However, due to different human perceptions, quantifying the effective capacity of wireless network subject to diverse Qo E is very difficult, which leads to many new challenges regarding Qo E guarantees in wireless networks. The research aim was to improve the scale by Delphi method. Sixteen experts in medical management, human caring or medical education were invited to evaluate the importance of the dimensions and items of the scale and provided some expertise via filling out the DeLphi consultation questionnaires twice in the consulting round. In the first round, the recovery rate showing the experts' positivity was 80%; the coefficient of reliability (Cr) ascertaining the authority of the evaluation was 0.92; the mean and full mark ratios responding the concentration of the evaluation were 2.88-4.94 and 6.25%-93.75% respectively; the coefficients of variation (CV) and the Kendall's W determining the concordance of the evaluation were 5.06%-52.15% and 0.21-0.24 respectively. In the second round, the recovery rate was 93.75%; the Cr was 0.93; the mean was 3.93-4.93; the full mark ratios were 26.67%-93.33%; the Kendall's W was 0.14- 0.31, the CV was 5.25%-23.61%. Via the two-round Delphi study, the scale that included 10 dimensions and 61 items has been improved. Ten dimensions are pre-hospital medical service, guidance, registration, waiting, diagnosis & treatment, paying, inspection & assay, medicine receiving, therapy/injection/transfusion and global evaluation. It was concluded that Chinese scholars have paid high attention to human caring and outpatient experience. The experts have given high agreements about the dimensions which were established with Chinese outpatient process. The dimensions are different from the similar researches about outpatient experience study. In the future, it is necessary to survey the outpatients to test the construct validity, internal consistency reliability and others of the scale to improve the scale.展开更多

It is the objective of this study to develop a cross-cultural model for validating customer experiences of digital financial advice. In doing so, both objective and subjective system aspects have been considered. It is found that experiential subjective system aspects are the most important. Surveys have been conducted in The United Kingdom and The Netherlands. In exploratory factor analysis, five dominant factors were obtained in the UK and six factors in The Netherlands to explain customer experience. Based on the factor scores, multiple regression analysis has been performed to develop the digital customer experience model (DCX model). This is the first cross-cultural model to evaluate customer experience of financial advice. In an era in which financial institutions and FinTech companies battle for the engagement of customers, the DCX model is the first to fundamentally drive value creation, differentiation, regulation, and future research.展开更多

We first build an omnidirectional IQA(OIQA) database, including 16 source images with their corresponding 320 distorted images. We add four commonly encountered distortions. These distortions are JPEG compression, JPEG2000 compression, Gaussian blur, and Gaussian noise. Then we conduct a subjective quality evaluation study in the VR environment based on the OIQA database. Considering that visual attention is more important in VR environment, head and eye movement data are also tracked and collected during the quality rating experiments. The 16 raw and their corresponding distorted images, subjective quality assessment scores, and the head-orientation data and eye-gaze data together constitute the OIQA database. Based on the OIQA database, we test some state-of-the-art full-reference IQA(FR-IQA) measures on equirectangular format or cubic formatomnidirectional images. The results show that applying FR-IQA metrics on cubic format omnidirectional images could improve their performance. The performance of some FR-IQA metrics combining the saliency weight of three different types are also tested based on our database. Some new phenomena different from traditional IQA are observed.展开更多

We studied subjective experiences of donors before and two years after kidney donation using in-depth interviews of eleven subjects. Interviews were audiotaped, transcribed, and analyzed by qualitative content analysis (grounded theory). Resulting categories of this process were grouped in order to construct ideal types of subjective experiences after kidney donation. Of our donors, 64% were female, mean age was 40.4 years. Donors reported that they had had no medical problems after donation. Most displayed psychological problems, e. g. difficulties adjusting to the new situation, hypochondriacal complaints, and fear of rejection of the recipient’s kidney. Psychological complaints were particularly troublesome in case of complications of the recipient. All donors wished extended counselling after kidney donation. Identifying problems of kidney donors may be easier when doctors are trained in typical experiences. This may also guide the tailoring of individual psychological interventions.展开更多

In the future, it is necessary to survey the outpatients to test the construct validity, internal consistency reliability and others of the scale to improve the scale.
