Enlightenment of Development of Japanese and Germen Agricultural Management Main Body to China

As shown in the agricultural development experience of various countries in the world,the agricultural operating entity has become an effective means to increase the agricultural production efficiency and establish a scientific management model.Promoting the continuous improvement of the modern agricultural management system is not only an important means for solving the three rural issues in China,but also a key measure to enhance China's agricultural competitiveness.This paper introduced the basic situation of agricultural operating entities in Japan and Germany,summarized their advanced experience,and finally came up with feasible recommendations for enhancing the competitive advantages of agricultural operating entities in China.

Successful Practice and Enlightenment of Korean Festival Activities

The holding of festival activities promotes regional economic development,propagandizes regional traditional culture and builds good regional image.In the context of integration of culture and tourism in China,the holding of festival activities,as one of the effective means for deep integration of culture and tourism,has become a research hotspot.For the problems existing in Chinese festival activities,the origin and status quo of Korean successful cases,cultural excavation,theme building,organization framework,marketing and planning are analyzed in the paper,and the advanced experience in excavating regional culture,improving communication and participation,professional planning,professional talent training and government functions are summarized,in order to provide countermeasures and suggestions for successful festival activities in all parts of China.

The Baseline Evaluation of LASG/IAP Climate System Ocean Model (LICOM) Version 2

The baseline performance of the latest version （version 2） of an intermediate resolution, stand-alone climate oceanic general circulation model, called LASG/IAP （State Key Laboratory of Numerical Modeling for Atmospheric Sciences and Geophysical Fluid Dynamics/Institute of Atmospheric Physics） Climate system Ocean Model （LICOM）, has been evaluated against the observation by using the main metrics from Griffies et al. in 2009. In general, the errors of LICOM2 in the water properties and in the circulation are comparable with the models of Coordinated Ocean-ice Reference Experiments （COREs）. Some common biases are still evident in the present version, such as the cold bias in the eastern Facific cold tongue, the warm biases off the east coast of the basins~ the weak poleward heat transport in the Atlantic, and the relatively large biases in the Arctic Ocean. A unique systematic bias occurs in LICOM2 over the Southern Ocean, compared with CORE models. It seems that this bias may be related to the sea ice process around the Antarctic continent.
