Research on Industrial Relevance Degree and Industrial Financial Situation Risk Matrix Construction——Based on Chinese Information Technology Industry

Based on Input-Output Table in 2010 issued by National Bureau of Statistics of China, with the help of input-output model and with the calculation of indexes of industrial relevance degree in Chinese information technology industry, the paper reveals the industrial relevance in Chinese information technology industry. The paper also selects the relevant industries which are highly associated with the development of Chinese information technology industry based on industrial relevance degree to analyze the influences of these industries on the financial situation risk fluctuation in information technology industry and to design the matrix of financial situation risk in information technology industry. Then, the paper offers countermeasures and suggestions for the development of our information technology industry.

Integration degree of tourism industry based on AHP-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation

By reviewing the traditional measure methods of the integration degree of the tourism industry, we concluded that measure methods of the integration degree of the tourism industry can only be limited to the levels of theoretical analysis due to the defect of the statistical data and the statistical structure. With the help of concept of fusion field and fusion entropy of the tourism industry, a physical model of integration of the tourism industry is established and index system based on AHP is proposed. Using AHP-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, the integration degree of Jiangsu and the country's tourism industry are studied. The influencing factors are analyzed and the corresponding countermeasures are proposed.

Level of Acceptance of Industrialized Construction in Brazil by Assessing the Degree of Satisfaction of User

This paper compares the satisfaction of users of residential buildings produced by two construction processes considered as industrialized:“prefabricated masonry panels”and“reinforced concrete walls molded on site”and compared with“conventional process”(structural masonry of concrete blocks).The premise of the study was to diagnose the level of acceptance of the buildings considered industrialized by the Brazilian population,aiming to assess whether the preference for the systems considered“conventional”and the rejection of the“industrialized”is decreasing in Brazil.This article concerns the results obtained in the second phase of the research,which was carried out after five years of the first phase.So,if the buildings were considered new in the first phase,this second research was carried out after the depreciation due to the action of time.To quantify the“degree of satisfaction”the same checklist of the first survey was applied,in the same neighborhood and the sum attributed to each answer made by residents was applied and,as a result,it was possible to ascertain the oscillations in it and to confirm the satisfactory acceptance of industrialized construction systems and a tendency to reduce rejection by the population in relation to the innovative construction systems.

Analysis of the Coupling and Coordination Degree between the Development of Marine Industry and the Gathering of Marine Talents

The development status of China's marine industry in recent years was qualitatively analyzed,and it is found that the scale of China's marine economy continued to expand,and the industrial structure has been continuously optimized.Then,the coupling and coordination degree between the development of marine industry and the gathering of marine talents were analyzed quantitatively,and it is found that the development of marine industry generally promoted the gathering of marine talents,but the promotion of each industry was weak.The influence of the development of marine industry on the gathering of marine talents should be strengthened.It is proposed that the development of marine industry should be promoted from the aspects of strengthening the planning level of industrial development,improving the efficiency of resource allocation,promoting the innovation and development of marine industry,and strengthening the management of marine talents,so as to enhance the influence of marine industry on the gathering of marine talents and form a benign interaction between talents and industry.

The Empirical Analysis on Cognitive Degree of the Restaurant Industry to ＂Replace the Business Tax with Value-added Tax＂

The restaurant is traditional industry of the third industry in our country. Since May 1 in this year, China＇s Restaurant Industry to implement ＂replace the business tax with value-added tax＂ policy and change to pay VAT. This paper analyzed the possible impact on restaurant industry after the＂ replace the business tax with value-added tax＂ based on the understanding of the tax theory of＂ replace the business tax with value-added tax＂ and the tax compliance in our country. At the same time, this paper used the statistical analysis of data on the investigation of 100 samples of the VAT cognitive degree on ＂replace the business tax with value-added tax＂, using principal component analysis method to analyze and evaluate factors on the awareness of the restaurant owner to ＂replace the business tax with value-added tax＂ tax policy. After multiple comparison made on the sample data, this paper summarized and analyzed the countermeasures of improving the pushing effect in restaurant industry ＂replace the business tax with VAT ＂.

