SSMPD has slow dynamic response, and can't...Switch electro-hydraulic proportional amplifier(PA) widely employs single switch modulation power driving(SSMPD) or reverse discharging power driving(RDPD) at present. SSMPD has slow dynamic response, and can't adjust independently the dither signal's amplitude and frequency; RDPD accelerates the current decay; consequently, it increases current ripple and power loss. For the purpose of solving the above mentioned problem, the tri-state modulation power driving(TSMPD) scheme was proposed for improving the performance of power driving. Detailedly, the hardware circuit for the tri-state modulation power driving is designed; the tri-state modulation algorithm is realized by digital signal processor(DSP). The tri-state modulation power driving is investigated by experiments, comparetive experiments among the single switch modulation power driving(SSMPD), reverse discharging power driving(RDPD), and the TSMPD are implemented, and the experimental results demonstrate that the linearity error of TSMDP meets the requirement of PA; the current response of TSMSP is the best; the amplitude of ripple current of the TSMPD can be reduced without increasing frequency of PWM, in addition, dither signal amplitude and frequency can be adjusted independently for each other. It is very meaningful to guide the development of high performance proportional amplifier for high frequency response proportional solenoid.展开更多

A new double position servo synchro...Synchronization errors directly deteriorate the machining accuracy of metal parts and the existed method cannot keep high synchronization precision because of external disturbances. A new double position servo synchronous driving scheme based on semi-closed-loop cross- coupling integrated feedforward control is proposed. The scheme comprises a position error cross-coupling feedfor-ward control and a load torque identification with feed- forward control. A digital integrated simulation system for the dual servo synchronous drive system is established. Using a 20 t servo broacher, performance analysis of the scheme is conducted based on this simulation system and the simulation results show that systems with traditional parallel or single control have problems when the work- table works with an unbalanced load. However, the system with proposed scheme shows good synchronous perfor- mance and positional accuracy. Broaching tests are performed and the experimental results show that the maximum dual axis synchronization error of the system is only 8μm during acceleration and deceleration processes and the error between the actual running position and the given position is almost zero. A double position servo synchronous driving scheme is presented based on crosscoupled integrated feedforward compensation control, which can improve the synchronization precision.展开更多

It can pass luggage without having to stop the working. When you establish "parallel synchronous drive", a motor follows the other motor. In our laboratory, one of the motors is called "master motor" and the other motor called "slave motor". The master motor's speed and position pass slave motor then establish parallel synchronous drive. Therefore, slave motor requires high-responsive and precision that follows the master motor. Synchronous reluctance machine(SynRM)can be perceived as a special type of permanent magnet synchronous machine(PMSM),and shares similar control method,i.e.the sine-wave current drive with sinusoidal phase currents.In...Synchronous reluctance machine(SynRM)can be perceived as a special type of permanent magnet synchronous machine(PMSM),and shares similar control method,i.e.the sine-wave current drive with sinusoidal phase currents.In this paper,square-wave drive,which is employed for permanent magnet brushless(BLDC)motors,is employed for the SynRM,in order to economically reduce the cost of rotor position sensor.It is revealed that the torque density and efficiency are slightly sacrificed,whereas torque ripple is deteriorated,proving the SynRM with square-wave drive still promising for the cost-sensitive application if torque ripple is not considered as a critical issue.To further investigate the additional pulsating torque under square-wave drive,mathematical model based on a-b-c phase inductance and d-q axis inductance are established,together with the time-stepping FE calculated currents.It is concluded that the harmonics in the currents tend to cause non-sinusoidal variation of the magnetic reluctance,which can be represented as additional inductance harmonics.The harmonics of the current and inductance interact with each other,thus undesirable torque ripple components are produced.展开更多

The relation among interim period T , sampling interval 2 ε , feedback gain r and the parameter α of the system is thoroughly investigated. Numerical results show that smaller interim period T and properly larger sampling interval 2 ε can accelerate the synchronizing pace. Furthermore, for a unified chaotic system in which α is given, we can achieve satisfying synchronizing results as long as T,ε and r are appropriately chosen. As we adopt the occasional driving method, we greatly reduce the control cost. Therefore with this method we can obtain the expecting goals with little control cost.展开更多

