Influencing factors and preventive measures of infectious complications after intestinal resection for Crohn’s disease

The incidence of Crohn’s disease(CD)has increased in recent years,with most patients requiring intestinal resection.Complications after intestinal resection for CD can lead to poor prognosis and recurrence,among which infectious complic-ations are the most common.This study aimed to investigate the common risk factors,including medications,preoperative nutritional status,surgery-related factors,microorganisms,lesion location and type,and so forth,causing infectious complications after intestinal resection for CD,and to propose corresponding preventive measures.The findings provided guidance for identifying suscept-ibility factors and the early intervention and prevention of infectious complic-ations after intestinal resection for CD in clinical practice.

Influence of Additives on the Solvothermal Synthesis in the Formation of Zn-MOF_5

The influences of additives of NH_3,HCl,KOH and CH_3OH on the solvothermal synthesis of the Zn-based metal-organic frameworks(Zn-MOF_5s)were investigated.Powder X-ray diffraction(PXRD),thermal gravimetric analysis(TGA),Fourier translation infrared spectroscope(FT-IR),N_2adsorption/desorption at 77 K and CO_2sorption measurements were used to characterize the as-prepared Zn-MOF_5s.The experimental results showthat additives of NH_3,CH_3OH,HCl and KOH in the synthesis of the Zn-MOF_5s do not change the underlying topology,but they are extremely sensitive to the pore textural properties,thus changing the CO_2adsorption capacity.Additives would lower the pore width and the surface area,and then lower the CO_2adsorption capacity of Zn-MOF_5s.

Bell’s Theorem and Instantaneous Influences at a Distance

An explicit model-example is presented to simulate Einstein-Podolsky-Rosen (EPR) experiments without invoking instantaneous influences at a distance. The model-example, together with the interpretation of past experiments by Kwiat and coworkers, uncovers logical inconsistencies in the application of Bell’s theorem to actual EPR experiments. The inconsistencies originate from topological-combinatorial assumptions that are both necessary and sufficient to derive all Bell-type inequalities including those of Wigner-d’Espagnat and Clauser-Horne-Shimony-Holt. The model-example circumvents these inconsistencies.

集体经营性建设用地入市农户满意度影响因素研究——基于Logistic-ISM模型的分析

农户满意程度可以反映政策改革成效,探究农户集体经营性建设用地入市满意度影响因素,有助于评价政策实施效果,同时对提升农村发展和农民幸福感也有一定的现实意义.采用问卷调查和访谈的方式,选取重庆市大足区作为研究区域,基于Logistic模型确定农户满意度的影响因素,结合ISM模型分析各影响因素之间的层次关系,对农民的政策实施满意度影响因素进行实证分析.研究结果显示:(1)针对入市实施效果,绝大部分农户持满意态度,不满意的地方集中在收益分配不及时和环境污染方面;(2)家中是否有村干部、生态环境变化情况、是否参与表决、分配公平性、入市实际收益、程序透明性、入市风险存在情况、对入市土地所有者的认知对入市农户满意度有显著影响.其中对入市土地所有者的认知、入市风险存在情况、入市实际收益为表层直接因素,中层间接因素有生态环境变化情况、是否参与表决、分配公平性以及程序透明性,家中是否有村干部为深层根源因素.应进一步完善土地产权制度,明晰入市到期后土地权属问题;健全监督管理机制,建立集体经营性建设用地入市单位的产业目录和准入标准制度;完善收益分配机制,制定集体土地入市指导性分配意见;将村集体负责人纳入政府基层领导队伍体系,提高程序透明性.

油井管在CO_(2)/H_(2)S体系中的腐蚀行为研究进展

CO_(2)和H_(2)S引起的腐蚀问题备受关注。CO_(2)/H_(2)S体系是导致石油管材发生腐蚀、断裂、穿孔等失效的主要原因,高温、高压、高含Cl-的“三高”井下环境以及高含硫气藏的开发环境,进一步加剧了管材的腐蚀,严重威胁井筒的安全。本文论述了CO_(2)和H_(2)S的腐蚀机理,概括了pH值、温度、H_(2)S分压、Cl^(-)浓度等因素对油井管腐蚀规律的影响,重点分析了CO_(2)/H_(2)S的分压比对管材CO_(2)/H_(2)S腐蚀的作用机制。结果表明,CO_(2)/H_(2)S的分压比对CO_(2)/H_(2)S体系下的腐蚀起着重要作用,不同的CO_(2)/H_(2)S分压比能够改变腐蚀过程,且对CO_(2)/H_(2)S的竞争协同机制存在一定的影响,高CO_(2)/H_(2)S分压比还会引起局部腐蚀。最后,对CO_(2)/H_(2)S体系下管材的腐蚀研究进行了展望。

Physician-dependent diagnosis delay in Crohn's disease:A pseudoproposition or not?