Correlative Analysis of Yanbian’s Primary Forestry Industry and Sub-industries

By selecting three indicators(timber cultivating and planting,timber harvesting,forest products),this paper uses grey relational degree to analyze the correlation between Yanbian’s primary forestry industry and sub-industries. Results show that there is a decline in the relational degree of three indicators concerning Yanbian’s primary forestry industry,but the relational degree of timber harvesting is still high and the relational degree of forest products is slightly increased.

基于工艺美术基础的农业无人机外壳外观设计

农业无人机是近年来农业机械化发展的新兴领域,它既可以提高农业生产效率,又能够减少农药和化肥的使用量,保护生态环境。农业无人机的外观设计,不仅要考虑美观度,还要考虑实用性和安全性。为此,将工艺美术基础相关技术引入到农业无人机外壳外观设计过程中,首先设计了其外观,然后设计了外壳模具结构,最后进行了开模试验。结果表明:实际开模试验的实物没有出现气泡、变形和缺料等缺陷,外观造型富含艺术感,符合设计需求。

农村产业融合、生态环境治理协同与农村居民收入

产业融合发展是农村产业发展与居民增收的重要路径,既有研究已对其增收效应有一定积累。但在乡村振兴与中国式农业现代化背景下,对产业发展、生态宜居与生活富裕三者之间的“基础—目标”关系进行讨论更具有现实意义。论文运用我国30个省份2008—2020年的面板数据,基于协同学原理构建了农村产业融合与生态环境治理复合系统,测算了复合系统的协同度,并通过空间计量模型探讨了协同度与农村居民收入的关系。主要结论为13年间我国农村产业融合与生态环境治理协同水平显著提升,空间集聚模式不断优化,存在协同增收与空间溢出效应。但受发展水平影响,不同地区的增收效应存在异质性特点,东部、中部地区对本地及周边地区增收效应显著,西部地区难以带动周边农村居民收入增加。以此为基础提出了相应的政策建议。

企业环保投资的治理效应——基于杠杆操纵视角

企业为避免监管以及满足融资需求而进行的杠杆操纵行为屡见不鲜。在强调可持续发展理念的时代变局中,为环境绩效付诸的努力能否对企业杠杆操纵起到治理效应亟待讨论。本文以2012~2023年沪深A股上市公司为样本,探究企业环保投资对杠杆操纵行为的影响及其潜在的作用渠道。研究发现,环保投资能够显著降低企业的杠杆操纵程度,并且这一影响受到地区环境规制力度、重污染行业属性以及低市场竞争度的强化。渠道检验结果表明,环保投资能帮助企业获取债权融资、提升ESG表现,进而实现对企业杠杆操纵行为的治理效应。本文从杠杆操纵的视角揭示了环保投资在公司治理中的积极作用,凸显了践行可持续发展理念在提高上市公司会计信息质量中的重要地位,为政府部门监管企业行为提供了来自环保实践层面的启示。

阿克苏地区职业院校专业设置与区域产业结构吻合度研究

近年来,我国许多职业院校结合国家重大战略和经济社会发展需要,持续优化职业教育专业布局结构,提高职业教育专业设置与市场需求的匹配度。文章基于2022年度阿克苏地区所有职业院校招生专业设置情况的调研,结合阿克苏地区产业发展现状,采用偏离度算法模型对职业院校专业设置与产业结构的吻合度进行了分析。实证分析结果显示,职业院校第三产业专业设置过剩,专业结构与产业结构的相对差值为33.20%,吻合度较低;第二产业专业设置不足,专业结构与产业结构的相对差值为-20.25%。对此,文章提出应持续改善办学条件、深化产教融合、做好调查研究、结合区域特色动态调整专业设置,以提高职业院校专业设置与产业结构的吻合度,进而更好地发挥职业教育对地方经济社会发展的促进作用。