Hence, it is important to study the methods of controlling or suppressing chaos in PMSMs. In this work, the Takagi-Sugeno (T-S) fuzzy impulsive control model for PMSMs is established via the T-S modelling methodology and impulsive technology. Based on the new model, the control conditions of asymptotieal stability and exponential stability for PMSMs have been derived by the Lyapunov method. Theoretical and numerical results show that whether the synchronization conditions is stable for the influence of the time delay of signal transmission depends on a particular form of equilibria of the drive and response systems. Furthermore, it seems that the less the number of the equilibria of the drive system, the more likely the synchronization conditions are stable for the time delay of signal trans- mission.展开更多

The noncircular synchronous belt drive mechanism has demonstrated certain achievements and has been used in special fields.Research regarding noncircular synchronous belt drive mechanisms has focused on optimization d...The noncircular synchronous belt drive mechanism has demonstrated certain achievements and has been used in special fields.Research regarding noncircular synchronous belt drive mechanisms has focused on optimization design and kinematic analysis in China,whereas two pulley noncircular synchronous belt transmissions have been developed overseas.However,owing to the noncircular characteristics of the belt pulley,the real-time variation in the belt length slack during the transmission of the noncircular synchronous belt is significant,resulting in high probabilities of skipping and vibration.In this study,a noncircular tensioning pulley is added to create a stable three-pulley noncircular synchronous belt driving mechanism and a good synchronous belt tensioning,with no skipping;hence,the non-uniform output characteristic of the driven pulley is consistent with the theoretical value.In the circular noncircular noncircular three-pulley noncircular synchronous belt mechanism,the pitch curve of the driving synchronous belt pulley is circular,whereas those of the driven synchronous belt and tensioning pulleys are noncircular.To minimize the slack of the belt length of the synchronous belt and the constraint of the concavity and circumference of the tensioning pulley,an automatic optimization model of the tensioning pulley pitch curve is established.The motion simulation,analysis,and optimization code for a three-belt-pulley noncircular synchronous belt drive mechanism is written,and the variation in belt length slack under different speed ratios is analyzed based on several examples.The testbed for a circular-noncircular-noncircular three-pulley noncircular synchronous belt transmission mechanism is developed.The test shows that the three-pulley noncircular synchronous belt drives well.This study proposes an automatic optimization algorithm for the tensioning pulley pitch curve of a noncircular synchronous belt transmission mechanism;it yields a stable transmission of the noncircular synchronous belt transmission mechanism as well as non-uniform output characteristics.展开更多
Synchronous sampling is very essential in underwater multilinear array seismic exploration system in which every acquisition node(AN)samples analog signals by its own analog-digital converter(ADC).Aiming at the proble...Synchronous sampling is very essential in underwater multilinear array seismic exploration system in which every acquisition node(AN)samples analog signals by its own analog-digital converter(ADC).Aiming at the problems of complex synchronous sampling method and long locking time after varying sampling rate in traditional underwater seismic exploration system,an improved synchronous sampling model based on the master-slave synchronous model and local clock asynchronous drive with non phase locked loop(PLL)is built,and a high-precision synchronous sampling method is proposed,which combines the short-term stability of local asynchronous driving clock with the master-slave synchronous calibration of local sampling clock.Based on the improved synchronous sampling model,the influence of clock stability,transmission delay and phase jitter on synchronous sampling error is analyzed,and a high-precision calibration method of synchronous sampling error based on step-by-step compensation of transmission delay is proposed.The model and method effectively realize the immunity of phase jitter on synchronous sampling error in principle,and compensate the influence of signal transmission delay on synchronous sampling error.At the same time,it greatly reduces the complexity of software and hardware implementation of synchronous sampling,and solves the problem of long locking time after changing the sampling rate in traditional methods.The experimental system of synchronous sampling for dual linear array is built,and the synchronous sampling accuracy is better than 5 ns.展开更多
