To introduce the experience of professor JIA Chun-sheng in rapid analgesia and motor function rehabilitation by subcutaneous penetration needling of auricular acupuncture.Subcutaneous penetration needling of auricular acupuncture plays a role in rapid analgesia and motor function rehabilitation in treatment of pain in limbs and trunk and/or limb dysfunction caused by migraine,cervical spondylosis,acute lumbar sprain,soft tissue injury,scapulohumeral periarthritis,lumbar disc herniation,sciatica,stroke or cerebral trauma,and it is worthy of being widely promoted and applied clinically.

Essence of GAO Yu-chun's experience in treatment of stroke

Professor GAO Yu-chun＇s experience in treatment of stroke was systematically summarized in this study.Regulating governor vessel and unblocking brain was used to balance yin and yang and regulate vital activity,and nourishing water to moisten wood was used to restore essence,which were adopted as guiding principles.Qi and blood was observed carefully,acupoint property was known well,and time,acupoints and fomula were selected based on pattern differentiation.Opposing needling and contralateral collateral needling were combined,and needling was used to control the spirit and regulate qi,so as to flatly regulate qi-blood and yin-yang.At the same time,spleen and stomach functions were reinforced and protected.It was emphasized to regulate the mind and body simultaneously for stroke patients,which indicated professor GAO＇s academic ideas and clinical experience of careful observation of qi and blood,flat regulation of yin and yang,and treating disease according to its origin.

Chief physician Zhang Tang-fa＇s experience of acupuncture for gouty arthritis

Skillful in the treatment of gouty arthritis （GA） by integrated therapies of Chinese and Western medicine, chief physician Zhang Tang-fa proposes to ＇deal with the exterior with the needles, and attack the interior with the drugs, by integrated application of acupuncture and herbal medicine＇, in combination with comprehensive intervention of dietetic therapy and health education. In the treatment of GA, he adopts the syndrome differentiation based upon the pathogenic factors, in combination of syndrome differentiation based upon the six meridians, to reinforce and benefit the spleen and kidney, clear away heat and remove dampness as the therapeutic principle. By acupuncture mainly at the acupoints of the Spleen and Liver Meridians, he also proposes to select the acupoints by the theory of Na Zi Fa （earthly branch method） ofZi Wu Liu Zhu （midnight-noon ebb-flow）, and to puncture the surrounding area of the involved joints shallowly by multiple needles as the major needling method, simultaneously with the reinforcing and reducing manipulations based upon the respiration. In the treatment, acupuncture and acupoint-injection are often used. In diet, low purine diet is often suggested. In health education, the patients are often instructed to understand the disease correctly, eliminate fears and cooperate with doctor＇s treatment positively.

基于数据挖掘技术探析姚守恩治疗荨麻疹的用药规律

目的:利用数据挖掘技术分析探讨姚守恩治疗荨麻疹的用药规律。方法:基于中医传承计算平台V 3.0软件,收集姚守恩治疗荨麻疹的病历,将数据录入软件,对录入的处方进行四气五味统计、药物频次统计及关联规则分析等数据挖掘,并分析用药规律。结果:共纳入处方3418首,涉及中药282味,使用频次较高的药物有防风、浮萍、茯苓、甘草、炒白术等,药性以温、寒、平为主,药味以甘、辛、苦为主,归经以肺经、脾经、肝经、心经、肾经为主;常用药对有“防风-浮萍”“防风-茯苓”“浮萍-茯苓”“防风、浮萍-茯苓”等;聚类分析得出新方3首,功效以疏风散寒、清热解表、凉血、益气健脾为主。结论:姚守恩认为风邪是荨麻疹发病的关键,外邪犯肺、饮食损脾均可致气血亏虚,久之阴血损耗,则生风生燥,又复感风邪,治疗以疏风散寒、清热补肺、健脾益气为法,兼以润燥祛风。

Professor Wei-hua ZHANG’s clinical experience in treatment of primary dysmenorrhea with warming-unblocking needling method