文摘The goal of this paper is to analyze the customer experience of digital-driven financial advice systems. In an era in which financial institutions and FinTech companies battle for the engagement of customers, the DCX model is the first to fundamentally drive value creation, differentiation, regulation, and future research.
文摘Virtual reality(VR) environment can provide immersive experience to viewers.Under the VR environment, providing a good quality of experience is extremely important. Therefore, in this paper, we present an image quality assessment(IQA) study on omnidirectional images. Some new phenomena different from traditional IQA are observed.
文摘Type 1 diabetes is one of the main chronics pathologies in children. Efficient care requires a good knowledge of the disease by the parents, and an exploration of psychosocial experience of the parents, who are on the front lines of the support. Objectives: Assess the impact of parents’ level of knowledge, from their psychosocial experience and from the quality of life on the glycemic control of children, adolescents and young adults with type 1 (DT1) diabetes in Brazzaville. Patients and Methods: This was an analytical cross-sectional study with prospective data collection during 7 months at Brazzaville University Hospital CHU, involving 103 parents. We studied socio-demographic variables, the balance of children’s diabetes by glycated hemoglobin, parents’ knowledge of diabetes by questionnaire “Michigan Diabetes Research and Training Center’s Revised Diabetes Knowledge Test”. The assessment of anxiety and depression through the “Hospital Anxiety and Depression” (HAD) score. Parental stress was assessed by the “Pediatric Inventory for Parents” (PIP). Results: We reported certain anxiety symptomatology in 60 parents (58.3%). Certain depression was reported in 63 parents (61.2%), and a lesser degree of parental distress. These psychosocial disorders in the parents did not influence the glycemic balance of the children. Low socio-economic level of the family (p = 0.001), poor knowledge about diabetes (p = 0.046) and poorer quality of life (p Conclusion: Psychosocial disorders were well observed in parents of DT1 children.
文摘BACKGROUND Neoadjuvant therapy(NT)has increasingly been utilized for patients with localized pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma(PDAC).It is the recommended approach for borderline resectable(BR)and locally advanced(LA)cancers and an increasingly utilized option for potentially resectable(PR)disease.Despite its increased use, little research has focused on patient-centered metrics among patients undergoing NT,including patient experiences, preferences, and recommendations.A better understanding of all aspects of the patient experience during NT may identify opportunities to design interventions aimed at improving quality of life;it may also facilitate the completion of NT and receipt of surgery, ultimately optimizing long-term outcomes.AIM To understand the experience of patients initiating and receiving NT to identify opportunities to improve neoadjuvant cancer care delivery.METHODS Semi-structured interviews of patients with localized PDAC during NT were conducted to explore their experience initiating and receiving NT.Interviews took place between August 2020 and October 2021.Due to the descriptive nature of the research, questions were open ended.Interviews were conducted over the phone, audio recorded and then transcribed. All interviews were coded by two independent researchers using NVivo 12,iteratively identifying themes until thematic saturation was achieved. An integrative approach to qualitative analysis was used, utilizing both inductive and deductive methods.RESULTS A total of 12 patients with localized PDAC were interviewed.Patients with BR(n=7),PR(n=2),and LA(n=3)cancers participated in the study. All patients indicated that choosing NT was the doctor’s recommendation, while most reported not being familiar with the concept of NT(n=11)and that NT was presented as the only option(n=8).Five themes describing the patient experience emerged:physical symptoms, emotional symptoms, coping mechanisms, access to care, and life factors. The most commonly cited recommendation for improving the experience of NT was improved education before and during NT(n=7).Patients highlighted the need for more information on the rationale behind choosing NT prior to surgery, the anticipated surgery and its likelihood of surgery occurring after NT,as well as general information prior to starting NT treatment. The need for seeing different members of the healthcare team, including ancillary services was also frequently cited as a recommendation for improving the experience of NT(n=5).CONCLUSION This study provides a framework to allow for a better understanding of the PDAC patient experience during NT and highlights opportunities to improve quality and quantity of life outcomes.
文摘Little is known about long-term quality of life of kidney donors. This may also guide the tailoring of individual psychological interventions.
