目的形成《经外周静脉穿刺中心静脉置管操作技术专家共识》(以下简称《共识》),规范经外周静脉穿刺中心静脉置管(peripherally inserted central venous catheter,PICC)操作实施方法,减少导管置管过程中及置管后相关并发症,延长PICC使...目的形成《经外周静脉穿刺中心静脉置管操作技术专家共识》(以下简称《共识》),规范经外周静脉穿刺中心静脉置管(peripherally inserted central venous catheter,PICC)操作实施方法,减少导管置管过程中及置管后相关并发症,延长PICC使用寿命。方法查阅国内外PICC操作技术的相关文献并结合静脉治疗专家的工作经验,形成初版《共识》;通过3次专家论证、审核、证据总结,对各条目进行调整、修改,形成终版《共识》。结果《共识》的内容覆盖了PICC置管操作各个环节,包括PICC禁忌症与适应症、基本要求与基本原则、置管前评估、置管操作流程与操作要点、置管中的常见问题的预防与处理、导管尖端定位等方面。结论《共识》具有一定的科学性和较强临床实用性,可为PICC置管操作技术提供教学及临床实践指导,从而提高置管的成功率。展开更多
