The results show that, the modulation instability characteristics here are similar to those of conventional saturable nonlinearity and Kerr nonlinearity. That is to say, when the fourth-order dispersion has the same sign as that of the second-order one, a new gain spectral region called the second one which is far away from the zero point may appear. The existence of the exponential saturable nonlinearity will make the spectral width as well as the peak gain of every spectral region increase with the input powers before decrease. Namely, for every spectral regime, this may lead to a unique value of peak gain and spectral width for two different input powers. In comparison with the case of conventional saturable nonlinearity, however, when the other parameters are the same, the variations of the spectral width and the peak gain with the input powers will be faster in case of exponential saturable nonlinearity.展开更多

为了增加网络吞吐量并改善用户体验,提出一种基于Q学习(Q-learning)的多业务网络选择博弈(Multi-Service Network Selection Game based on Q-learning,QSNG)策略。该策略通过模糊推理和综合属性评估获得多业务网络效用函数,并将其用作Q...为了增加网络吞吐量并改善用户体验,提出一种基于Q学习(Q-learning)的多业务网络选择博弈(Multi-Service Network Selection Game based on Q-learning,QSNG)策略。该策略通过模糊推理和综合属性评估获得多业务网络效用函数,并将其用作Q-learning的奖励。用户通过博弈算法预测网络选择策略收益,避免访问负载较重的网络。同时,使用二进制指数退避算法减少多个用户并发访问某个网络的概率。仿真结果表明,所提策略可以根据用户的QoS需求和价格偏好自适应地切换到最合适的网络,将其与基于强化学习的网络辅助反馈(Reinforcement Learning with Network-Assisted Feedback,RLNF)策略和无线网络选择博弈(Radio Network Selection Games,RSG)策略相比,所提策略可以分别减少总切换数量的80%和60%,使网络吞吐量分别提高了7%和8%,并且可以保证系统的公平性。展开更多

METHODS: One hundred and six patients with sporadic stage Ⅱ colon cancer were enrolled in this stud...AIM: To investigate the prognostic value of chromosome 18q microsatellite alterations (MA) in stage Ⅱ colon cancer. METHODS: One hundred and six patients with sporadic stage Ⅱ colon cancer were enrolled in this study. DNA was extracted from formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded tumor and adjacent normal mucosal tissue samples. MA, including loss of heterozygosity (LOH) and microsatellite instability (MSI), was analyzed by polymerase chain reaction, polyacrylamide gel-electrophoresis and DNA sequencing at 5 microsatellite loci on chromosome 18q (D18S474, D18S55, D18S58, D18S61 and D18S64).RESULTS: Among the 102 patients eligible for MA information, the overall frequencies of LOH, high and low frequency MSI/microsatellite stable were 49.0%, 17.6% and 82.4%, respectively. The high frequency of 18q-LOH was signif icantly associated with the poor 5-year overall survival (OS) (P=0.008) and disease free survival (P=0.006). High levels of MSI were significantly associated with a longer 5-year OS (P=0.045) while the higher frequency of 18q-LOH at the loci of D18S474 and D18S61 was significantly associated with a poorer 5-year OS (P=0.010 and 0.005, respectively). But multivariate analysis showed that only the frequency of 18q-LOH was significantly associated with the prognosis of the disease. CONCLUSION: High frequency of 18q-LOH is an independent prognostic factor indicating poor prognosis of the patients with stage Ⅱ colon cancer.展开更多
