Phase equilibrium in the ternary CuO-PbO-Ag system has been investigated using differential thermal analysis(DTA),thermogravimetry(TG),scanning electron microscopy(SEM) and X-ray diffraction(XRD) techniques.In the ternary CuO-PbO-Ag system,there is a eutectic reaction CuO+PbO+Ag=L at 750℃ and a composition of 12.04 mol.% Ag,16.35 mol.% CuO and 71.61 mol.% PbO.Two miscibility gaps near the two binary tie lines PbO-Ag and CuO-Ag were detected. No binary or ternary compound was detected in the ternary system.SEM and energy dispersive spectroscopy(EDS) confirm the presence of two liquid phases and the eutectic point. 展开更多

Salt-forming regions for a complex salt-water system in non-equilibrium state of evaporation process are usually different from those in solubility diagrams.To understand the solid-forming region of NaCl and improve the utilization of bittern resources,experiments were carried out to evaporate 20 representative mixture solution samples of Na +,Mg 2+ //Cl-,2 4 SO-H2O system with an average evaporation intensity of(1.4±0.4) g·L-1 ·min-1(water) at boiling temperature 348 K,and determine the NaCl solid-forming regions in non-equilibrium state.Because of the complexity of salt-forming region,a maximal region and a minimal region were proposed to express the non-equilibrium state salt-forming region with different crystal seed,and a conditional salt-forming region was proposed to present the characteristic region of non-equilibrium salt-forming phase diagram.The areas of the maximal and minimal regions are 2.00 and 1.56 times those in solubility diagram,so it is possible to utilize bittern resources in high efficiency.The recovery rates of NaCl were 99.65%,93.14%,88.57%,72.76%,and 83.68%for six typical bittern sources from Tulantai Salt Lake(China),Dongtai Salt Lake(China) ,Jilantai Salt Lake(China),Qarun Salt Lake(Egypt) and seawater,respectively.It is testified that the non-equilibrium state salt-forming phase diagram can be used in industrial processes. 展开更多

Alloys of Mg-Zn-La system in Mg rich corner were prepared, and the phase relationship was investigated at different temperatures such as 200, 300 and 350 ℃ by scanning electron microscopy(SEM), X-ray diffraction(XRD) and electron probe microanalysis with energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (EPMA). Two types of phase equilibrium were identified at the different temperatures. One is two-phase equilibrium contained the Mg solid solution and T-phase. The other is three-phase equilibrium which contained the Mg solid solution, MgZn phase and T-phase. T-phase was stable as the temperature changed. The La content in T-phase is constant which is about 8±0.3% (atom fraction); but the Mg content and Zn content of that is changed, and the Zn content in T-phase was from 16.1% to 44%. The solubility of La in MgZn phase was increased from 1.2% to 1.6% as the temperature increasing from 200 to 350 ℃. 展开更多

NaF–Na_(3)PO_(4)–H_(2)O体系是稀土矿物加工的典型盐水体系,开发氟、磷回收工艺需要该体系的相图和热力学模型支持。利用等温溶解平衡法测定了273.15 K、298.15 K、323.15 K和348.15 K的固液相平衡数据,并基于eNRTL模型框架构建了该... NaF–Na_(3)PO_(4)–H_(2)O体系是稀土矿物加工的典型盐水体系,开发氟、磷回收工艺需要该体系的相图和热力学模型支持。利用等温溶解平衡法测定了273.15 K、298.15 K、323.15 K和348.15 K的固液相平衡数据,并基于eNRTL模型框架构建了该体系从最低共熔点到348.15 K的热力学模型。实验结果表明:NaF–Na_(3)PO_(4)–H_(2)O体系存在NaF、Na_(3)PO_(4)·12H_(2)O、Na_(3)PO_(4)·8H_(2)O和复盐NaF·2Na_(3)PO_(4)·19H_(2)O 4个固相物种;其中复盐在各温度均占据三元体系的主要相区,磷酸钠水合物的相区极窄,很难单独成盐,NaF相区相对较大并随温度升高而增大。热力学模型研究较好地表达了NaF–H_(2)O、Na_(3)PO_(4)–H_(2)O体系的多温离子活度系数、溶液渗透系数、二元体系相图,获得了盐水作用参数和6个固相的热力学数据;通过对三元体系多温相图数据的有效表达,获得了盐-盐作用参数和复盐的热力学数据,在此基础上推测了NaF–Na_(3)PO_(4)–H_(2)O体系相图结构,获得了难以实验测定的9个零变量点和9条单变量共饱和线,从而得到了全部固相的平衡相区,并给出了NaF–Na_(3)PO_(4)–H_(2)O体系完整相图,为更复杂体系的热力学表达以及工业应用提供了参考依据。 展开更多

