In recent years,with the progress and development of China's social economy,the living conditions of our people have been significantly improved,which has indirectly led to the development of the food processing i...In recent years,with the progress and development of China's social economy,the living conditions of our people have been significantly improved,which has indirectly led to the development of the food processing industry and has brought tremendous contributions to the national economy.However,in the process of development of food enterprises,there are still problems such as lack of food safety awareness,imperfect management system,and inadequate government supervision,and food safety problems often occur.Based on this,in order to reduce food safety risks and promote the healthy development of the food industry,this paper proposes countermeasures such as optimizing the enterprise supervision and management system,building a sound supervision and management system,improving the level of automated production,and improving employee responsibility and belonging.Through these measures,it is possible to ensure the safe production of food enterprises,provide people with safe food,and promote the sustainable development of China's food enterprises.展开更多

Aiming at the deficiency of exterminating measures of Chinese firm safety management, a simulation model of Chinese firm's safety management capability based on the organizational learning theory, in which the simula...Aiming at the deficiency of exterminating measures of Chinese firm safety management, a simulation model of Chinese firm's safety management capability based on the organizational learning theory, in which the simulation method of system dynamics is utilized. The level variable and rate variable are designed based on the practical situation and change situation of corresponding variables of firm's safety management ca- pability. Simulation firms are built with accident case groups of the oil industry, chemical industry, machine industry, coal mining industry, and weapon industry. Through analyzing the simulation result, the growth law of Chinese firm's safety management capability is obtained as follows: the accumulating and the coupling of safety knowledge should be emphasized at the same time; the balance of learning behavior of individual, group and organization should be considered together; different types of Chinese firm should take different safety policies according to their practical situations.展开更多

Facing international environment of entering into World Trade Organization,the country accelerates construction pace of human resource management subject in colleges and universities,which provides professional channel for management efficiency and market competition ability of Chinese enterprise,but it is still far from practice. In this paper,the concept,origin and inhibition factors of ingroup preference are elaborated. Based on the visual angle of ingroup preference,started from four dimensions( enterprise incentive system,talent management idea,psychological contract and employee communication consciousness),main problems existing in employee relationship management of modern enterprise are explored. It is specially emphasized that manager often holds the blame in front of dealing with the crisis after contradiction,which is " fatal point" neglected in employee relationship management of modern enterprise. To improve its core competitive power,enterprise must value harmonious relationship with employees.展开更多
