In this paper, we conduct research on the developmental venation of the calligraphy seal cutting art form from the perspectives of Chinese traditional culture and art form. Research on Developing Traditional Chinese Martial Arts Culture and Effectively Penetrating Moral Education

The Income Security System in Japanese Traditional Performing Arts： A Strategy for Utilizing the Nation＇s Traditional Arts Resources

The objective of this paper is to examine an effective strategy for maintaining and utilizing the traditional arts resources of Japan. The authors explore two pillars of the strategy. One is to improve the quality of Japanese traditional performing arts by securing incomes for artists. The other is to utilize the traditional arts as a medium to expand Japanese cultural influence in foreign countries and to improve Japan＇s branding as a nation. First, the authors focus on the income security system practiced in traditional Japanese music and describe the discrepancy between short- and long-run optimality. The authors prove that the reputation of this art form affects its popularity and that it is optimal for the Iemoto （the head of the music school） to restrict the number of pupils in onstage performances in order to maintain stage quality. Second, the authors provide evidence that effective methods for a country to expand its cultural influence across the world differ among nations. The authors conduct willingness-to-pay （WTP） experiments and find that while German audiences largely prefer traditional Japanese music, those in the USA are slightly partial to its mixed fusion form. Therefore, the effective ways to expand Japanese cultural influence in foreign countries differ from one country to another.

Reverberating Chinese Traditional Folk Art in a Contemporary Context

Envisioned as a practice-based research, this paper explored Chinese traditional folk arts and crafts with a focus on traditional decorative patterns, vivid colors, and symbolic motifs that enliven Foshan style paper-cuttings, New Year wood block prints, paper kites, festival lanterns, and Shiwan pottery figures from the areas of Foshan and Shiwan, near Guangzhou, China. The goal of this research was to create a series of original paintings by investigating Chinese traditional folk arts and handcrafts and integrating them physically or ichnographically on Ho＇s new body of paintings. Chinese traditional motifs including Chinese characters and Buddhist iconographies had already been important motifs in the contemporary Western paintings of Kong Ho for the past 10 years. This paper examined not only the artistic, cultural, and historical values but also the impacts of Chinese traditional folk arts and era~ on Ho＇s painting through a personal research travel and studies of a certain amount of Chinese paper-cuttings, folk prints, pottery, and handcrafts found in the famous Foshan Folk Art Studio and Foshan City Shiwan Ceramics Factory in Foshan, China. Furthermore, this paper investigated the symbolic meanings founded in Ho＇s spiritual paintings with strong Chinese heritage and how he reinterpreted those artifacts in a contemporary context.

The Igbo artists of all generations, from the pre-colonial to the post-colonial period, and from her traditional to contemporary art practices, have demonstrated the ability to express the material, as well as spiritual world of the lgbo cultural society. This paper presents an insight into the Igbo cultural society with reference to her indigenous and contemporary art practices. It identifies the trajectories of her art and cultural developments toward contemporary and global acceptance, and in addition attempts to identify her visual creative frontiers.

湖南省非物质文化遗产传统美术类保护研究二十年:回顾与展望

旨在梳理湖南省非物质文化遗产传统美术保护近20年的相关研究并展望其未来研究内容及发展方向。通过中国知网(CNKI)检索,使用VOSviewer、CiteSpace软件,从发文量、关键词和研究内容等几个方面梳理和总结了近20年来的湖南省非遗传统美术类保护研究的论文,并根据研究文献数量占比较大的原因着重分析了非遗湘绣、滩头年画和花瑶挑花3个项目的研究现状;同时从非遗传统美术类项目保护角度进行了文献分析,进而认为未来可以从实践出发来探索湖南非遗传统美术类项目的“技艺”,从需要出发去探索标准化生产的可能性和可实施性以及品牌建设,从发展出发进行城市设计师服务乡村非遗传统美术的可行性3个方面进一步展开探索。

剪纸艺术作为重要的非物质文化遗产,是我国民间传统手工艺术形式之一,是中华优秀传统文化的重要组成部分,也是铸牢中华民族共同体意识的重要资源。将剪纸艺术引入教育教学不仅可以保护和传承非物质文化遗产,而且可以加强民间文化艺术教育、提升青少年学生人文素养,更有助于传承和弘扬中华优秀传统文化、讲好中华民族共同体故事,铸牢中华民族共同体意识。把铸牢中华民族共同体意识融入剪纸课文化育人全过程,不仅可以充实学校课程内容,而且可以充分展现剪纸艺术的魅力,拓展青少年学生感受中华优秀传统文化的途径,让其了解和体验中华文化的魅力,提高他们的审美能力和文化素养,促进各民族在理想、信念、情感、文化上的团结统一,让青少年学生在剪纸艺术的学习创作过程中铸牢中华民族共同体意识。

中国式现代化艺术管理的历史逻辑、理论逻辑和实践逻辑

在中国艺术管理高等教育与时俱进的实践中,初创期的“拿来主义”“经验主义”和“工具主义”知识生产模式已经远远不能满足事业发展的需求。因此,必须立足“中国实践”,总结“中国经验”,以建构中国式现代化艺术管理特有的话语体系。首先,要从历史的角度,梳理民族文化发展中源远流长的文治传统,并对百年来中国现代化发展过程中积累的独特的文化治理经验进行挖掘、凝练。其次,还要依托“人民至上”的“文化代理”原则与方法,总结文化事业和文化产业繁荣发展的经验,提炼基于国家文化治理目标的中国式现代化艺术管理的知识谱系。最后,更要结合当下的重大实践命题,探索中国式现代化艺术管理的实践逻辑,以期通过文化政策和艺术管理的升级迭代助力进行艺术的“中国之治”。

建筑漫游课程再设计尝试构建面向西部传统村落文化传承的建筑漫游艺术,通过选取西部传统村落场景课题进行传统村落数字漫游艺术产品创新设计,在课程中有针对性地引入文化分析、叙事逻辑设定、交互设计思维,并结合元宇宙概念对技术路线进行拓展创新,以期取得良好的文化空间表达和沉浸式体验效果,完成青年群体的参与式民族文化认同建构。通过特定场景下的课程设计,有望提升建筑漫游课程实践的社会文化传播效应,同时有助于培养学生解决复杂问题的能力。