斑岩铜矿蚀变分带与成矿机制:玉龙矿床水-岩反应热力学平衡模拟例析

蚀变分带和成矿机制的准确厘定是建立斑岩成矿模型与找矿预测的关键。本文以新生代金沙江-哀牢山成矿带的玉龙斑岩铜矿为例,通过质量作用定律(LMA)和吉布斯自由能最小化模型(GEM),构建含矿热液与斑岩侵入体的pH-f O 2相图和动态传输模型... 蚀变分带和成矿机制的准确厘定是建立斑岩成矿模型与找矿预测的关键。本文以新生代金沙江-哀牢山成矿带的玉龙斑岩铜矿为例,通过质量作用定律(LMA)和吉布斯自由能最小化模型(GEM),构建含矿热液与斑岩侵入体的pH-f O 2相图和动态传输模型,以揭示蚀变分带成因和金属成矿机制。LMA与GEM结果显示初始成矿流体pH值为4.7,logf_(O2)=-23.0(ΔFMQ=+2.7),且溶解Cu含量为1138×10^(-6),Mo为1.2×10^(-6)。研究表明,当该酸性及强氧化性流体流入二长花岗斑岩体时,在温度为450~360℃范围内,代表钾硅酸盐化蚀变的钾长石、黑云母、硬石膏、赤铁矿和磁铁矿的矿物逐渐沉淀,且与钾硅酸盐化蚀变相关流体具有较高pH值(5.0~7.0)和氧逸度(ΔFMQ=+2.9~+3.6)特征;当温度在360~320℃范围时,代表青磐岩化蚀变阶段的典型矿物如绿帘石、铁绿泥石和斜绿泥石等逐渐形成,流体pH值(5.0~6.4)和氧逸度(ΔFMQ=+1.1)均有所下降;当温度进一步从320℃下降到200℃时,流体pH值(5.0~5.7)进一步小幅下降,而氧逸度则(ΔFMQ=+1.7)略有回升,在此期间,绢云母和方解石等开始沉淀并形成典型的绢英岩化蚀变。此外,以HMoO_(4)^(-)和MoO_(4)^(2-)为载体的Mo在狭窄高温区间(450~370℃)内沉淀,而以CuCl(CuCl_(4)^(3-)、CuCl_(2)^(-)、CuCl)为主要载体的Cu则在在中、高温(450~300℃)范围中沉淀。通过利用LMA反演及GEM正演相结合定量化地刻画了玉龙斑岩铜矿水岩反应过程,由此揭示了斑岩矿床蚀变分带是逐渐冷却的单一岩浆热液与斑岩体不断反应的结果,且不同温度窗口对应着钾硅酸盐化(450~360℃)、青磐岩化(360~320℃)和绢英岩化(320~200℃)蚀变矿物的形成,故含矿流体温度的快速下降可能是玉龙铜矿蚀变叠加的重要因素。此外,Cu、Mo络合离子溶解度对温度变化的差异响应,导致了Mo矿化主要发育于靠近斑岩体的高温区域,而Cu则以网脉状-浸染状叠加到Mo矿化之上,并广泛分布于斑岩体周边的高-中温区域。 展开更多

It has been found that there existed the T'phase in the seven alloys. Consequently, it was testified that the T' phase was stableat room temperature. Experimental studies on the solubility, density, refractive index, and pH value in the aqueous system containing potassium, magnesium, and borate at 308.15 K were determined with the method of isothermal dissolution equilibrium. Based on the experimental results, the diagrams of solubility, density, refractive index, and pH value in this system were plotted. We found that there were one eutectic point and two crystallization regions corresponding to the large area of inderite (L + Mg2B6O11·15H2O) and the relatively small area of potassium borate tetrahydrate (L + K2B4O7 ·4H2O), respectively. Neither double salt nor solid solution was found in this system. The physicochemical properties (density, refractive index, and pH value) in solution at 308.15 K changed regularly with increasing potassium borate concentration. The calculated values of density and refractive index using empirical equations of the aqueous system were in good agreement with the experimental values. 展开更多

