Methods: A tot...Objective: To explore the effects of respiratory rehabilitation training combined with Corbrin Capsule on the inflammatory response and pulmonary fibrosis in patients with silicosis complicated by COPD. Methods: A total of 80 patients with silicosis complicated by COPD who were treated in our hospital between January 2013 and December 2016 were selected as the research subjects and randomly divided into control group (n=40) and observation group (n=40). Control group were treated with Corbrin Capsule on the basis of routine treatment, and observation group were treated with respiratory rehabilitation training combined with Corbrin Capsule on the basis of routine treatment. The differences in serum levels of inflammatory factors and pulmonary fibrosis indexes were compared between the two groups before intervention, after 6 months of intervention and after 1 year of intervention. Results: Before intervention, there was no statistically significant difference in serum levels of inflammatory factors and pulmonary fibrosis indexes between the two groups. After 6 months of intervention and after 1 year of intervention, serum inflammatory factors IL-6, IL-8, IL-12, IL-17, IL-18 and MCP-1 levels of observation group were lower than those of control group;serum pulmonary fibrosis indexes PCⅢ, LN, HA, ICAM-1 and HO-1 contents were lower than those of control group. Conclusion: Respiratory rehabilitation training combined with Corbrin Capsule therapy can effectively reduce the systemic inflammatory response and inhibit the pulmonary fibrosis process in patients with silicosis complicated by COPD.展开更多

Methods: A total of 120 patients with stable COPD who were treated in the hospital between May 2014 and December 2016 were collected and divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method, 60 cases in each group. The control group received routine western medicine treatment, and the observation group received Corbrin Capsule combined with routine western medicine treatment. Methods: C57BL/6 mice were selected as experimental animals, and the mouse model with transplanted tumor was established after non-small cell lung cancer cell line H358 was cultured;the mice with transplanted tumor were divided into the intervention group who received Corbrin Capsule therapy and the model group who received no drug therapy. 30 d after treatment, the expression of proliferation activity indexes, proliferation genes and invasion genes in transplanted tumor tissue were determined. Results: 30 d after treatment, the mRNA expression and protein expression of PCNA and Ki-67 in transplanted tumor lesion of intervention group were significantly lower than those of model group, and Notch-1, Bmi-1, MIF, Rap2a, NGAL and SIRT1 mRNA expression in transplanted tumor lesion were significantly lower than those of model group while PAQR3, LATS1, E-cadherin, ZO-1 and TES mRNA expression were significantly higher than those of model group. Conclusion: Cordycepin can inhibit the proliferation and invasive growth of non-small cell lung cancer cell line H358 in transplanted tumor tissue.展开更多

文摘目的:系统评价百令胶囊治疗呼吸系统疾病的有效性,为临床提供循证参考。方法:计算机检索中国期刊全文数据库、中国学位论文全文数据库、万方数据库、中文科技期刊数据库、Cochrane图书馆、Medline(Ebsco)和Pub Med,收集百令胶囊联合常规治疗方案(试验组)对比单纯常规方案(对照组)治疗呼吸系统疾病的随机对照试验(RCT),提取资料并按照修改后的Jadad评分量表和Cochrane偏倚风险评估量表评价纳入研究质量,采用Rev Man 5.2统计软件进行Meta分析。结果:共纳入17项RCT,合计1 801例患者。Meta分析结果显示,试验组患者有效率[RD=0.15,95%CI(0.10,0.19),P<0.001]、第1秒用力呼气量容积(FEV1)水平[MD=0.21,95%CI(0.14,0.28),P<0.001]。用力吸气肺活量(FVC)水平[MD=0.26,95%CI(0.05,0.47),P=0.01]、FEV1/FVC水平[MD=5.60,95%CI(3.42,7.78),P<0.001]显著高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义。结论:百令胶囊治疗呼吸系统疾病疗效较好,可以显著改善患者肺部相关指标。
