As science and technology continue to develop,power equipment has become an indispensable part of industrial production and daily life.Whether it is the precise automation machinery utilized on production lines or the convenient electrical appliances found in households,their functionality relies heavily on electrical technology.Nonetheless,without stringent safety and performance assurances,these devices could potentially endanger lives and property.Thus,this paper explores the development strategy for establishing a standardized system within the electrical testing service industry,aiming to ensure safety and reliability.

The Faithful Representation of Electrical Energy Sale and Purchase Agreements Under International Accounting Standards/International Financial Reporting Standards （IAS/IFRS）

This article aims at giving a contribution to the issue of accounting electrical energy sale and purchase agreements in accordance with the faithful representation principle. To this end, it must be ascertained whether electrical energy is bought/sold for an industrial use exclusively, so that the relevant transaction will be accounted as a normal purchase/sale, or through the lease of the relevant production plant, which would require the supply contract to be accounted in compliance with International Accounting Standards （IAS） 17 ＂Leasing＂. Alternatively, it must also be ascertained whether the relevant party is implementing financial trading strategies, as in such hypothesis, the supply contract is to be accounted as a financial instrument according to International Financial Reporting Standards （IFRS） 9/IAS 39 ＂Financial Instruments＂. Finally, the modalities used by a number of companies listed on European regulated markets to account such kind of contracts will be analyzed.

Current Status and Future Development of Safety Standards for Electric Vehicles

Similar to conventional automobiles,same safety problems exist in electric vehicles.In the meantime,since its structural and power features are different,electric vehicles have their particular safety problems.Both domestic and international organizations have released some safety standards for electric vehicles which have also been added and complemented along with the development and research of electric vehicles.

Interpretation of Electric Pressure Cooker Alliance Standard

Recently, Shunde Electric Pressure Cooker Alliance （short for EPCA） successfully made four proposals on revision of the IEC international standard for electric pressure cooker with independent intellectual property rights, namely Elastic Structure Design, Anti-blocking Safety, Pressure Relief Safety and Lid Closing Safety. In the mean time, when participating in the activities related with revision proposals on IEC standard Electric Pressure Cooker, EPCA makes full use of the information and experience gained in these activities, improves and put forward the new-edition Electric Pressure Cooker Alliance Standard （hereafter referred to as Alliance Standard）. This article is an interpretation with this Alliance Standard aiming at bettering the pressure cooker enterprises＇ understanding with this standard, so as to guide the alliance enterprises to highlight the differentiated characteristics and product features in the links like products design, procurement of raw and auxiliary materials, manufacturing and sales, etc., as well as to let industrial peers learn about the characteristics of this standard and the products.

Research on Electric Field Confinement Effect in Silicon LED Fabricated by Standard CMOS Technology

The wedge-shaped and leaf-type silicon light-emitting devices(LED)are designed and fabricated with the Singapore Chartered Semi Inc.'s dual-gate standard 0.35μm CMOS process.The basic structure of the two devices is N well-P+ junction.P+ area is the wedge-shaped structure,which is embedded in N well.The leaf-type silicon LED device is a combination of the three wedge-shaped LED devices.The main difference between the two devices is their different electrode distribution,which is mainly in order to analyze the application of electric field confinement(EFC).The devices' micrographs were measured with the Olympus IC test microscope.The forward and reverse bias electrical characteristics of the devices were tested.Light measurements of the devices show that the electrode layout is very important when the electric field confinement is applied.

In Brazil and various regions globally, the initiation of landslides is frequently associated with rainfall;yet the spatial arrangement of geological structures and stratification considerably influences landslide occurrences. The multifaceted nature of these influences makes the surveillance of mass movements a highly intricate task, requiring an understanding of numerous interdependent variables. Recent years have seen an emergence in scholarly research aimed at integrating geophysical and geotechnical methodologies. The conjoint examination of geophysical and geotechnical data offers an enhanced perspective into subsurface structures. Within this work, a methodology is proposed for the synchronous analysis of electrical resistivity geophysical data and geotechnical data, specifically those extracted from the Light Dynamic Penetrometer (DPL) and Standard Penetration Test (SPT). This study involved a linear fitting process to correlate resistivity with N10/SPT N-values from DPL/SPT soundings, culminating in a 2D profile of N10/SPT N-values predicated on electrical profiles. The findings of this research furnish invaluable insights into slope stability by allowing for a two-dimensional representation of penetration resistance properties. Through the synthesis of geophysical and geotechnical data, this project aims to augment the comprehension of subsurface conditions, with potential implications for refining landslide risk evaluations. This endeavor offers insight into the formulation of more effective and precise slope management protocols and disaster prevention strategies.