数字化转型对企业碳绩效的影响——基于绿色技术创新的中介作用

随着数字技术快速发展,数字化转型逐渐成为企业实现绿色低碳发展的重要推动力。本文基于2013~2022年沪深A股上市制造业企业数据,实证检验数字化转型对企业碳绩效的影响及其作用机制。研究发现:(1)数字化转型能够显著提升企业碳绩效,数字化转型程度每提高1%,企业碳绩效水平将提升0.013%;(2)中介效应检验表明,数字化转型通过促进绿色技术创新改善企业碳绩效;(3)调节效应检验表明,行业竞争正向调节企业数字化与碳绩效的关系;(4)异质性分析表明,重污染、低融资约束和高研发投入企业进行数字化转型对于企业碳绩效的促进作用更显著。这些发现有助于加深对企业数字化转型的理解,并为如何提高制造业企业的碳绩效提供了理论参考和实证经验。

基于钻石模型的定西中药材产业竞争力研究

基于钻石模型理论,运用2011—2021年相关数据,借助区位商、集中系数和比较优势指数,通过GIS测算了定西市主要中药材空间分布、竞争力和产业集聚程度,以期为定西中药材产业发展提供参考依据。结果表明:党参产业主要集中在陇西县,呈中部带动周边的辐射效应明显,陇西县为增长极;当归主要出自岷县;黄芪产业主要位于渭源县,总体呈Z字型分布,形成了渭源-陇西-岷县三位一体的中药材产业群。市场占有率约35%,出口率为1.7%。集中化程度高,综合优势显著。应在加强生态环境保护的基础上优化产品品质和品种多样性,建立健全质量保证体系,延伸产业链确保提质增效,加强合作与政策支持。

西藏产业经济发展耦合协调度分析

通过选取2011-2021年西藏三大产业总值作为指标数据,运用耦合协调度模型对西藏产业经济发展耦合作用进行实证分析。结果表明,2011-2021年西藏产业经济发展指数总体呈上升趋势,第一产业综合指数年均增长4.5%,依然是西藏经济发展中的基础性产业;第二产业综合指数年均增长率为4.1%,其提供的设施保障能力不断加强;第三产业综合指数年均增长高达12.5%,其经济带动效果作用不断提升;西藏三大产业与经济发展的协调度由0.144提高到0.94,总体呈现水平向上的趋势,其协同互动发展机制正不断完善。在未来的发展中,西藏仍需要完善第一产业基础性功能,提升第二产业的自主创新能力,稳定第三产业对经济增长的推动作用,注重产业协调发展,促进西藏经济高质量发展。

数字金融、消费升级与制造业高质量发展耦合协调分析

该文构建数字金融、消费升级与制造业高质量发展三系统评价指标体系,利用我国30个省区市2012—2021年的面板数据开展实证分析。结果表明:2012—2021年,三系统均处于稳步增长状态,数字金融发展程度最高且全国均处于较高水平,消费升级发展速度最慢而东部发展最好,制造业高质量发展程度最低而东部稍好;三系统协调度值稳步增长,但协调水平不高,形成了微弱的协调发展态势;整体来看,三系统全国变异系数较大,但处于可控范围之内;从不同地区来看,东部和西部地区变异系数较高,协调发展不均衡,而东北和中部地区变异系数较低,协调发展相对均衡。应持续推动数字金融创新、居民高层次消费升级和制造业高质量发展,实现三系统更高水平协调发展。

Symbiosis Analysis on Industrial Ecological System

Industrial ecological system is a sustainable mode of modern industry development. Industrial symbiosis, a sub-field of industrial ecology, engages traditionally separate industries in a collective approach, involving exchange of materials, energy, water, and/or by-products, to enhance competitive ability and environmental performance. To construct a symbiosis analysis method, this article employs a number of parameters embodying information about materials, energy and economics as the main essential parameters in system analysis and introduces symbiosis profit and symbiotic consumption elements as the economic indicators. A modeling and simulation program is designed using the agent-based modeling approach to simulate the evolvement of a hypothetical coal-based industrial system and the change of symbiosis conditions in the process of construction is examined. The simulation program built using the Swarm library, which is a freely available multi-agent simulation package, provides a useful demonstration for the symbiosis analysis method.

