The experimental results show that under otherwise identical conditions, the discharge depends strongly on the electrode separation between the bars. By investigating various separations, the corona regime can be divided into three regions: independent, shunted, and shorted. The criterion for eliminating electrostatic charge without over compensation is also given.展开更多
