良性阵发性位置性眩晕的诊治

目的 探讨耳石移位手法对后半规管性、水平半规管性及混合性良性阵发性位置性眩晕的治疗效果。方法 应用Epley手法或 /和Barbecue翻滚法对 2 2例病人进行治疗 ,每一治疗循环间隔 1d。 结果 2 2例病人中 2 1例眩晕症状完全消失 ,随访 5个月～ 2年无复发。结论 耳石移位手法治疗各型良性阵发性位置性眩晕效果良好 ,治愈率达 95 % ,为首选治疗方法。

Willa Cather and Her Pioneering Themes

This thesis aims at the elaboration of Willa Cather's pioneering themes based on her major works spanning over the prologue and epilogue of American pioneering age. Among which, O Pioneers! and My Antonia applause for the transcendent glory of innovative and enterprising pioneer ladies, declined in A Lost Lady and My Mortal Enemy and substituted with hedonism, affinity reliance and mammonism. In her late years, Cather resurrected her pioneering themes through the recollection of the best bygone time spent in waste west land.

Comparative Stylistics Analysis of Obituary and Memorial Speech

The obituary and memorial speech are the two main types for the memorial of a dead person. The obituary is the writing style while memorial speech is delivered by speaking. They have many similarities and differences in many categories. In this paper, a comparison of the two styles at phonological level, graphological level, lexical level, syntactic level, semantic level and other levels will be given. They will also be compared with other related styles briefly. Finally, the author will figure out outcome of the study and give conclusions.
