To identify industrial control equipment is often a key step in network mapping,categorizing network resources,and attack defense.For example,if vulnerable equipment or devices can be discovered in advance and the att...To identify industrial control equipment is often a key step in network mapping,categorizing network resources,and attack defense.For example,if vulnerable equipment or devices can be discovered in advance and the attack path canbe cut off,security threats canbe effectively avoided and the stable operationof the Internet canbe ensured.The existing rule-matching method for equipment identification has limitations such as relying on experience and low scalability.This paper proposes an industrial control device identification method based on PCA-Adaboost,which integrates rule matching and machine learning.We first build a rule base from network data collection and then use single andmulti-protocol rule-matchingmethods to identify the type of industrial control devices.Finally,we utilize PCA-Adaboost to identify unlabeled data.The experimental results show that the recognition rate of this method is better than that of the traditional Nmap device recognitionmethod and the device recognition accuracy rate reaches 99%.The evaluation effect of the test data set is significantly enhanced.展开更多

The tracking performance of the EHLS is mainly limited by the actuator's motion disturbance, flow nonlinearity...This paper studies a nonlinear robust control algorithm of the electro-hydraulic load simulator (EHLS). The tracking performance of the EHLS is mainly limited by the actuator's motion disturbance, flow nonlinearity, and friction, etc. The developed controller is developed based on the nonlinear motion loading model. The problems of the actuator's disturbance and flow nonlinearity are considered. To address the friction problem, the friction model of the loading motor is identified experimentally. The friction disturbance is compensated using the obtained friction model. Therefore, this paper considers the main three factors comprehensively. The developed algorithm is easy to apply since the controller can be obtained just with one step back-stepping design. The stability of the developed algorithm is proven via Lyapunov analysis. Both co-simulation and experiments are performed to verify the effectiveness of this method.展开更多

Focusing on the nonlinear factors of hydraulic servo system, this article takes advantage of PID and fuzzy logic controller integrated with scaling factors to acquire precise tracking performances. To further improve the performances, it provides new developed optimization with rapid convergence to attain reliable approach probability. Focusing on the performance indictors of evolutionary algorithm, this article presents a new technique to predict reliability of the optimization algorithm. Statistics authenticates the effectiveness and robustness of the optimization. Further, many simulation and experimental results indicate that the optimal HFPID could acquire perfect immunity against parametric uncertainties with external disturbance.展开更多

A new triaxial testing system that could control suction in wetting-induced collapsible tests was success-fully developed to study the suction effects on wetting-induced collapsible deformation.The pedestal of the tri...A new triaxial testing system that could control suction in wetting-induced collapsible tests was success-fully developed to study the suction effects on wetting-induced collapsible deformation.The pedestal of the triaxial cell was made up of two parts,and the equipment not only could control suction but also could make water accessible to soil.A pressure/volume-controlled equip-ment was combined with the triaxial system to measure the water volume absorbed by samples accurately and to add pressure on water to filtrate into the sample.The apparatus could measure volume change precisely and keep the deviator stress unvaried,as well as measure the volume of water filtrating into the samples exactly.A triaxial collapsible testing procedure was described using the new apparatus for undisturbed collapsible loess with controlled suction.Furthermore,a series of double triaxial collapsible tests were conducted under different suctions and the same net cell pressure,and tests under different net cell pressures and the same suction were also done.It was indicated that the collapsible deformation increased with the increasing suction,and the effect of the net cell pressure on collapsible deformation was remarkable.The new triaxial apparatus was a useful facility to study the collapsible behavior of loess.展开更多
