and interface tests. Statementsof DSC and validation at the specimen level and at the boundary value problem levels are also presented.An extensive list of publications by the author and others is provided at the end. Information： From Philosophic to Physics Concepts for Informational Modeling of Consciousness

Information was a frequently used concept in many fields of investigation. However, this concept is still not really understood, when it is referred for instance to consciousness and its informational structure. In this paper it is followed the concept of information from philosophical to physics perspective, showing especially how this concept could be extended to matter in general and to the living in particular, as a result of the intimate interaction between matter and information, the human body appearing as a bipolar informed-matter structure. It is detailed on this way how this concept could be referred to consciousness, and an informational modeling of consciousness as an informational system of the human body is presented. Based on the anatomic architecture of the organism and on the inference of the specific information concepts, it is shown that the informational system of the human body could be described by seven informational subsystems, which are reflected in consciousness as corresponding cognitive centers. These results are able to explain the main properties of consciousness, both the cognitive and extra-cognitive properties of the mind, like that observed during the near-death experiences and other similar phenomena. Moreover, the results of such a modeling are compared with the existing empirical concepts and models on the energetic architecture of the organism, showing their relevance for the understanding of consciousness.

Informational Model of Consciousness: From Philosophic Concepts to an Information Science of Consciousness

On the long and well-worn road of many, but justifiable attempts of human to discover his origin, his trajectory as a species, and a suitable understanding consciousness, his system allowing the connection to the environment and to his own organism, the concepts and models of philosophy enunciated or experienced by millennia, meet today with modern science concepts of physics and of science of information. Based on recent discoveries of quantum physics and astrophysics, revealing a new understanding of our environment and starting from some philosophical concepts on information of matter and of living structures, this work discusses the dynamics of information within the frame of the Informational Model of Consciousness as an informational system of the human body, connected both to the environment and to the body itself, to control the adaptation for survival. It is shown that consciousness is actually an informational projection in the mind of seven informational subsystems, three of which forming the operative system of consciousness for the short-term adaptation, and other three forming the programmed operating system, dedicated to the maintenance of body and to the long-term survival of species, showing various inputs and outputs of information. The seventh subsystem is the information pole, connecting the organism with the external information, especially related to the extra-sensorial properties of the mind, the human body appearing as a bipolar info-matter structure, managed by the brain. The received information is progressively integrated into the informational system of the organism, which absorbs and emanates information as a reactive system for adaptation, able to operate both with matter-related (codified) and non-matter related (virtual) information. As both connections with external and internal environment (body itself) can be described in terms of information, this model opens the gate to investigate consciousness by means of the tools of the information science, offering also answers to the philosophic “mind-body” problem and to the “hard” problem and showing correspondences with some ancient philosophies.

Effects of health concept model-based detailed behavioral care on mood and quality of life in elderly patients with chronic heart failure

BACKGROUND With the intensification of social aging,the susceptibility of the elderly population to diseases has attracted increasing attention,especially chronic heart failure(CHF)that accounts for a large proportion of the elderly.AIM To evaluate the application value of health concept model-based detailed behavioral care in elderly patients with CHF.METHODS This study recruited 116 elderly CHF patients admitted from October 2018 to October 2020 and grouped them according to the nursing care that they received.The elderly patients who underwent health concept model-based detailed behavioral care were included in a study group(SG;n=62),and those who underwent routine detailed behavioral nursing intervention were included as a control group(CG;n=54).Patients’negative emotions(NEs),quality of life(QoL),and nutritional status were assessed using the self-rating anxiety/depression scale(SAS/SDS),the Minnesota Living with Heart Failure Questionnaire(MLHFQ),and the Modified Quantitative Subjective Global Assessment(MQSGA)of nutrition,respectively.Differences in rehabilitation efficiency,NEs,cardiac function(CF)indexes,nutritional status,QoL,and nursing satisfaction were comparatively analyzed.RESULTS A higher response rate was recorded in the SG vs the CG after intervention(P<0.05).After care,the left ventricular ejection fraction was higher while the left ventricular end-diastolic dimension and left ventricular end systolic diameter were lower in the SG compared with the CG(P<0.05).The post-intervention SAS and SDS scores,as well as MQSGA and MLHFQ scores,were also lower in the SG(P<0.05).The SG was also superior to the CG in the overall nursing satisfaction rate(P<0.05).CONCLUSION Health concept model-based detailed behavioral care has high application value in the nursing care of elderly CHF patients,and it can not only effectively enhance rehabilitation efficiency,but also mitigate patients’NEs and improve their CF and QoL.

The Transform Method from the Concept Model to the Petri Net Model

A concept model for the specification of the system is presented in this paper. It includes power graph,resource graph and restriction set. The transformation algorithms from concept model to Petri net model are given respectively. The method is illustrated by an example of the discrete manufacturing system.

Optimized Modeling Method for Unbalanced Data in High-Level Visual Semantic Concept Classification

To solve the unbalanced data problems of learning models for semantic concepts, an optimized modeling method based on the posterior probability support vector machine （PPSVM） is presented. A neighborbased posterior probability estimator for visual concepts is provided. The proposed method has been applied in a high-level visual semantic concept classification system and the experiment results show that it results in enhanced performance over the baseline SVM models, as well as in improved robustness with respect to high-level visual semantic concept classification.

