Considering the influence of strip temperature on the interference fit, the distributions of contact pressure of the framework's top surface and the sensor pre-pressure on different values of interference fit were analyzed by the finite element technology. The results show that the contact pressure of the framework's top surface and the sensor pre-pressure increase with the increase of the value of interference fit. When the value of interference fit is between 0.05 mm and 0.09 mm, roll body's inner hole surface, the framework and pressure magnetic sensitive component don't separate from each other, and the sensor works in the linear segment of characteristic curve, so the normal operation of shapemeter roll is guaranteed.展开更多

Analysis shows that the medium property of the cloud only, has little effect on the capacitance proximity fuze. Secondly, the adherence interference of the cloud to capacitance proximity fuze has been studied for the first time in this paper. Then finite element analysis (FEA) method has been used to simulate the adherence interference of the cloud. Simulation result shows that the cloud adherence effect interferes the output of the capacitance fuze greatly. At last, experiments have been made for the study of the cloud interference.展开更多

Raw spectral data of each element were obtained through experiments, followed by removing noise with Kalman smoothing and spectral averaging, and correcting the shifts of wavelength. These processed data were eventually transformed into Q-data and used in spectral simulation and intenference correction. Some fundamental problems in simulation and correction were investigated and the results indicates that Q-data are accurate enough for the correction of spectral interferences when the interferences are not too strong, and that spectral simulation is practicable in routine analysis. It is a convenient, rapid and accurate way to deal with spectral interferences in REE analvsis.展开更多

Namely, equations thatdetermine the minimum moving spaces and relative positions of link required to construct the legmechanism are formulated with consideration of transform functions. For the leg mechanism that isconstructed with a planar eleven-link mechanism, arrangements of each link and optimum linkprofiles avoided mutual interferences among moving links are determined wb consideration of therelative locations of each link in the same plane during a cycle of motion of the mechanism. Based onthe above analytical results, an automatic ROM-Exercise machine that performs within a minimum moving spaces is proposed as a prachcal example. ms study is carried out as part of the students'computcr education to the graduation thesis, in order to improve their creativity and machine designtechnology skills in coniunction with educational advantages. However, incomplete sample digestion, isobaric interferences and instrumental drift remain obvious problems that must be overcome in order to obtain precise and accurate results, For this reason, we have done many experi- ments and developed a set of simple, cost-effective and practical methods widely applicable for precise and rapid determination of trace element abundances in geological materials using ICP-MS. Commonly used high-pressure digestion technique is indeed effective in decomposing refractory phases, but this inevitably produces fluoride complexes that create new problems. We demonstrate that the fluoride complexes formed during high-pressure digestion can be readily re-dissolved using high-pressure vessel at 190 ℃ for only 2 h for 50 mg sample. In the case of isobaric interferences, although oxide (e.g., MO^+/M^+) and hydroxide (e.g., MO^+/M^+) productivity is variable between runs, the (MO^+/M^+)/(CeO^+/Ce^+) and (MOH^+/M^+)/(CeO^+/Ce^+) ratios remain constant, making isobaric interference correction for all other elements of interest straightforward, for which we provide an easy-to-use off-line procedure. We also show that mass-time-intensity drift curve is smooth as recognized previously, for which the correction can be readily done by analyzing a quality-control (QC) solution and using off-line Excel VBA procedure without internal standards. With these methods, we can produce data in reasonable agreement with rec- ommended values of international rock reference standards with a relative error of 〈8% and precision generally better than 5%. Importantly, compared to the widely used analytical practice, we can effectively save 〉60% of time (e.g., 〈24 h vs. 〉60 h).展开更多
