Provincial-level Land Consolidation and Ecological Environment Protection Based on the Perspective of Planning

Based on the understanding of current land ecological environment in Anhui Province,we mainly analyze the relationship between land consolidation planning and ecological environment,and point out the problems concerning ecological environment,such as great soil erosion,serious soil pollution,frequent geological disasters in local areas,and forest vegetation destruction.We divide the key ecological function conservation areas into the following areas:River Source Area,River and Flood Regulation and Storage Area,Key Water Conservation Area,Wind-preventing and Sand-fixing Area,Soil and Water Conservation Area.Finally we put forth the ecological security strategy for promoting land consolidation and ecological environmental protection.

Analysis of the Current Water Environment Quality of Xiaoquan Tributary in Ba'nan District

With the class V water standards of Surface Water Quality Standards( GB3838-2002) as a basis for evaluation,this paper monitors the water quality of Hongqi Village and Hongxing Village monitoring sections in Xiaoquan tributary of Huaxi River,and uses the single factor index method for evaluation.The monitoring results show that the water quality of the two sections falls within inferior class V,and Xiaoquan tributary can not meet the water functional requirements.The main reason for pollution lies in the pollution from the upstream sewage,and it is recommended to strengthen inter-regional water pollution control coordination mechanism and effectively address river pollution problems.

Environmental Protection Legislation on China's Energy Development and In-situ Conversion

China's poor energy development and in-situ conversion legislation, environment laws and energy laws lead to a severe environmental issue in energy source. This paper uses comparison and logical methods to discuss Chapter 4 of Energy Law (Draft for Soliciting Opinions). Energy development is taken as a separate chapter; in-situ energy conversion is added to energy processing and conversion, common features are summarized to form general provisions and other provisions. According to respective characteristics of system for total amount control of energy development, performance guarantee system, environmental trust fund system, energy retaining system and environmental lien system, incorporate them into energy development, in-situ energy conversion and energy processing and conversion, in the hope of solving China's shortage of supply for environmental protection laws on energy development and in-situ conversion, responding to times of environmental protection, and optimizing China's Energy Law.

Study on the Ecological Ethics of Agricultural College Students

From the perspective of environmental sociology,a questionnaire survey was conducted on the environmental awareness and behaviors of undergraduates from nearly all fields of majors in Sichuan Agricultural University. According to the investigation results,there are los of problems,for example,the college students generally do not have adequate knowledge about environment and are unclear about the existing na- tional ecological law system; their attitude towards environment is often influenced by their majors; their evaluation of environment is far from the reality; their environmental behaviors are weakly restrained and conserved. According to these problems,related suggestions were proposed.

Immersive Virtual Product Development

Immersive virtual product development is a new desi gn , developing and evaluation method of integrated product and processing tragedie s, which using VR, multi-discipline simulation and scientific visualization tec hnologies. Users may have the experiences of being part of a cyberspace environm ent with the ability to navigate and manipulate objects which have properties an d behaviors that correspond to those of the real world objects. We present a fra mework and prototype system of an immerse VPD (IVPD) which enables users to navi gate and interact with 3D peripherals with the display system. The framework of IVPD which we have defined can meet these requirements. In the immersive virtual environment, design will include four main parts: 3D CAD/modeler, multidiscipli ne simulations, CAM and discrete system simulation. 3D CAD/modeler can create 3D geometric objects and import models from other commercial softwares such as UG, CATIA etc. It can also store all kinds of models into databases with hierarchy which will provide geometric models with simulations and evaluations in later pr ocedures. Multidiscipline simulations can integrate many simulations such as FEA , CFD, Noisy and etc. Each kind of these simulation softwares will reflect a cer tain aspect of product or component’s performances. CAM, as a successor of prod uct development, mainly simulates the manufacturing procedures in the computer. Discrete system simulation will able to see the layout problems for a factory. I t is very useful for production management. Participants may actively view the v irtual world revolving around them while others control navigation and simul ations, and may interact with other members such as pass an object from one embo died manikin to another.