Application of the Static Headland-Bay Beach Concept to a Sandy Beach: A New Elliptical Model

The headland-bay beach is one of the most common coastal types in the world.Its morphology reflects the changes that occurred during long-term evolution of the sandy coast.Several headland-bay beach models have been proposed to simulate the coastline’s configuration in equilibrium.In this paper,a new elliptical model is proposed,described,and applied.On the east coast of Laizhou Bay in Shandong Province from Longkou Port to Diaolongzui,four typical headland-bay beaches have developed,and four headland-bay beach models are used in this paper to simulate the morphology of these beaches to assess the applicability of each model.The simulation results of the elliptical model verify that it is applicable to the study area.In addition,the elliptical model is easy to use.Through simulation and field investigations,we concluded that most of the coastal segments in this area will remain in an erosion state,and the human activity has a significant impact on the shoreline’s evolution.

Concept Model of Ecological Civilization Regulated by Nature,Society and Government

We studied theoretic development of ecological civilization,and put forward the concept model of ecological civilization regulated by nature,society and government.In the construction of ecological civilization,the nature,society and government play different roles and have respective functions.Therefore,we should build a self-regulating network of ecological civilization through natural law,social law,as well as scientific outlook on development.

Concept and evaluation of bay health:the role of numerical model in the Yueqing Bay,China

To better evaluate the three-dimensional bay health and predict the dynamic bay health conditions, a concept of numerical bay health was introduced and a method of numerical bay health evaluation（NBHE） was developed.To support the NBHE method, a numerical bay health index（NBHI） system was constructed, which assess the natural and socio-economic effects on the entire bay. Five index groups are combined to formulate the NBHI,including geometry, hydrodynamics and sediment dynamics, bio-ecology, water quality and socio-economy.Each group has different number of indices selected and weighted using AHP method according to their importance. Data were mainly synthesized from a variety of numerical models together with monitoring programs, which provide superior to other approaches in discriminating data integrity and predicting data in future. The NBHE method using NBHI system was applied in the Yueqing Bay during spring tide in April 2007.According to the NBHE results, Sta. A, at the surface level of the estuarine mouth, has a healthy geometry condition, sub-healthy hydrodynamic and sediment dynamic condition, and unhealthy water quality and bioecology conditions. The integrated healthy score at Sta. A indicates its sub-healthy condition.

A VISCOPLASTIC MODEL BASED ON NO-YIELD-SURFACE CONCEPT

The elasticjviscoplastic constitutive equation which describes deformation law of metal materials was suggested based on no-yield-surface concept and thermal activation theory of dislocation. The equation which takes account of effects of strain-rate, strain history, strain-rate history, hardening and temperature has stronger physical basis.Comparison of the theoretical prediction with experimental results of mechanical behaviours of Ti under conditions of uniaxial stress and room temperature shows good consistency.

基于24Model的煤炭企业安全文化提升实践研究

为了发挥安全文化在事故预防中的重要作用,运用基于事故致因“2-4”模型的安全文化水平提升方法研究某煤炭企业的安全文化建设现状并提出改进措施。首先,明确了24Model视域下的安全文化水平提升方法在我国的适用性;然后,从安全文化水平现状和安全理念2方面开展了针对该企业的实践研究;最后,提出改进措施。结果表明:该企业安全文化水平总体上要比国内或同行业的安全业绩较差的企业好,比安全业绩较好的企业差;该企业安全理念涉及32元素的13个方面;一线人员、班组长、专业人员和领导层对部分元素的理解程度不佳,并且这些元素中仅有元素3、元素4、元素6、元素13、元素16的内容在企业的安全理念有所体现。提出了14条改进的安全理念用于提高企业的安全文化水平。

总体国家安全观下高校国家安全人才培养——基于需求侧的扎根研究

国家安全教育是维护国家安全的基本途径之一。高校是培养国家安全人才的主阵地,探索其国家安全教育内在机理与优化路径,以便更好地适应总体国家安全观的要求。基于需求端视角,采用扎根理论方法,以滚雪球抽样方式收集73名高校学生数据。通过开放式编码、主轴编码和选择性编码,构建国家安全教育影响因素理论模型,分析国家安全教育内在机理和作用路径。研究表明,高校国家安全教育受外部因素、教育生态、学习者动态参与、学习者个人特征、成效转化共同影响;可以通过融合顶层规划与全域安全教育治理、锚定需求侧驱动的培养模式、优化成效导向评价三个方面提升国家安全人才培养质量和效果。

可持续发展视角下医学教学模式的可视化分析

目的探究中国医学教学模式的发展进程及研究热点,为中国医学教育的发展提供借鉴。方法采用文献计量法,对中国知网数据库检索2013年1月1日—2023年12月31日发表的医学教学模式相关文献,运用CiteSpace软件对所纳入文献的发文量、机构、作者、文献共引及关键词进行知识图谱分析。结果共纳入相关文献17731篇。研究发现,医学教育模式相关研究文献年发文量总体呈上升趋势,研究的热点问题主要集中在教学模式、教学技术、教学效果和学科应用四个方面。研究领域聚焦在临床医学、护理教育和中医学等学科。结论将信息技术融入医学教学模式中,未来仍需在多元教学方法、多方位教学评价等方面持续发力;运用循证医学与整合医学的教育理念指导医学教学模式值得深入研究;以个性化自主学习为主导,以产业发展为导向,构建公共卫生人才培养的新范式。
