Based on the ABC mode, the EL result demonstrates that non-radiative recombination rates of LDs with threshold current densities of 4 and 6kA/cm2 are similar, while LD with threshold current density of 4kA/cm2 exhibits a smaller auger- like recombination rate compared with the one of 6kA/cm2. The internal quantum efficiency droop is more serious for LD with higher threshold current density. temperature-dependent photoluminescence is consistent The internal quantum efficiency value estimated from with EL measurements.展开更多

But in reality these types of structures integrate metallic copper conductors of different thicknesses. If we neglect this thickness we introduce error in the electrical parameters of the microstrip structure, which affects the effective permittivity, the characteristic impedance, the adaptation of the circuit, the resonance frequency, etc. Given the importance of this parameter (thickness of the metal of micro rubon structures), rigorous electromagnetic modeling of the thick micro rubon line based on the skin effect phenomenon (In fact at high frequency the skin effect phenomenon occurs and the current only flows on the periphery of the conductor) has been proposed to improve the studied electric model and ensure the increase in the precision of the analysis method used: Wave concept iterative process. The good agreement between the simulated and published data justifies the improvement of the model.展开更多

Three liquids with a different physical property;2,3-dihydrodecafluoropenten, palm fatty acid ester oil and crude rapeseed oil are used as working liquids. The electrode configuration is the sphere or plane (high voltage electrode) to grounded plane electrode. The grounded plane electrode is fixed to the bottom of the test vessel with working liquid and the high voltage electrode is installed in an air above the liquid surface against the grounded plane electrode. The liquid surface swells towards the high voltage electrode by the increase of voltage and the liquid is extracted in a short time, thereafter the air gap between the liquid surface and the high voltage electrode is bridged at a thick liquid column. Such the liquid behavior displays unique features with voltage polarity effect for each working liquid. The relationship between the applied voltage, current variation, height of swollen liquid, force pulling liquid and dynamic feature of liquid is examined experimentally. The liquid behavior is considered theoretically based on experimental observations.展开更多
