The in-situ formation mechanism of MgAl_(2)O_(4) was introduced,focusing on the formation process by solid phase reaction and gas phase reaction as well as the phenomenon of secondary spinelization.The influencing factors of the in-situ MgAl_(2)O_(4) formation and its effect on the microstructure and the properties of materials were systematically summarized for the Al2O3-MgO-MgAl_(2)O_(4) system and the carbon-containing refractories systems.It was pointed out that the in-situ formation of MgAl_(2)O_(4),including secondary spinelization,can regulate the microstructure and the service performance of materials.Its expansion effect can not only offset the shrinkage caused by sintering to improve the corrosion resistance of refractories,but also seriously restrict the reliability of functional refractories.The composition,the particle size,the atmosphere,and the temperature are important factors affecting the in-situ formation of MgAl_(2)O_(4).In the carbon-containing materials systems,the solid-solid reaction and the gas-solid reaction coexist to produce MgAl_(2)O_(4),which provides an effective way to further regulate the microstructure and the properties of materials through the reaction process. 展开更多

苯甲酸乙酯合成实验绿色改进的探讨

提出了以硫酸氢N-甲基吡啶离子液为催化剂,乙醇与苯甲酸先回流酯化再高温气相酯化合成苯甲酸乙酯的改进方法.根据绿色化学合成的原则,以原子的经济性、催化剂、过程中的污染物3个方面,对两种方法做了对比.结果表明,改进后的方法,苯甲酸... 提出了以硫酸氢N-甲基吡啶离子液为催化剂,乙醇与苯甲酸先回流酯化再高温气相酯化合成苯甲酸乙酯的改进方法.根据绿色化学合成的原则,以原子的经济性、催化剂、过程中的污染物3个方面,对两种方法做了对比.结果表明,改进后的方法,苯甲酸的转化率高,催化剂的选择性强且可循环使用,合成过程无污染物的引进和产生,符合绿色化学的发展方向. 展开更多

The steam generator (SG) in the HTR-10 is one of the most important component... A 10MW High Temperature Gas Cooled Reactor (HTR-10) designed by the Institute of Nuclear Energy Technology (INET) is now being constructed. The steam generator (SG) in the HTR-10 is one of the most important components for reactor safety. The thermal-hydraulic performance of the SG was investigated. A full scale HTR-10 Steam Generator Two Tube Engineering Model Test Facility (SGTM-10) was installed and tested at INET. This paper describes the SGTM-10 thermal hydraulic experimental system in detail. The SGTM-10 simulates the actual thermal and structural parameters of the HTR-10. The SGTM-10 includes three separated loops: the primary helium loop, the secondary water loop, and the tertiary cooling water loop. Two parallel tubes are arranged in the test assembly. The main experimental equipment is shown in the paper. Expermental results are given illustrating the effects of the outlet pressures, the heating power, and the inlet subcooling. 展开更多
