IN November 2017,I and a group of more than 20 other African entrepreneurs flew into Shanghai as guests of Alibaba,the global e-commerce company based in China.We were the first batch of applicants for the Alibaba eFounders Fellowship,a program designed by Alibaba to promote e-commerce around the world by exposing entrepreneurs to Alibaba’s extensive knowledge and experience with e-commerce in China.

As one of the most significant critical essays of T.S.Eliot,Tradition and Individual Talent has defined writing as a process during which the primitive oneness has seized the individual writer of figurative descriptions to help represent itself.This theory has latter been practiced in Eliot’s Wasteland,and shows its similarity with The Birth of Tragedy,written by Friedrick Nietzsche,the German philosopher.Eliot’s‘tradition’has been concluded by Nietzsche as‘Dionysian Spirit’,which represents oneness transcending good and evil,past and present,while‘individual talent’has resembled‘Apollonian Spirit’in the urge for original figuration as an apparatus.The paper aims to explain and compare the definitions of‘tradition’and‘individual talent’of Eliot’s work with that of‘Dionysian spirit’and‘Apollonian Spirit’in Nietzsche’s illustrations,so as to provide a deeper understanding of these two works by unveiling the individual and social sameness and difference of Eliot and Nietzsche.

数字经济发展、企业家精神与对外贸易韧性

将企业家精神纳入城市对外贸易韧性增强分析框架,从企业家创新和创业精神两个维度切入,探讨了数字经济驱动外贸韧性增强的主要路径和作用机制。研究发现:数字经济显著增强了城市外贸韧性,对城市进口韧性增强效果大于对出口韧性的影响效果。数字经济对中西部地区城市、外围城市、小规模城市和弱韧性城市的韧性驱动效应更大,普惠性特征明显。进一步将中国数字经济发展阶段进行划分,发现数字经济发展从高速增长阶段进入成熟阶段后,其对外贸韧性赋能作用减弱。影响机制分析表明,企业家创新和创业精神是数字经济赋能外贸韧性的重要渠道,且企业家创新精神机制的作用效果更强。非线性影响分析表明,数字经济对外贸韧性的作用具有门槛效应,随着数字经济发展水平和企业家精神水平的提高,表现为边际效应递减特征,当前多数城市的数字经济发展水平和企业家精神水平已跨越“临界值”。研究为新发展格局下如何通过有序发展数字经济来激发和培育企业家精神,从而赋能外贸韧性提供经验支撑和有益启示,为实现区域外贸高质量发展和贸易强国建设提供决策参考。

Entrepreneurial Spirit for China in the New Era and Strategies for Cultivation

What type of entrepreneurial spirit is needed for China’s new era,and how can we unlock its innovation potential?Answers to these questions will unleash vital forces to drive China’s high-quality economic development.After reviewing the theories,dimensions,features,and limitations of the entrepreneurial spirit in the Western context,we concluded that the entrepreneurial spirit in China’s new era,which is characterized by patriotism,innovation,trustworthiness,adherence to the law,fulfillment of social responsibilities,and a global horizon,has overcome the limitations that come with self-interested entrepreneurship in the context of Western economics.This is a major step forward in the development of theories on entrepreneurial spirit.In the development context of the new era,this paper argues that the entrepreneurial spirit should become an important force at the individual level to implement the new development concept,foster the new development paradigm,and promote high-quality development in the new stage.This paper provides answers to the question of what type of entrepreneurial spirit China’s new era requires.Finally,this paper presents basic strategies for cultivating entrepreneurial spirit in the context of China’s new era,emphasizing the importance to promote the healthy growth of young entrepreneurs,ensure their business autonomy,develop a multi-tiered capital market,implement the factor market reforms,improve the business climate,and accelerate the digital transition.

二代企业家创新创业精神与家族企业产业转型——基于动态能力的多案例研究

面对传承的挑战,产业转型成为家族企业谋求跨代发展的独特路径。创新创业精神是企业家行为的核心内驱力,二代企业家作为家族企业的接班人,探究其创新创业精神如何驱动产业转型具有重要意义。通过多案例研究方法构建二代企业家创新创业精神驱动家族企业产业转型的理论模型。研究发现,动态能力能够有效地将二代企业家创新创业精神与产业转型连接起来,且家族企业产业转型包括主动变革型和被动变革型两条路径,但二代企业家创新创业精神推动动态能力的形成并驱动产业转型的两条路径略有不同。此外,提炼了二代企业家创新创业精神的七个维度、动态能力的五个方面及产业转型的三个阶段。

哲学视域下教师发展的德性存在、构成与实践

教师德性是教师发展内在、自主的驱动力量,是教师得以实现持续性发展的逻辑起点。这一德性存在根植于关系视域,以教师的社会性存在为基础,呈现为人与物的关系、人与人的关系。教师在发展过程中要具有时代性的德性知识、审辩性的德性能力、超越性的德性信仰。只有在人自觉、对象性的活动中,综合性的德性品格才会生成,因此还要关注教师发展的德性实践,了解教师生活活动样态中内在善的生成与外在善的实现。只有在哲学视域下建构起对教师德性的存在、构成和实践的整体逻辑认知,才能促进教师发展的自主和持续性发生。

企业家创新精神:来自企业家年龄效应的解释——基于2015年中国企业—员工匹配调查(CEES)的实证分析

本文利用2015年中国企业—员工匹配调查的数据,从企业家年龄的角度研究了企业家创新精神的变动,并分别采用OLS和3SLS回归,对企业家年龄与其创新精神之间的因果关系进行了稳健性检验。结果表明,企业家年龄和企业家创新精神之间存在显著的U型关系。通过进一步测算U型拐点发现,对于50.8~52.7岁的企业家群体而言,其创新精神显著低于其他年龄分组,存在＂中年创新瓶颈＂的问题。因此,应推动＂制度企业家＂向＂创新企业家＂的转型,增强企业家群体的换血功能,以助力中年企业家尽快冲破＂中年创新瓶颈＂。

中国的师道传统与教育家精神
