Evi1基因在急性髓系白血病中的表达及意义

目的 探讨急性髓系白血病 (AML)中Evi1基因的表达及意义。方法 应用半定量RT -PCR方法检测了HEL白血病细胞系 (Evi1阳性细胞株 )、94例AML(初治 49例 ,复发 2 3例 ,缓解 2 2例 )患者及 10名正常对照Evi1基因的表达。结果 ① 10名正常人骨髓单个核细胞中无Evi1mRNA的表达 (阴性 ) ,HEL细胞系Evi1阳性。②AML患者Evi1基因总的阳性表达率为 18.1% (17/94) ,M5型未见表达 ,M1～M4各型的阳性率无差异 (P >0 .0 5)。AML初治、复发、完全缓解的Evi1基因阳性率分别为 2 6.5%、17.4%、4.5% ,各组间无明显差异 (P >0 0 5)。③AML初治患者中Evi1阳性表达者首次完全缓解 (CR1)后缓解持续时间短于Evi1阴性表达者 (P <0 0 1) ,早期病死率 (确诊后 3个月内死亡 )明显升高 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 Evi1基因在AML的发病中可能起一定作用 。

将"残存概念"作为研究藏羌彝走廊历史、文化、族群互动的切入点,在重新建构了残存概念以后,具体选用与世界广大范围中存在的民俗信仰"Evil Eye"几近同质的羌族"毒药猫"为分析对象,联系中国及藏羌彝走廊诸族中类似"毒药猫"的民俗事象,最终确认在南北通透的藏羌彝走廊中,长期的历史过程中南向的民族迁移,因与复杂多样的自然生态的相互作用,原来同质性的民俗文化现象呈现出了多元化的倾向,而随后形成的走廊诸民族虽也有长时期的相互作用,但仍保持住了自身的文化特性,使得走廊中的诸民族文化在这一地理空间中,形成了民族文化"百花齐放"的文化局面。

目的 探讨Evi1基因表达在慢性粒细胞白血病 (慢粒 )急性变中的意义。方法 应用半定量RT -PCR方法检测了HEL白血病细胞系、87例慢粒患者 (慢性期 5 8例 ,加速期 4例 ,急性变期 2 5例 )及 10名正常对照的Evi1基因的表达。结果 10名正常对照骨髓单个核细胞中未测到Evi1mRNA ;HEL细胞系Evi1阳性 ;87例慢粒中 ,慢性期组、加速期组、急性变组、急性髓性变组Evi1基因表达的阳性率分别为 3 .5 % (2 5 8)、5 0 .0 % (2 4)、48 0 % (12 2 5 )、66.7% (12 18) ) ;但加速期及急性变组的Evi1基因表达率高于慢性期组 (P <0 .0 1) ,而加速期组和急性变组的阳性率无显著性差异 (P =1.0 0 ) ,急性髓性变组的阳性率高于急淋变组 ,差异显著 (P <0 .0 1) ;慢性期组的阳性率较正常对照相比差异无显著性 (P =1.0 0 ) ;Evi1基因阳性表达与慢粒临床分期、急性变分型及预后相关 ,而急性变期Evi1阳性表达与年龄、性别、外周血象、bcr abl融合基因无关。结论 Evi1基因是预测慢粒患者发生急性变的一个有用的基因标志 ,可看做是一个由慢性期向急性期转化的信号 。

Empirical Study on Growth of Evil Forces in Land Requisition and Relocation in City G of Hubei Province Based on Social Network Analysis

Using social network analysis method,this paper made an empirical study on growth of evil forces in land requisition and relocation in City G of Hubei Province. It obtained following results:(i) lawless developers and inefficient public security organs form interested parties of evil forces. Besides,the inward closeness centrality of evil forces is high,manifesting that evil forces independently possess decentralized power of network and have unscrupulous behavior in land requisition and relocation to a certain extent.(ii) Activities of evil forces have complicated spatial correlation and their geographical distribution is uneven,taking on irregular characteristics. In the field of land requisition and relocation,some evil forces are expandi Xng and spreading,while other forces are relatively weak. In conclusion,growth of evil forces comes from premeditation and collaboration of lawless developers,lack of functions and weak attack of public security organs; growth of evil forces has periodic changes,when in power,they will take opportunity to expand,while losing power,they will hide or even disappear.