A New Pattern to Research the Learning:From Phenomenography and Constructivism Perspective——The Case of Guangzhou Academy of Fine Arts

This essay is trying to explore how the arts students experience the teaching and learning context in the English class of the col lege from the phenomenography perspective.The qualitative research methodology of phenomenography has traditionally required a man ual sorting and analysis of interview data.To study the teaching and learning context,the qualitative research method will be applied,and the data collection will base on the face-to-face interview.There are 8 sophomores were interviewed after they had one year study in col lege.The research findings reveal that most student in interview gradually get used to college English class,but never think about changing their learning approach even they study one year in a totally different teaching and learning environment.

Development of Agricultural Recycle Economy in Arid Areas of Hexi Corridor——A Case Study of Zhangye City, China

Taking Zhangye City as an example, the thesis analyzes the restricted factors of resources and environment confronted by the agriculture in arid area of Hexi Corridor: the first is the agricultural natural resources. The area of cultivated land decreases year by year, and there are sharp decrease of biological diversity as well as the shortage and waste of water resources; the second is the ecological environment. There are critical soil erosion, frequent natural disaster and outstanding agricultural area source pollution; the third is the rural economy. The agricultural structure still can not meet the need of agricultural development in recent years, and the proportion of agricultural product processing is low. It points out that implementation of agricultural recycle economy is the necessary choice of the agricultural development in Zhangye City. Developing recycle economy is conducive to improving ecological environment and realizing agricultural sustainable development; developing recycle economy can solve the agricultural area source pollution to much extent and protect rural environment; developing recycle economy is conducive to adjusting rural industrial structure, increasing job opportunities and increasing farmers' income; developing recycle economy is conducive to elevating the international competitiveness of agricultural products. The thesis also has put forward the countermeasures of developing agricultural recycle economy in Zhangye City as follows: firstly, fostering the ambience of the development of agricultural recycle economy; secondly, forming the incentive mechanism of development of agricultural recycle economy; thirdly, broadening the investment channel of development of agricultural recycle economy; fourthly, perfecting socialized service system of agricultural recycle economy.

Framework of Social Responsibilities of Forestry Enterprises

Forestry industry plays a key role in regulating climate and promoting sustainable development of society.Environmental responsibility is the key part of social responsibilities of forestry enterprises.Based on the particularity of forestry industry,the framework of social responsibility reports of forestry enterprises is provided,and major topics of social responsibilities followed by forestry enterprises are analyzed.Meanwhile,the core values of social responsibilities of forestry enterprises are pointed out.It is proposed that the social responsibility reports of forestry enterprises should involve the responsibility to shareholders and creditors,the responsibility to suppliers,customers and consumers,the responsibility to employees,the responsibility to the environment,and the responsibility to communities and charity behavior.

A Study of Establishing Effective School Climate——A Comparative Description of School Climate and Classroom Climate in the UK and China

School environmental culture and classroom educational climate play a significant role in affecting all the teachers and students'work attitude,personal development,sense of belonging and teaching & learning achievements.It is necessary for all the school members to concern about creating comfortable,positive and effective working environment.This paper tries to generally analysis the different school and classroom climate between British and Chinese schools through observation,and to make suggestions of school & classroom climate component parts and improving proposals.

Public park behaviour in Da Nans:An investigation into how open space is used

The provision of open space is seen as a feasible solution in mitigating the challenges of urbanization,which accomm odates the daily leisure activities of residents and contributes to sustainable developm ent.This study aims at understanding how users perceive open space in 29-3 Park in Da Nang,Vietnam.This understanding may help to adopt a better approach to development and improvements.More specifically,it focuses on identifying roles and attributes of the space and determ ining those elements which affect how users of the space gather,based on their perspective.Residents,behaviour param eters were identified and classified based on activities that occurred in this space,and were collected using a behavioural mapping survey method.The analysis of 20 in-depth interviews,and 287 question naires,show existing problems that need to be improved and detail 11 physical factors that have potential to impact on users'satisfaction.These results may have the potential to play an im portant role in assisting designers and administrators to create successful open space in urban areas of Vietnam or other developing countries in the future.
