Survey and Countermeasures on Current Situation of Life Education for College Students in Local Normal Colleges and Universities

Life education is the precondition of all education.This paper explored the current situation of life education for college students in local normal colleges and universities through questionnaire survey,and traced the history of life education in the world and China.Combined with history and reality,it analyzed the current problems of life education for college students mainly in three aspects,namely,the lack of connectivity in the educational process,the excessive productization of education,and the fragmentation of life education.Finally,it came up with pertinent recommendations in line with these problems.

师范院校综合评价指标体系研究

从政策文件与现实需要出发,师范院校综合评价逻辑框架应基于目标层、任务层、支撑层为主要内容,以综合性、师范性、实践性、服务性为主要特征。使用德尔菲法与层次分析法,可以构建起包括3个一级指标、9个二级指标、26个三级指标的师范院校综合评价指标体系。因应指标体系和师范类高校发展现状,面向新时代,中国师范院校的发展应进一步构建高质量教师教育人才培养模式,建设高水平教师教育师资队伍,开展具有教师教育特色的研究与服务。

师范生职业情感是其职业发展的动力,在师范生专业成长过程中,教育实践是一个关键节点,教育实践究竟能否在强化师范生职业情感上起到积极作用是个值得探讨的研究课题。选取某校师范专业大三参加教育实践的学生为研究对象,在教育实践前后分别施测,对比职业情感变化具有研究意义。研究发现,教育实践对师范生职业认同不具有显著影响,对师范生学习投入和职业决策自我效能有显著影响。最后,结合高校师范生教育实践经验提供了优化改进建议。

省属师范大学聚焦师范教育主业了吗——基于42所省属师范大学的调查

确保师范院校坚持以师范教育为主业是新时代振兴师范教育的国家方略。通过对省属师范大学办学定位、专业建设、招生结构等数据进行分析,多数省属师范大学能够回归“师范”办学定位,积极参与师范专业认证,逐步提高师范生招生比例,聚焦师范教育主业已成为共识。但与此同时,省属师范大学调整办学定位依然面临较大制度阻力,师范专业边缘化处境仍然存在,教师培养主体地位还不突出,师范教育区域发展不均衡。基于此,各利益相关方应加快构建多元评价体系,逐步平衡专业布局,积极承担师范教育主业,从而形成组合拳,共同推进我国师范教育高质量发展。

培养定向公培生的教育实践课程体系构建研究

定向公培生特指为乡村小学定向培养的本科学历的公费师范生。高等师范院校培养的本科学历小学教师,不只是学历水平的提高,更主要的是要在质量方面能真正满足当地社会发展、教育发展和教师发展的要求。要提高小学教育专业人才培养质量,就目前而言,亟须在原有教育实习的基础上,进一步优化教育实践课程。该文结合海南师范大学的探索实践,在构建教育实践课程体系、健全教育实践课程的运行机制、完善教育实践课程内容等方面进行阐析,以便更好地指导我国小学教育本科专业的培养实践。

高师“中国地理”三维七模块课程思政目标体系构建

课程思政事关高校人才培养质量。高师《中国地理》课程思政目标研究拟解决专业课程思政目标不够全面、思政体系与知识体系尚未有机融合等问题。采用文献法开展课程思政目标重构研究。将研究结果落实到教学各环节。构建的思政目标之三维为学科价值观、习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想融入、育人情感;七模块为地球系统科学观、人地协调观、可持续发展观,生态文明观、家国情怀和文化自信、国家安全观,地理育人情感。对该思政目标体系的使用和推广提出了建议,以“中国气候”部分为例对使用建议予以了说明。本研究提出了三维七模块课程思政目标体系,该体系具有创新性和系统性,明确了七大课程思政核心涵义,为将思政体系有机融入知识体系提供了可操作性指南。研究成果对地理科学专业的课程思政建设具有重要的推广价值,有助于提升教学质量和学生的思想境界。
