Objective:To explore the medication rules of Professor Zhang Yuzhen in treating the bleeding period of metrorrhagia and metrostaxisthe,and to explore the treatment of the disease.Methods:Collected 520 prescriptions of Professor Zhang Yuzhen in the treatment of patients with the bleeding period of metrorrhagia and metrostaxis,and analyzed the regularity of medication by using"TCM inheritance assist platform(V2.5)".Results:According to the analysis,the top 30 most frequently used herbs for treating the bleeding period of metrorrhagia and metrostaxisthe were Codonopsis pilosula,Trogopterus dung,Cattail pollen,Motherwort,Cornus,Ophiopogon japonicas,Schisandra,Tortoiseshell,Panax notoginseng,Radix Paeoniae Alba,etc.Core combination 35 In the group,the core prescription has 1 hemostasis,followed by 2 hemostasis,and evolves to get 3 new prescriptions.Conclusion:Professor Zhang Yuzhen's medication for the treatment of metrorrhagia and metrostaxisthe is mostly Gan Wen's product.The treatment is based on the three organs of the liver,spleen,and kidney,and the disease is treated with"tonifying the kidney and benefiting qi,reducing blood stasis and stopping bleeding".

Research Progress on Refractory Hypertension in Traditional Chinese Medicine

At present,the mortality rate and disability rate caused by cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases are very high in China.Individuals with refractory hypertension are at a greater risk of developing chronic kidney disease,heart failure,stroke and myocardial infarction.Therefore,how to effectively control blood pressure and identify the cause of refractory hypertension is a problem that medical workers need to solve,and it is also the key to prevent cardiovascular disease.In recent years,the government actively supports the development of traditional Chinese medicine.Since the curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine is recognized by the public,the prospect of traditional Chinese medicine in the prevention and treatment of refractory hypertension is considerable,and it is expected to become the main key research direction in the future.

To introduce the experience of professor JIA Chun-sheng in rapid analgesia and motor function rehabilitation by subcutaneous penetration needling of auricular acupuncture.Subcutaneous penetration needling of auricular acupuncture plays a role in rapid analgesia and motor function rehabilitation in treatment of pain in limbs and trunk and/or limb dysfunction caused by migraine,cervical spondylosis,acute lumbar sprain,soft tissue injury,scapulohumeral periarthritis,lumbar disc herniation,sciatica,stroke or cerebral trauma,and it is worthy of being widely promoted and applied clinically.

刘大新论治嗅觉障碍临床经验

嗅觉障碍又称失嗅,为耳鼻喉科常见疾病,属中医学“鼻聋”“鼻齆”“鼻不闻香臭”范畴,严重影响患者的生活质量和心理健康。又因西医治疗嗅觉障碍仍缺乏有效疗法,故中医药治疗具有较高优势。刘大新教授在临床中发现,嗅觉障碍虽表现在鼻部,但与肺、心、肝脾密切相关。不闻香臭当从肺、心、肝脾论治,临床上可取得良好疗效。

Essence of GAO Yu-chun's experience in treatment of stroke

Professor GAO Yu-chun＇s experience in treatment of stroke was systematically summarized in this study.Regulating governor vessel and unblocking brain was used to balance yin and yang and regulate vital activity,and nourishing water to moisten wood was used to restore essence,which were adopted as guiding principles.Qi and blood was observed carefully,acupoint property was known well,and time,acupoints and fomula were selected based on pattern differentiation.Opposing needling and contralateral collateral needling were combined,and needling was used to control the spirit and regulate qi,so as to flatly regulate qi-blood and yin-yang.At the same time,spleen and stomach functions were reinforced and protected.It was emphasized to regulate the mind and body simultaneously for stroke patients,which indicated professor GAO＇s academic ideas and clinical experience of careful observation of qi and blood,flat regulation of yin and yang,and treating disease according to its origin.

近代名老中医治疗胃癌的临床经验探析

目的:通过整理分析名老中医处方中的用药规律,学习治疗胃癌的临床经验。方法:从国家中医药管理局公布的七批全国老中医药专家学术经验继承工作指导老师中确定相关名老中医,整理归纳治疗胃癌的相关其医案处方后统计用药频次等数据,从胃癌的病因病机、辨证分型和用药规律等方面分析总结。结果:收集57位名老中医治疗胃癌的医案处方共得到方剂191首,其中使用频次≥60次的中药有11种,常用抗胃癌单药有4种,常用对药有5种。结论:中医药作为胃癌常规治疗的辅助手段具有良好的疗效。

Chief physician Zhang Tang-fa＇s experience of acupuncture for gouty arthritis

Skillful in the treatment of gouty arthritis （GA） by integrated therapies of Chinese and Western medicine, chief physician Zhang Tang-fa proposes to ＇deal with the exterior with the needles, and attack the interior with the drugs, by integrated application of acupuncture and herbal medicine＇, in combination with comprehensive intervention of dietetic therapy and health education. In the treatment of GA, he adopts the syndrome differentiation based upon the pathogenic factors, in combination of syndrome differentiation based upon the six meridians, to reinforce and benefit the spleen and kidney, clear away heat and remove dampness as the therapeutic principle. By acupuncture mainly at the acupoints of the Spleen and Liver Meridians, he also proposes to select the acupoints by the theory of Na Zi Fa （earthly branch method） ofZi Wu Liu Zhu （midnight-noon ebb-flow）, and to puncture the surrounding area of the involved joints shallowly by multiple needles as the major needling method, simultaneously with the reinforcing and reducing manipulations based upon the respiration. In the treatment, acupuncture and acupoint-injection are often used. In diet, low purine diet is often suggested. In health education, the patients are often instructed to understand the disease correctly, eliminate fears and cooperate with doctor＇s treatment positively.

