老旧小区供热改造节能减碳潜力研究

为了降低建筑业的碳排放水平,减少能源浪费,赤峰市对老旧小区的围护结构、供热管道等进行更新改造。整理了国内外关于老旧小区节能减排的相关研究,总结了改造过程中所用到的各种材料的碳排放因子,计算了赤峰市典型老旧小区住宅建筑更新改造过程中产生的碳排放量及改造完成后的减碳量,分析改造所带来的减碳效果,并对比了改造前后的节能效果,分析出赤峰市老旧小区更新改造的节能减碳成果。以小区内的防疫站楼为例计算,全年累计热负荷由改造前8.41 MW降到了改造后的3.35 MW,节能率达到了60.17%。小区改造更新后的30年生命周期内,一共可以减少CO_(2)排放1336.60t。

居住类历史建筑是城市既有建筑的重要组成部分,承载城市发展历史,体现生活形态演变,具有不同程度的历史文化价值。在既有建筑的节能减排和发展低碳城市的大背景下,对保留下来的居住类历史建筑进行节能改造显得十分迫切,与风貌保护同等重要。新式里弄住宅是近代天津住宅类型之一,具有鲜明的时代特征和深厚的文化印记,是历史文化名城的重要构成要素,具有保留价值。天津新式里弄住宅的节能改造,需要平衡建筑空间的节能效益与建筑风貌的保护留存。文章选取天津4处具有代表性的新式里弄住宅,考察其围护结构和平面布局的现状,确立保护性、适应性、高效性和系统性等改造原则,借助软件Design builder,以围护结构和平面布局为自变量,模拟不同节能改造措施的节能效益,并分析各类现有技术适应性。以保护为前提探讨居住类历史建筑的节能改造策略,对相关类似历史建筑的保护与利用具有一定的参考价值。

上海既有住宅不同部位的节能效果分析

在上海的既有住宅中有大量的多层住宅及高层住宅,节能减排中的耗电量的探索有较大的空间。文中采样了较典型的多层住宅、高层住宅各一幢,对其的各类围护构造作了改造前与后的实体与模拟分析,并作了排序研究,从中探索出各类围护构造在改造时的优化效果,并也指出可能存在的不足之外。

文物建筑外立面保养维护与周边环境整治方法初探——以深圳市龙岗区客家围屋西浦新居为例

文物建筑保养维护是文物建筑保护工程中重要的一类,逐步受到社会的重视,但相关研究仍然十分匮乏。文章以深圳市龙岗区客家围屋西埔新居的外立面保养维护工程实践为例,通过现场勘察,分析了文物建筑西埔新居的现状问题,提出了文物建筑立面保养维护和周边环境整治策略与措施,探讨了如何在保护文物的同时延续原有的生活,并尝试提出相关的保护原则、技术做法、共商机制等方面建议,希望为文物建筑保养维护提供一些参考。

北方寒冷地区农村既有建筑按需节能改造效益分析——以河北省保定市阜平县某农居为例

为了改善北方农村既有建筑无保温措施、建筑热负荷高而造成的冬季采暖能耗高、供暖经济负担重、污染排放多及环境差的现状,需对农村既有建筑进行围护结构节能改造。根据河北省农村户均常住人口现状及保定市阜平某农村既有建筑的调研分析,确定仅对人员频繁活动的房间进行改造的4种按需节能改造方案,并针对4种按需节能改造方案及现有的整体节能改造方案进行能耗模拟、成本核算,分析其环境效益和经济效益。结果表明只按需改造墙体、不改造屋顶和地面的静态投资回收期最短为4.03年,按需改造全部围护结构的回收期最长为5.9年,现有的整体改造方案为11.88年。农村居民可根据自身需求及经济条件选择合适的节能改造方案,研究结论可为河北省乃至整个寒冷地区农村既有建筑围护结构节能改造政策的制定及技术的应用推广提供理论依据和数据参考。

寒冷地区既有住宅围护结构对耗热量与室内热舒适的影响

为了解寒冷地区既有住宅围护结构对其耗热量与室内热舒适的影响,本文以大连市为例进行了实地调研,在室内平均热感觉与操作温度回归的基础上,引进了室内热舒适评价指标热舒适率(TCR)。然后,借助能耗模拟软件DeST-h对不同围护结构形式下的住宅耗热量与室内热舒适率进行了模拟计算,并对其变化规律进行了研究。在此基础上,给出了以热舒适为前提的寒冷地区既有住宅外围护结构节能改造形式。

基于热舒适的寒冷地区既有住宅围护结构节能改造

本文选取大连市既有住宅进行研究,在调研的基础上量化了室内热舒适评价,引入了量化评价指标热舒适率(TCR),并对其算法进行了介绍。在此基础上,对影响既有住宅热舒适和能耗的围护结构因素安排了正交试验,并利用能耗模拟软件DeST-h对其进行模拟,通过对模拟结果的分析,最终找出了满足室内高舒适的寒冷地区既有住宅围护结构节能改造最优方案,并对围护结构各影响因素的主次性进行了探究。

既有地铁枢纽车站大规模节点换乘改造关键施工技术

为解决既有地铁车站节点换乘改造涉及的空间受力转换、拆建方案、既有车站保护等多方面难题,依托深圳地铁黄木岗站综合交通枢纽改造工程,通过工程类比、模拟计算、现场验证等方式,梳理既有地铁车站大规模节点换乘改造所面临的施工重难点和针对性措施,形成一套完整的关键施工技术。研究结果表明:1)为确保既有车站正常运营及结构安全,改造应遵循“先支撑、后拆除,跳仓分序、先柱后梁,逐次实现受力转换”的原则;2)设置抗倾覆措施的临时支撑体系,采用自动伺服系统自动补偿临时钢立柱与结构板之间的空隙,顺利完成临时柱到永久柱的结构受力体系转换,可确保变形可控;3)采用型钢骨架+吸音棉+防火消音板制作的新型多功能围挡,可有效降低改造施工对车站运营的影响;4)围护结构建议采用人工手持风镐破除,主体结构可根据拆除部位及是否保留钢筋分别采用人工破除、金刚石绳锯切割及高压水射流破碎法分序跳仓破除;5)施工过程中应重点做好抗浮、防水与监测工作,严控结构变形、不均匀沉降及差异沉降。

文章基于可持续理念,对我国豫西南地区住宅特征进行调研分析,并结合实例,有针对性地提出既有住宅改造策略。采用“拆一留一”方式,结合公共空间、景观系统及交通流线改造,对场地整体进行改造;通过对住宅室内空间功能的重新规划布局及拓展,实现动静分区,提高空间的功能性与舒适性;通过对围护结构的改造,提升住宅的采光通风和保温隔热效果;通过色彩倾向设计、无障碍设计、细节设计等住宅全龄化适应性改造,满足不同年龄人群的使用需求;通过并网光伏系统的设置与简易雨水回收利用系统的设计,实现住宅的节能节水。
