Bidding has long been used as a method for allocating and procuring goods and services. An acurrate and comprehensive evaluation of bidders is the key to make the bidding a successful one for tenderee. However, evaluation of bidders is a tough work and the result of evaluation is always affected by the evaluator's understanding of the standards set for evaluation, and the evaluator's expertise, experience and preferrence. We make an effort to find a method for selecting bidders as accurately as possible. 目的 设计一个可移动医疗设备高效管理与临床科室共享调配相结合的医疗设备共享管理平台,实现可移动医疗设备使用的全过程管理。方法 基于C/S架构,利用物联网技术优化整合现有医疗设备大数据资源,结合医院需求,构建可移动医疗设备共享... 目的 设计一个可移动医疗设备高效管理与临床科室共享调配相结合的医疗设备共享管理平台,实现可移动医疗设备使用的全过程管理。方法 基于C/S架构,利用物联网技术优化整合现有医疗设备大数据资源,结合医院需求,构建可移动医疗设备共享调配系统,实现医疗设备共享管理、预约借用、统计分析等核心功能。通过比较系统上线前后呼吸机调配次数、平均调配时间、呼吸机使用率、单台呼吸机日均收入4个指标,分析系统应用效果。结果 系统上线后,呼吸机调配次数明显增加、平均调配时间明显降低,呼吸机使用率、单台呼吸机日均收入明显升高,且差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.05),表明系统对提高呼吸机调配效率与使用效率有促进作用。结论 可移动医疗设备共享调配系统优化了医院设备管理流程,实现了医疗资源的统一调配,有效满足临床紧急抢救时医疗设备调配使用的相关需求,提高了医疗设备周转率以及设备管理人员的工作效率,有助于医院节约人员成本、降低采购费用,为医院管理者制定相关决策提供数据支撑。 展开更多

Purchase willingness of new energy vehicles: A case study in Jinan City of China 被引量:3

Speeding up the promotion of new energy vehicles is an important measure to optimize the energy structure,promote energy conservation and emission reduction,and develop the economy sustainability.The research uses a questionnaire survey to analyze the residents’willingness to purchase new energy vehicles in Jinan Gty of China,and utilizes the binomial logistic regression model and Global Moran's I to explain the impact of three factors(including responden ts'personal characteristics and subjective cognition,products,and social environment)on the purchase willingness of new energy vehicles.According to the survey,75.12%of the responden ts consider buying new energy vehicles in the future,but only 11.66%of the respondents know new energy vehicles well.It can be seen that the respondents in Jinan City generally have an insufficient understanding of new energy vehicles.It may lead to a decline in residents’trust in new energy vehicles,which will in turm affect their purchase willingness.Based on the survey,we find that women who live far from the city center enjoy high incomes and have a low-carbon awareness,generally exhibit a higher willingness to purchase new energy vehicles.Spatial distribution of the purchase willingness has certain aggregation characteristics,showing a positive spatial correlation pattern.Purchase willingness has a certain positive diffusion effect in space,and areas with a higher purchase willingness have a positive driving effect on their surrounding regions.Spatial distribution of the purchase willingness can be used as one of the breakthroughs in promoting new energy vehicles.In addition,safety,price,after-sales service,and infrastruicture of new energy vehicles are important determinants of people's purchase willingness.Among the types of subsidies,financial subsidy is most effective on the residents’purchase wilingness.Our research provides an impor tant information for the promotion of new energy vehicles in the region. 展开更多

An Efficient and Lightweight YOLOv8s Strawberry Maturity Detection Model

The manual picking of strawberries is inefficient and costly,limiting scalability and economic benefits.Mechanizing this process reduces labor demands,improves working conditions,and modernizes the strawberry industry.Target detection technology,crucial for mechanized picking,must accurately determine strawberry maturity.This study presents an enhanced YOLOv8s model addressing current machine learning issues like accuracy,parameters,and complexity.The improved model replaces the Bottleneck structure in C2f with the FasterNet network,integrates an efficient multi-scale attention mechanism,and uses the Ghost module in the backbone to reduce computational load while maintaining performance.It also introduces Wise-IoU for bounding box regression loss,improving recognition accuracy.The YOLOv8s-FEGW model achieves a 93.8%mAP in detecting strawberry ripeness,with significant reductions in parameters(36.8%),complexity(34.6%),and model size(37.7%),alongside a 12.7% Frames Per Second(FPS)boost.These enhancements result in excellent detection capabilities,supporting agricultural automation and intelligence. 展开更多

Monitoring system for underground equipment based on panoramic images was effectively combined with real-time sensor data and static panoramic images of underground surrounding, which not only realizes real-time status monitoring for underground equipment, but also gets a direct scene for underground surrounding. Successful cases have not been rare, that is to import funds accelerate hospital building by means of raising funds, borrowing, renting, jointing, and so on. The same characteristics is raising money at first and then working, and the investor will earn high proportional benefits. 'Importing funds' has solved some practical problems, but it also causes some negative effects, such as difficulty in management, being difficult to work, inequitable benefit allocation, little benefits earned by the hospital, a big venture, and so on.By means of installment, the hospital has imported much equipment, such as very expensive Magnetic Resonating Instrument (MRI), spiral CT, straight accelerator, ECT and so on. Connecting with practice, the authors has analyzed objectively the profits and the harm of importing equipment by installment. There are four reasons for applying installment: firstly, it solves the problem of shortage of funds of the hospital; secondly, it efficiently avoids the inconvenience resulted from the management by both jointing sides together; thirdly, it raises the investing earnings of the hospital; finally, it is advantages which are as follows. Importing large-scale foreign equipment from abroad by installment has not been popular in the native hospital, and there are not relatively regular and ripe rules to be followed. Moreover, because effective institution is required to act as an economic guarantor, an extra content of work will, be added to practice.The authors prefer that attentions should be paid to the five aspects in importing equipment by means of installment; selecting the suitable importing project, selecting a favorable cooperating partner and deciding suitable cooperating items; selecting an excellent company or institution to guarantee for the hospital, and grasping the practice of the contract. 展开更多
