Research on the Internal Talent Training Path and Performance Evaluation Mechanism of New R&D Institutions in Zhejiang Province

New research and development(R&D)institutions are an important part of the national innovation system,playing an important role in promoting the transformation of scientific and technological achievements.In recent years,new R&D institutions have gradually become the driving force of innovation-driven development in China.Taking new R&D institutions in Zhejiang Province as the research object,this paper studies the internal talent training path and performance evaluation mechanism of new R&D institutions in Zhejiang Province by using the literature research method,comparison method,case verification method,and other methods.The investigation results show that there are problems such as lack of material and spiritual support and neglect of the absorption of local talents in the internal talent training,and there are problems such as unclear standards,insufficient data,and opaque processes in the performance evaluation mechanism,which greatly affect the establishment and improvement of the performance evaluation mechanism.Given the above problems,this paper puts forward a forward-looking,oriented,flexible,and compatible talent training path and performance evaluation mechanism,hoping to optimize the effective internal talent training path of new R&D institutions,improve the evaluation performance,and promote healthy development of new R&D institutions in Zhejiang Province.

Exploration of the Talent Cultivation Path of New Higher Vocational Compound Childcare Integration

With the continuous development of society,people’s concept of early childhood education is also gradually upgrading.In the report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC),“childcare”is listed as one of the seven national key livelihood tasks,and the model of“integration of childcare and early childhood”is gradually being widely used in infant and toddler education.The application of this model not only promotes the development of infant and toddler education but also brings new challenges to the training of talents specialized in childcare in higher vocational colleges.Higher vocational colleges and universities should adjust the talent training mode according to the requirements of the childcare integration mode,so as to build a high-quality skilled personnel team and promote the further development of infant and toddler education.

This study aimed to provide a fresh approach for the cultivation of compound talents in the new era through a green and healthy creative workshop project,which is an integrated platform of innovation,entrepreneurship,learning,scientific research,and practice for both,undergraduates and postgraduates.The creative workshop was meticulously designed as an independent space,comprising of a front counter,a design area,an experience area,a physical therapy area,and an operational room.Various activities and creative products are made available within this confined space.It plays a useful role in promoting the development of a personnel training system for relevant disciplines,spreading excellent traditional medicine culture,and extending the educative and practical modes in Sichuan University.

The Way to Realize the Morality-establishing and Talent-cultivating Responsibilities of Postgraduate Tutors in Agricultural and Forestry Universities

With the continuous expansion of postgraduate enrollment in China,the phenomenon of postgraduate tutors'experiencing dereliction of duties,morality and behavior in colleges and universities has become prominent in recent years.It has repeatedly attracted widespread attention from the whole society,producing a negative impact on postgraduate education.Agricultural and forestry universities take root at the grassroots level,serve agriculture,rural areas and farmers,have simple and practical education characteristics,and have made positive adjustments to mutual assistance between teachers and students,teachers'self-examination and regulatory system.This article analyzes the reasons for the current unethical and dishonest behaviors of postgraduate tutors in colleges and universities from the perspective of postgraduate tutors,and puts forward the implementation mechanism of the morality-establishing and talent-cultivating responsibilities of postgraduate tutors in agricultural and forestry universities combined with the school-running characteristics and practical experience of agricultural and forestry universities,so as to provide a reference for the construction of postgraduate tutor teams in colleges and universities.

Establishing a Teacher Performance Evaluation System Geared to the Cultivation of Character:With a Reflection on New Public Management Theory

Since New Public Management theory,which seeks to promote public management reform with the techniques used to catalyze economic development,was introduced into the field of education,it has led to the implementation of education accountability measures and reforms focusing on performance-related pay for teachers.Performance-related pay was meant to improve teacher performance,and has played an important role in providing teachers with incentives and raising educational quality.In practice,however,problems have emerged that deserve serious attention.For example,the evaluation indicators based on this theory have distorted the direction of public management due to their over-emphasis on instrumental rationality and neglect of value rationality.Further,they highlight the interim goal of"instilling knowledge"at the cost of the fundamental aim of"cultivating talent,"thus producing results opposite to those intended.On the basis of the value rationality of education and China’s reality,this paper suggests that educational institutions should shift from"New Public Management"to a"holistic and decentralized governance"approach,fostering an environment dedicated to cultivating talent and introducing this feature intothe evaluation of teacher performance.The core socialist values need to be integrated into teacher policy and internalized by teachers as their emotional identity and customary behavior.

根据医学教育培养和医学人才成长规律的渐进性和连续性特征,以及我国《本科医学教育标准-临床医学专业(试行)》《住院医师规范化培训内容与标准(试行)》《关于印发临床医学、口腔医学和中医硕士专业学位研究生指导性培养方案的通知》等医学人才培养标准和目标,结合中国医师岗位胜任力8大核心要素,梳理并合理界定医学院校教育、毕业后医学教育和继续医学教育等不同培养阶段医学人才岗位胜任力培养内容和目标,以利于培养机构科学地制订、设计和实施不同培养阶段医学人才岗位胜任力培养方案,并通过基于Milestones(里程碑)评估系统的评价和促进作用确保和提高医学人才岗位胜任力培养质量。

杜克大学跨学科人才培养项目模式的建构研究--基于2014-2018 Bass Connections年度评估报告分析

本文从国际比较视角,分析了跨学科人才培养模式中的项目模式对跨学科学习和研究的深刻意义。以杜克大学的Bass Connections项目为研究对象,通过对杜克大学2014—2018年的Bass Connections Annual Evaluation Reports进行文本分析,从三个维度总结概括Bass Connections项目模式,在分析中发现全新的发展评估框架,科学、清晰的战略计划和专业的顶层设计,项目形式的丰富性与参与主体的多样化促进了Bass Connections项目的快速成熟。Bass Connections项目已经成为杜克大学实施跨学科研究和教学的标志,为我国“双一流”建设高校在人才培养和学科建设方面构建一流的跨学科人才培养模式提供了先进理念和实践层面的启示。

应用型本科高校人才培养中存在的问题与对策

当前,我国的高等教育已经从“精英化”走向“大众化”,地方本科高校主要以培养应用型人才为主。湖南工学院在人才培养方面面临的主要问题是学生和家长对应用型人才培养认识不足,政府和企业对应用型人才培养重视不够,以及学校缺乏培养应用型人才的教师。因此,今后应重点从以下三方面着手解决,一是加强党建工作,构建德育与智育,教学与科研,学科与专业,第一课堂与第二课堂相融合的人才培养体系;二是加强师资建设,引进和培养具有企业工程经验的教师;三是开展产教融合,开发校企合作课程,重构课程体系。采取这些措施,针对性地解决好当前存在的问题,就有望将地方本科高校建成特色鲜明的高水平应用型大学。
