Objective:To study the effect of Project-Based Learning(PBL)teaching method in lung cancer nursing teaching and its influence on knowledge awareness rates.Methods:The research subjects were 50 nursing interns who ente...Objective:To study the effect of Project-Based Learning(PBL)teaching method in lung cancer nursing teaching and its influence on knowledge awareness rates.Methods:The research subjects were 50 nursing interns who entered the same hospital for internship in 2020.The numerical ranking method was used for blind-selection and grouping,where 25 nursing interns were divided into the control group and the internship group each.Among them,the nursing interns in the control group adopted routine nursing teaching management,and the nursing interns in the training group used PBL teaching method for teaching management.The teaching satisfaction rate,teaching quality and knowledge awareness rate of the two groups were compared.Results:Nursing interns in the practice group were better than the control group in their nursing knowledge awareness rate and teaching satisfaction rate after adopting the PBL teaching method,and p<0.05.Conclusion:Through the implementation of PBL teaching method in the clinical nursing teaching of elderly lung cancer in conjunction with cancer nursing related problems,on-site answering is carried out in the way of nursing internship,so that the knowledge of nursing students in the practicing stage will be more in-depth,and the effects and quality of the nursing internship have been steadily improved,which has certain value of promotion in teaching.展开更多

Objective: To comprehensively understand the impact of the quality of life of elderly nurses in two selected elderly care institutions in Zibo city, Shandong province, and to provide a scientific basis for improving t...Objective: To comprehensively understand the impact of the quality of life of elderly nurses in two selected elderly care institutions in Zibo city, Shandong province, and to provide a scientific basis for improving the professional quality of life of elderly nurses. Methods: The convenient sampling method was used to investigate the professional quality of life (proQOL) questionnaire Version 5 and the self-designed demographic data of 82 elderly nurses working in two elderly care institutions. Result: From this score, it can be seen that the occupational burnout problem of elderly nursing staff in the two nursing homes is the most significant, with empathy and secondary trauma emergency at a moderate level. After controlling the demographic variables, the working hours and monthly income level had a significant impact on nurses’ job burnout. Conclusion: Due to the particularity and high intensity of elderly nurses’ work, their physical and mental health faces many challenges, which affect their quality of life. At present, efforts will be made to reduce work pressure, increase wages and benefits, and thereby improve the quality of life.展开更多

Tirofiban hydrochloride is a reversible antagonist of platelet glycoprotein Ⅱb / Ⅲa receptor, which can inhibit platelet aggregation quickly. However,it may also increase the risk of bleeding when in combination with other anti-thrombus drugs. It is important in medication observation for charge nurse when using Ⅱ b / Ⅲ a receptor inhibitor. Methods For 116 elderly patients with ACS who had transradial coronary interventional therapy combined with tirofiban hydrochloride,we conducted medication care, nursing observation of hemorrhage, nursing of puncture of upper limb,postoperative adverse cardiovascular events, observation of myocardial perfusion, blood flow and health education. Results A total of 10 patients had mild bleeding, no serious bleeding, and 2 with major adverse cardiac event（MACE）. Conclusions Tirofiban hydrochloride after PCI can significantly reduce cardiovascular events in acute coronary syndromes, but there is an increased risk of bleeding. It showed that strengthen inspection, closely observe condition and detecting bleeding in time after PCI can significantly reduce postoperative complications for charge nurses.展开更多