The challenge of diagnosis delay in inflammatory bowel disease(IBD)has emerged as a significant concern for both patients and healthcare professionals.The widely accepted notion that there is an extended time frame from the onset of symptoms to the definitive diagnosis is often attributed to the heterogeneity of IBD and the non-specificity of clinical manifestations.Specific to patients with Crohn’s disease,the issue of delayed diagnosis appears to be more pronounced across different regions globally.The intricate interplay of real-world factors has led to debates regarding the primary contributors to these diagnostic delays.Drawing a comparison solely between patients and physicians and implicating the latter as the predominant influence factor may fall into a simplistic either-or logical trap that may obscure the truth.This letter,grounded in published evidence,explores areas for improvement in a forthcoming paper within the field,hoping to pinpoint the culprit behind the diagnosis delay issue for IBD patients rather than simply attributing it to so-called“physician-dependent factors”.Our objective is to motivate healthcare providers and policymakers in relevant fields to reflect on strategies for addressing this problem to reduce diagnostic delays and enhance patient outcomes.

The Impact and Intervention of Handheld Tai Chi Water-Resistance Fitness Ball on Middle-Aged and Elderly Patients with Parkinson’s Disease

Through the use of a survey and statistical methods, this study explores the effects and interventions of handheld Tai Chi water resistance fitness balls on the elderly with Parkinson’s disease. Firstly, a questionnaire on exercise compliance for patients with Parkinson’s disease was developed, and its reliability and validity were tested. Then, a survey was conducted to investigate the current status of exercise compliance among Parkinson’s disease patients, including general information, scoring status, and single and multiple factor analyses of influencing factors [1]. The results of the study show that through qualitative research, the dimensions and item pools of the questionnaire were initially constructed, and the reliability analysis of the questionnaire was conducted through Delphi expert consultation, with favorable results in terms of its reliability and validity [2]. Regarding the current status of exercise compliance among Parkinson’s disease patients, the study found that the level of exercise compliance needs improvement, and there are significant differences in exercise compliance levels among patients under different circumstances. Finally, the research results were discussed and conclusions were drawn. The innovation of this study lies in the development of a questionnaire on exercise compliance for patients with Parkinson’s disease and the preliminary qualitative research and Delphi expert consultation conducted on it, providing new ideas and methods for the study of exercise compliance. However, the study also has limitations as it did not examine the effects of other interventions on Parkinson’s disease, so further research should be conducted [3].

Miao culture is one of the minority cultures in China.It also has a certain impact on the development of Chinese literature and poetry.Chu ci is a new poetic style created by Qu Yuan,an ancient poet in China.It is the first collection of romantic poetry in the history of Chinese literature.Qu Yuan’s poetry creation is related to his life experience.Qu Yuan was exiled to Yuan Xiang region,and he had been in contact with the Miao ancestors in Yuan Xiang area during the exile.Therefore,the Miao land culture in Yuan Xiang area has a profound influence on Qu Yuan’s later poetry creation.This paper,taking Qu Yuan’s later poetry as an example,analyzes the influence of Miao culture on Chu ci in Yuan Xiang area,introduces Qu Yuan’s life and how to contact Miao culture,and probes into the influence of Miao nationality’s religious thought,customs,language and culture,oral folk song and pan song on the later poetry creation of Qu Yuan.

An Alternative Approach to AIC and Mallow’s Cp Statistic-Based Relative Influence Measures (RIMS) in Regression Variable Selection

Outlier detection is an important data screening type. RIM is a mechanism of outlier detection that identifies the contribution of data points in a regression model. A BIC-based RIM is essentially a technique developed in this work to simultaneously detect influential data points and select optimal predictor variables. It is an addition to the body of existing literature in this area of study to both having an alternative to the AIC and Mallow’s Cp Statistic-based RIM as well as conditions of no influence, some sort of influence and perfectly single outlier data point in an entire data set which are proposed in this work. The method is implemented in R by an algorithm that iterates over all data points;deleting data points one at a time while computing BICs and selecting optimal predictors alongside RIMs. From the analyses done using evaporation data to compare the proposed method and the existing methods, the results show that the same data cases selected as having high influences by the two existing methods are also selected by the proposed method. The three methods show same performance;hence the relevance of the BIC-based RIM cannot be undermined.

X52钢在含H_(2)S水溶液中的腐蚀规律研究

本试验采用高压反应釜对X52钢在不同条件下(温度、H_(2)S浓度、NaCl浓度、介质流速)的H_(2)S腐蚀行为进行了研究,并对试样腐蚀速率和表面腐蚀产物形貌进行评价分析。试验结果表明:(1)当温度低于60℃时,腐蚀速率随着温度升高而增大;温度高于60℃时,随着温度升高腐蚀速率减小,试样表面转化为保护性好、附着力强、致密的腐蚀产物膜;(2)H_(2)S浓度的增加对腐蚀速率无明显的影响;(3)腐蚀速率随着NaCl浓度升高而下降;(4)腐蚀速率随介质流速增大而增大。