The professor Wei-hua ZHANG’s experiences in treatment of primary dysmenorrhea with"warmingunblocking needling method"was introduced in this paper.Prof.Zhang believes that obstruction is the crucial in pathogenesis of primary dysmenorrhea no matter of the excess or the deficiency syndrome.Warming and unblocking principle is the essential in treatment.Hence,an unique therapeutic method is innovated,named warming-unblocking needling method,including three-layer and two-direction warming needling technique at Sanyinjiao(三阴交SP6),two-layer rotating warming-unblocking technique at Zhongji(中极CV3)and one-layer and two-direction warming needling technique at Ciliao(次髎BL32).In this set of needling procedure,acupoint is viewed as a three-dimensional hierarchical structure.A layered and multidirectional needling technique is adopted at main acupoints to enhance the sensations of diqi and to generate heat effect in the local.Additionally,moxibustion is combined to intensify warming and unblocking effect.Simultaneously,the supplementary acupoints are used in response to symptoms.All of the acupoints coordinately warm up the uterus,promote meridian circulation and stop pain.Hence,this therapeutic method achieves relatively excellent effect and deserves to be promoted in practice.

Professor Yu Hai-bo's clinical experience in treating acute attack of hemorrhoids with acupuncture-moxibustion

Hemorrhoid refers to soft vein mass formed by varicosity of submucosal veins around the end of the rectum and subcutanceous veins of the anal canal. It is the most common anorectal disease. This article summarized the regular patterns, features and advantages of Professor Yu Hai-Bo＇s acupuncture-moxibustion therapy for hemorrhoids, in order to guide the acupuncture treatment for hemorrhoids.

Professor Sun Lijuan has been engaged in acupuncture clinics for over 40 years and has created many specific acupuncture methods based upon her academic thoughts in respecting but not limited to ancient methods and by creating but not indulgent in new techniques, and by learning widely from other＇s strong points, she has achieved remarkable therapeutic effects in the treatment of difficult and intractable diseases not ideally treated by Chinese and western medications. The authors are very lucky to study with Prof. Sun in clinical workshop and to listen to her teachings. Now, Prof. Sun＇s clinical experience in acupuncture is briefly explained as follows.

宣桂琪教授治疗小儿多发性抽动症经验浅谈

[目的]探析宣桂琪教授治疗小儿多发性抽动症的临床经验。[方法]通过跟随宣教授临诊,从病因病机、治则方药等方面总结宣桂琪教授治疗小儿多发性抽动症的经验与思想,并附验案举隅。[结果]宣桂琪教授认为小儿抽动症病因虽与外感六淫、情志因素、饮食因素及先天禀赋不足有关系,但主要与外感风邪有关。病位在五脏,主要在肝。治疗主要以疏风宣肺、平肝祛风为治则,佐以化痰、消食、活血通络,临床取得显著疗效。[结论]宣桂琪教授以外风立论治疗小儿多发性抽动症疗效显著,其经验及用药值得临床推广应用。

基于病案的国医大师何任胃痛证治经验探析

[目的]基于病案探析国医大师何任先生治疗胃痛的经验。[方法]通过整理何老本人的著述、何老门人弟子辑录的何老验案医论以及公开发表的期刊杂志,共收集何老论治胃痛案38案,将此38案分别编号后进行分析,总结何老论治胃痛的经验。[结果]胃痛38案中,肝气犯胃20案,何老用自拟脘腹蠲痛汤为主进行治疗。肝胃阴虚9案,用一贯煎为主方进行加减;肝旺脾虚2案,治以四逆散加四君子汤;寒邪客胃轻证1案,用良附丸,重证2案,用乌头赤石脂丸;脾胃虚弱1案,用黄芪建中汤;胃痛兼见肺热、遗精各1案,分别治以千金苇茎汤和金锁固精丸;阴虚胃痛1案,治以清润和降之膏方。[结论]何老辨治胃痛重视脾胃分治,其证治心法以八字为纲,尤重虚实和重视肝胃关系。

赵树华治疗胃脘痛用药规律研究

目的分析赵树华教授治疗胃脘痛处方用药特点和配伍规律,为临床治疗提供参考。方法收集赵树华教授2017年12月~2019年5月于吉林大学中日联谊医院中医科门诊诊治的胃脘痛患者,采用中国中医科学院中药研究所中医传承辅助平台(V2.5)对纳入处方进行药物频数、配伍规律、核心药物组合等分析。结果纳入处方308首,涉及药物207味。频次≥60次的药物15味;药性以温性、寒性、平性为主,药味以苦味、辛味、甘味为主,药物归经以脾、胃、肺、肝四经为主;高频药对16对;挖掘得到关联规则13条,提取新处方16首。结论赵树华教授治疗胃脘痛善于应用补益中焦、化湿和胃、调畅气机等方法,特点鲜明,紧扣经典,符合流行病学特点,值得学习、研究。