The single hot thermocouple technique(SHTT) and high temperature equilibrium technique were combined to investigate the phase diagram of the CaO-SiO_2-5%MgO-20%Al_2O_3-TiO_2 system.The 1300 ℃ to 1500 ℃ liquidus lines are calculated according to the thermodynamic equations based on the pseudo-melting temperatures measured by the single hot thermocouple technique.The phase equilibria relationships are experimentally determined at 1400 ℃ using the high temperature equilibria technique followed by X-ray fluorescence(XRF),X-ray diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscopy(SEM) and energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy(EDX) analysis.The liquid phase(L),melilite solid solution phase((C_2MS_2,C_2AS)_(ss)),diopside phase(CMS_2) and perovskite phase(CaOTiO_2) are found.Coupled with the liquidus lines and equilibria results,the phase diagram is constructed for the specified region of the CaO-SiO_2-5%MgO-20%Al_2O_3-TiO_2 system. 展开更多

新型高性能透明导电氧化物薄膜(简称IBO)在加工过程中会产生大量的废料,另外,随着IBO的广泛应用,IBO废靶量也将与日俱增。采用真空蒸馏工艺分离提纯时,In与Bi的饱和蒸气压相近,较难获得满意的工艺参数。气-液平衡(VLE)相图可用于指导真... 新型高性能透明导电氧化物薄膜(简称IBO)在加工过程中会产生大量的废料,另外,随着IBO的广泛应用,IBO废靶量也将与日俱增。采用真空蒸馏工艺分离提纯时,In与Bi的饱和蒸气压相近,较难获得满意的工艺参数。气-液平衡(VLE)相图可用于指导真空蒸馏实践,本文以配置的In-Bi合金为原料进行真空蒸馏实验,以获得In-Bi合金的VLE值,并采用MIVM预测In-Bi合金组元的活度及气液平衡数据,获得以下结论:在压力5~10 Pa、温度1183 K、平衡时间3.17 h条件下,当残留物中In含量为80.80%时,挥发物中铋含量达到97.17%,表明采用真空蒸馏可分离In-Bi合金中的In和Bi;采用分子相互作用体积模型(MIVM)预测了In-Bi合金组元的活度,平均标准偏差分别为±0.0139、±0.007,平均相对偏差分别为±11.216%、±11.4521%,表明采用MIVM预测In-Bi合金组元的活度是可靠的;采用MIVM预测了In-Bi合金体系的VLE值,与实验值吻合,表明采用MIVM预测铟基合金体系的VLE值是可靠的,且适用于不同摩尔比下的铟基合金,可用于指导真空蒸馏分离铟基合金。本研究为真空蒸馏分离提纯铟基合金或处理含铟复杂物料提供了理论参考。 展开更多

针对铝脱氧25Mn钢圆铸坯中夹杂物的分布特征,通过配备夹杂物自动分析仪的扫描电镜-能谱仪(SEM-EDS)检测了圆坯不同径向位置处夹杂物的二维形貌、成分及数量密度。对钢中夹杂物进行非水电解提取及三维形貌、成分的观察,并结合FactSage 8.... 针对铝脱氧25Mn钢圆铸坯中夹杂物的分布特征,通过配备夹杂物自动分析仪的扫描电镜-能谱仪(SEM-EDS)检测了圆坯不同径向位置处夹杂物的二维形貌、成分及数量密度。对钢中夹杂物进行非水电解提取及三维形貌、成分的观察,并结合FactSage 8.0软件进行了计算分析。结果表明,在钢液的凝固冷却过程中,随着温度的降低,夹杂物中Al_(2)O_(3)含量逐渐增加,CaS含量先增加后减少,CaO及SiO_(2)含量逐渐减少。随着钢中氧含量的增加,单相钢液的稳定区域逐渐缩小,液相氧化物稳定区域增加。钢中夹杂物主要可分为含SiO_(2)的S类、含Al_(2)O_(3)的A类、含MgO的M类及以CaO或CaS为基础的C类。随着靠近圆铸坯中心位置,夹杂物的总数量密度呈现小幅增加态势,S类、A类及M类夹杂物数量密度小幅增加,C类夹杂物数量密度小幅减少。在靠近圆铸坯表面附近,大部分CaO-Al_(2)O_(3)-MgO类夹杂物处于液相区附近,随着逐渐靠近圆铸坯中心处,CaO-Al_(2)O_(3)-MgO类夹杂物组成逐渐远离液相区域,其平均成分由液相区域逐渐转移至固相区域,夹杂物中MgO含量增加。非水电解提取到的夹杂物与夹杂物自动分析所观察到的夹杂物种类基本一致。 展开更多