文摘Background: As the population ageing, more patients suffer from joint disease. Joint replacement surgery performed in Taiwan is about 10,000 to 20,000 cases yearly. Aims: The purpose of this study is to realize Total Knee Arthroplasty (TKA) patients’ views about life experiences and difficulty in daily life before and after the surgery. Methods: In this study, in-depth interview with interview guideline was used to analyze patients’ experience by using a qualitative research method, and questionnaires were used to collect quantity data. Results: 1) A total of 20 participants were recruited. Average age was 75.15 (SD = 6.468). Eighteen of the participants were female and the other two were male. The majority of participants indicated that their home facilities were convenient or very convenient. 2) Motivations of the participants to undergo TKA were joint pain, limited joint range of motion, and weakness in legs. Participants’ expectations after surgery were no more pain and ease in walking, and able to manage daily life. 3) Depending on the time after surgery, joint pain and walking ability had improved to some extent. The joint range of motion increased, but kneeling remained difficult, and the participants’ mood and exercise capacity were improved. Conclusions: The finding can be as a reference for clinical practitioner to provide preoperative education for total knee arthroplasty patients.
文摘In recent years, under the guidance of the national“all-for-one tourism”and“integration of culture and tourism”development policies, humanistic leisure tourism has become the current hot spot in the development of Chinese tourism industry. In 2013,China promulgated the National Tourism and Leisure Outline(2013-2020),which boosted the development of tourism and leisure consumption of urban and rural residents. In 2016,the State Council issued the“Several Opinions on Further Promoting the Construction of New Urbanization”,which clearly stated that it is necessary to“accelerate the cultivation of characteristic small towns”.The construction of small towns(blocks)led by the integration of culture and tourism has gradually become a new driving force for local economic development. In 2020,the global outbreak of the COVID-19 and normalized prevention and control measures have made the choice of tourism and leisure destinations more localized and short-distance.Characteristic leisure blocks and small towns have increasingly become important destinations for people to travel and leisure activities. Therefore, this article takes Shenzhen Nantou Ancient City as the research area, and uses literature review, questionnaire survey, and statistical survey methods(SPSS.25 and PLS.3.0)to obtain relevant literature and data and describe them.Statistical analysis and confirmatory factor analysis are designed to examine the relationship between the cultural authenticity of leisure blocks, product combination, accessibility, the sense of place identification, recreational intentions, and experience quality, diagnose and discover tourism from them, discover the problems existing on the supply side of tourism object, and provide guidance and suggestions for the construction and development of cultural tourism and leisure characteristic blocks. Finally, this paper tests 10 hypotheses and draws research conclusions:(1)Cultural authenticity has positive impact on recreational intention, place identification, and experience quality in humanistic leisure tourism.(2)Tourism product combination has positive impact on recreational intention and experience quality.(3)Accessibility can affect recreational intention and experience quality in a positive way.(4)Place identification can affect recreational intention in a positive way.(5)Experience quality has positive impact on recreational intention and place identification.
文摘Objective: To carry out empirical research on the role of project-achieving quality control circle (QCC) in constructing a new model of contactless medical service for outpatients. Methods: A QCC, consisting of information office members from a grade A tertiary hospital in Wenzhou, was established to conduct a research project with the theme “Constructing a new model of contactless medical service based on outpatients’ experience.” According to the ten steps and PDCA cycle, an analysis was carried out before and after the QCC activities, focusing on improving pre-consultation services, providing steward-like services, and facilitating post-consultation management. Results: After the QCC activities, the mobile appointment rate, missed appointment rate, the proportion of smart check-ins, and the average check-in time were 55.68%, 4.02%, 39.75%, and 8.24 ± 3.66 min, respectively;in contrast, before the activities, they were 32.00%, 7.88%, 0.00%, and 14.96 ± 4.98 min, respectively;the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (χ2 = 3480.112, 4994.496;Fisher’s exact probability = 963788.570;t = 5.323, P < 0.001). Many experts have also visited the hospital to learn about this system, thus rendering social and economic benefits. Conclusion: Project-achieving QCC activities are suitable for complex situations, such as constructing a new model of contactless medical service, and can significantly improve outpatient service quality, enhance patients’ experience, and improve the abilities of circle members.