Mechanism and Countermeasures for Action of Scientific and Technological Innovation on Integration of Industrialization and Urbanization

In the current process of deepening reform in China,industrial structure upgrading,economic structural transformation and new urbanization are important tasks to promote social and economic development,and technological innovation has gradually become the primary driving force for industrial upgrading,economic transformation and the realization of new urbanization.The article analyzed the action mechanism of scientific and technological innovation on the integration of industrialization and urbanization through qualitative and quantitative methods,found out the prominent problems faced by Henan through the empirical analysis of relevant data of Henan Province,and then proposed the integrated development path driven by scientific and technological innovation.

Relational Analysis of Yanbian's Primary Industry of Forestry and Forestry Industry

In this paper,we use grey relational analysis method to systematically analyze the relational degree between Yanbian's forestry industry and three industries of forestry,and conclude that Yanbian's primary industry of forestry shows a downward trend in the development of forestry industry,so it is necessary to transform the traditional primary industry of forestry for the better development.

Relationship between Industrial Coupling Coordination and Carbon Intensity in the Bohai Rim Economic Circle

Coordinated development of new high-tech industries and traditional industries is crucially important for economic growth and environmental sustainability,and it has become a focus of academic and governmental bodies.This study establishes the comprehensive evaluation index system of high-tech industries and traditional industries,and uses the method of principal component analysis,coupling and coupling coordination degree model to determine the level of industry coordinated development.Then,Pearson correlation test is used to further analyze the correlation between regional industrial coupling coordination and carbon intensity of the seven provinces in the Bohai Rim Economic Circle(BREC).The results are as follows.(1)There is a negative correlation between industrial coupling coordination and carbon intensity.(2)The degree of industrial coordination of Beijing,Tianjin,and Shandong is significantly higher than other provinces in the BREC,as both the high-tech industries and traditional industries of these three provinces have reached a high level of development and achieved high coupling.The high-tech industries of the three provinces show positive changes,whereas the traditional industries show negative changes,which indicates that the new high-tech industries are driving the upgrading of the traditional industries by the application of high technologies.(3)From 2011 to 2016,the number of provinces with a low degree of high-tech and traditional industrial coordination fell from three to one.The traditional industries in Hebei and Inner Mongolia have been upgraded by strengthening their technological innovation with the introduction of rapid high-tech industrial development.These findings are a useful reference for regional industrial coupling coordination and carbon emission reduction.

Research on Coordination between Industrial Structure and Employment Structure in Shandong Province

Industrial structure has been continuously optimized and upgraded with the rapid development of economy in Shandong Province since1980. On the basis of summarizing the changes of industrial structure and employment structure in Shandong Province,the coordination between industrial structure and employment structure in Shandong Province was analyzed by using structure deviation degree and coordination coefficient,and some suggestions to promote the coordinated development of industrial structure and employment structure were put forward according to the practical situations of Shandong Province.

中国数字经济与制造业绿色发展耦合协调研究

文章基于数字经济与制造业绿色发展的耦合机理,构建评价指标体系,运用熵权法测度了中国30个省份2013—2021年的数字经济发展水平与制造业绿色发展水平,利用耦合协调度模型探讨数字经济与制造业绿色发展的时空演化特征,利用障碍度模型分析耦合协调进程中的障碍因子,并实证分析了两者耦合协调的影响因素。研究发现:中国数字经济与制造业绿色发展存在较强的耦合互动关系,耦合协调度呈上升趋势,但整体水平不高且局部不均衡;数字经济与制造业绿色发展受到经济发展水平、政府参与程度、城镇化发展的正向影响。