邓铁涛临床诊疗特色

收集整理邓铁涛教授临床186例验案,从重视望诊、善观鼻唇,审证求因、体察细微,治病求本、标本兼顾,善用外治法等四个方面总结邓铁涛教授的临床诊疗特色。

俞景茂膏方调治小儿疾病经验

[目的]探讨俞景茂教授运用膏方调治小儿疾病的临证经验。[方法]通过跟师临诊,总结俞师运用膏方治疗小儿顽疾的学术经验,并附验案举隅。[结果]俞师认为,膏方剂型适合小儿服用,强调膏方治疗小儿疾病须辨病、辨证结合,因时、因人制宜。临证时注重调补固本,以平为贵;补中寓攻,以和为要;顾护脾胃,以喜为补。所附小儿哮喘医案1则,俞景茂教授巧用膏方调治2月,哮喘发作次数减少,发作时症状减轻。[结论]俞景茂教授根据小儿生理病理特点,运用膏方个体化辨治小儿诸疾,扶正祛邪,调和阴阳,经验丰赡,值得推广应用。

何嘉琳治疗癥瘕合并不孕经验

[目的]整理总结何嘉琳教授治疗癥瘕合并不孕的经验。[方法]通过多年临床跟师抄方学习,总结老师学术思想及其行之有效的宝贵诊疗经验。从病因病机、治疗大法、用药特色等方面对何嘉琳治疗癥瘕不孕的特色经验进行论述。例举老师临床验案二则并分析讨论。[结果]本病涵盖范围广泛,临床表现以湿热、痰湿、血瘀为多见,"瘀"始终贯彻其中。扶正化瘀消癥,理气活血,化痰散结,调经助孕为治疗大法。消癥期扶正化瘀消癥为主;助孕期根据各自的不同病理表现情况,结合患者体质进行个体化辨证治疗,化瘀消癥配合补肾助孕。何嘉琳老师衷中参西,用药考虑全面,注重精选应用具有多重功效的药物。验之于案,其效如神,令中西医同道叹服。[结论]何老师诊治癥瘕合并不孕经验丰富,成效卓著,可供妇科临床工作参考借鉴。

易修珍多途径给药综合治疗盆腔炎120例分析

易修珍主任治疗盆腔炎急性期以祛邪为主 ,清热利湿解毒、化瘀缓急止痛 ;慢性期则扶正祛邪 ,祛瘀通络止痛、清热除湿止带。自创中药内服、外敷、保留灌肠、静脉点滴、外阴熏洗坐浴多途径给药治疗 12 0例 ,治愈 63例 ( 5 2 5 % ) ,显效 31例 ( 2 5 83% ) ,有效 2 6例( 2 1 67% ) ,总有效率为 10 0 %。

不寐病因繁杂,王庆国教授精研仲景学术,善于以营卫失调、阳不入阴为本,调枢机治疗不寐。因枢机与肝的功能密切相关,针对肝失疏泄、气机逆乱所致“郁”者,或兼见肝不藏血、神失所养所致“虚”者,重视“和”法的运用,和阴阳,和营卫,以和心神,治郁为主,兼顾治虚,临证选用柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤加减治疗不寐,效果显著。

田金洲教授治疗早期痴呆用药规律探讨

目的:总结田金洲教授治疗早期痴呆的用药规律,阐发田金洲教授治疗早期痴呆的诊疗思路和经验。方法:运用中医传承辅助平台,基于医案数据分析系统,收集国家级名老中医田金洲教授治疗早期痴呆的初诊病案,筛选处方,对处方进行用药规律分析。结果:筛选出治疗早期痴呆的处方107首,确定处方中药物的四气五味、归经、频次、常用的组合及药对,并演化得到新处方11首。结论:田金洲教授治疗早期痴呆主要以补肾养肝、健脾化痰、平肝清火、养血安神等药物为主,为中医药临床治疗早期痴呆提供了依据。