Professor Wei-hua ZHANG’s clinical experience in treatment of primary dysmenorrhea with warming-unblocking needling method

The professor Wei-hua ZHANG’s experiences in treatment of primary dysmenorrhea with"warmingunblocking needling method"was introduced in this paper.Prof.Zhang believes that obstruction is the crucial in pathogenesis of primary dysmenorrhea no matter of the excess or the deficiency syndrome.Warming and unblocking principle is the essential in treatment.Hence,an unique therapeutic method is innovated,named warming-unblocking needling method,including three-layer and two-direction warming needling technique at Sanyinjiao(三阴交SP6),two-layer rotating warming-unblocking technique at Zhongji(中极CV3)and one-layer and two-direction warming needling technique at Ciliao(次髎BL32).In this set of needling procedure,acupoint is viewed as a three-dimensional hierarchical structure.A layered and multidirectional needling technique is adopted at main acupoints to enhance the sensations of diqi and to generate heat effect in the local.Additionally,moxibustion is combined to intensify warming and unblocking effect.Simultaneously,the supplementary acupoints are used in response to symptoms.All of the acupoints coordinately warm up the uterus,promote meridian circulation and stop pain.Hence,this therapeutic method achieves relatively excellent effect and deserves to be promoted in practice.

Hemorrhoid refers to soft vein mass formed by varicosity of submucosal veins around the end of the rectum and subcutanceous veins of the anal canal. It is the most common anorectal disease. This article summarized the regular patterns, features and advantages of Professor Yu Hai-Bo＇s acupuncture-moxibustion therapy for hemorrhoids, in order to guide the acupuncture treatment for hemorrhoids.

Professor Sun Lijuan has been engaged in acupuncture clinics for over 40 years and has created many specific acupuncture methods based upon her academic thoughts in respecting but not limited to ancient methods and by creating but not indulgent in new techniques, and by learning widely from other＇s strong points, she has achieved remarkable therapeutic effects in the treatment of difficult and intractable diseases not ideally treated by Chinese and western medications. 慢性心力衰竭是一种常见而难治性的心血管疾病,是各种疾病累及心脏,导致心功能衰竭的慢性病,病程长,病势缠绵,死亡率较高。作者总结了8位近代、当代名老中医论治心衰的经验,从病因病机、治则、方药等方面阐述了各医家的治疗特色,发现诸医家对心衰病因病机认识不尽相同,临床体会各有千秋,虽都以益气温阳、活血利水为治疗大法,但具体应用着眼点各有侧重,遣方用药又各具特色。这些经验对心衰的中医药研究、治疗及提高临床疗效有很好的借鉴作用。

范炳华教授从“颈”论治慢性咽炎的经验探析

[目的]探究范炳华教授从"颈"论治慢性咽炎的临床经验。[方法]从颈椎退变对咽部组织造成影响的角度,分析并整理范炳华教授从颈论治慢性咽喉炎的理论与方法。[结果]范炳华教授认为"症因相关",因此根据患者的颈椎退变程度对咽部的影响,提出了"颈源性咽炎"的观念,并且以"五区五线十三穴"推拿手法、颈椎定位扳法、颈椎拔伸法等方法调整由颈椎病变所引起的颈椎错缝、移位,达到治疗慢性咽炎的目的。[结论]范炳华教授从"颈"论治慢性咽炎的理论有较大创新,开拓了治疗慢性咽炎的新思路,对提高治疗效果具有现实意义,值得学习和推广。

王垂杰关于慢性腹泻的中医诊治策略

慢性腹泻为消化内科临床常见病,属于中医"泄泻"的范畴。王垂杰教授认为脾虚湿盛为其病机关键,"无虚无湿不成泻",提出先分清虚实明寒热、再辨虚损责脏腑、见症识证定治法与三因制宜来辨治的诊疗策略。

罗翌治疗眩晕的临床经验总结

总结罗翌教授对眩晕辨证论治和灵活遣方的经验。结合岭南地区多"湿"的气候特点,认为湿邪易困脾,脾虚又易生湿聚痰,而痰凝则气滞,气滞血瘀;故本病的发生,以痰、瘀、虚三者为主因,而三者之中,又以虚为主,并多属本虚标实之证。故临床多以半夏白术天麻汤或温胆汤为基础进行加减,并根据兼夹的证型来决定具体应用。同时提出腹针与中药有机结合,可以受到事半功倍的效果。
