Group training on the improvement of college students'career decision-making self-efficacy

A group training was conducted on 17 college students to improve their career decision-making self-efficacy (CDMSE). The result showed that there was significant difference between the pre-test and the post-test for the experimental group (n = 17), whereas no significant difference was found between the pre-test and the post- test for the control group (n = 17). In the pre-test, there was no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group, and obvious difference between the two groups was found in the post-test. This indicated that the group training was effective on improving the CDMSE of the college students whose scores of CDMSE were below 27% point of the total students.

Problems and Countermeasures in the Cultivation of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Ability among College Students in China

This article analyzes the current situation of cultivating innovation and entrepreneurship ability among college students in China.It found that the main reasons for the lack of innovation and entrepreneurship ability are from three aspects:inadequate awareness of innovation and entrepreneurship among college students;inadequate innovation and entrepreneurship ability among the team of teachers;colleges and universities lack systematic innovation and entrepreneurship courses.The discussion will be based on these three aspects from three perspectives,which include providing more practical opportunities and a good environment,building innovation and entrepreneurship tutor teams,as well as strengthening the construction of innovation and entrepreneurship courses,in order to assist in the cultivation of innovation and entrepreneurship ability among college students in China.

The Building of Evaluation System of Students＇ Research Training

Inquiring Into the Current Dilemma on the Employment for College Graduates

The difficulty in employment has become a serious social problem, which caused widespread concern of the government and society, it is because the system of the current economy cannot mix together organically with the cultivating form of talented person in the popular higher education. The employment post cannot satisfy the need of the talented person＇s production. The employing situation is getting worse gradually. How to find the realistic reasons and seek out a feasible way, and how to get rid of the current employment difficulties will become one of our major tasks. Through the investigation and analysis, we find out the mismatch on one-sided enrollment expansion of higher education with the economic system and the model of talent training. The prominent contradictions of the professional settings in universities with the marketing demands is the main reason of difficult employment. So, we think, in order to adjust the policies of enrollment and employment, perfecting market system, expanding employment channels, and improving the students＇ quality are the fundamental ways to solve the problem of employment. 面向《教师数字素养》标准的师范生数字素养框架与培养路径

不同高度跳深训练对提升体育专业男生下肢快速力量的影响

为探究跳深替代杠铃、发展下肢快速力量的简捷训练方法,运用实验法对60名浙江师范大学体育与健康科学学院(2021级)男大学生进行了为期8周的跳深训练实验,比较分析各实验组的力峰值、峰值功率、30 m跑成绩及立定跳远成绩,探究哪种高度与地面组合的跳深训练最为适宜.结果表明:1)实验后,各实验组的下肢快速力量水平都有所提高;2)实验后,相同高度的人工草地跳深训练效果要优于塑胶地面;3)实验后,60 cm高度与人工草地组合的训练效果最好.结论:1)60 cm高度是体育专业男大学生进行跳深训练的适宜高度;2)在人工草地上进行跳深训练比较适宜;3)采用60 cm高度与人工草地组合的跳深训练对发展体育专业男大学生下肢快速力量是一种简捷有效的训练方法.

基于能力培养导向临床实习轮转模式的应用意义

目的结合国家执业医师考试及全国大学生医学技术技能大赛的考试要求,探讨基于能力导向临床实习轮转模式改革的应用效果。方法选取实习的2017级临床医学“5+3”一体化儿科及临床专业实习生各90名,随机分为试验组和对照组,每组90人。试验组采用调整后实习轮转计划,对照组采用传统实习轮转计划,应用综合考评得分、个人综合能力、自我超越、职业抱负、教学满意度评分量表进行统计比较。结果试验组综合考评、个人综合能力、岗位胜任能力、自我超越、职业抱负、教学满意度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论实习模式改革有助于提高医学生的整体素质,改善医学生的学习环境,激发医学生的临床学习兴趣和主动性,增强医学生的临床实践能力,提高医学生的满意度,同时提升国家执业医师考试通过率以及为全国大学生医学技术技能大赛培养优秀赛手,值得继续深入探索和推广应用。

交通强国战略下交通院校建筑类研究生特色化培养机制研究

交通强国战略导向下,交通院校应适应国家经济社会建设发展需要,充分发挥学校的办学优势,进行建筑类研究生特色化培养,以满足我国交通建设的高素质国际化人才需求。对国内8所交通特色院校建筑类研究生的培养方案进行调研发现,理论课程及设计实习均较少涉及对交通建设问题的探索,国际教育受限于学制和学籍管理而系统性和特色性不强,研究及实践未结合交通建设的前沿问题而创新性不足。因此,结合研究生高质量培养和交通强国战略的要求,在对国内外相关研究进行深入剖析的基础上,提出交通院校建筑类研究生特色化培养机制:建立多学科交叉、理论联合实际的研究生课程体系;建立政产学研协同育人的研究生培养机制;坚持“引进来”和“走出去”并重的国际联合培养机制。这对我国交通院校建筑类研究生特色化培养具有重要意义。

基于数理统计法探讨瑜伽训练对高校男生身体机能的影响

以某大学参加瑜伽练习的15名男生为实验组,进行8周瑜伽练习后,将实验组男生的身体机能进行统计分析和对比.研究发现:参加瑜伽运动的男生体重呈现下降态势,体脂比的变化更加健康;在心肺功能的有氧能力提升方面,实验组在显著程度上大于对照组;被测试者在瑜伽练习后的睡眠质量也要显著优于练习前.基于此,认为可在高校男生中推广瑜伽运动,以期普遍增强学生体质.

体能循环训练对女大学生身体素质的影响

对20名女大学生进行了体能循环训练,训练方案为在60%~80%的心率储备下进行45 min的体能训练,每周进行3次,持续6周,并对循环训练前后的身体成分、身体素质和血浆中成纤维细胞生长因子-21的浓度进行分析.结果显示,体重、腰围、体脂百分比下降,而肌力和心肺功能在循环训练后增加,成纤维细胞生长因子-21水平并没有显著变化.结果表明,女大学生要降低肥胖指数和改善身体素质,循环训练可能是理想的选择,但还需要进一步研究循环训练对成纤维细胞生长因子-21的影响.

实践教学作为高校师范生教育教学实践能力培养的重要环节,是师范生教育理念落实、实践知识生成、实践能力形成的关键。目前,各高校在开展实践教学过程中存在四个方面的问题:师范生校外实践教学设计的合理性不足,实践教学体系不完善;中小学教师对师范生的有效指导不够,高校和中小学的合作实践不够深入;师范生校外实践教学质量标准不明,难以体现校外教师指导的深度和广度;师范生校外实践教学保障机制缺失,师范生实践教学质量难以保证。提出构建“螺旋进阶式”师范生实践教学体系、加强高校与中小学的深度合作、制定符合专业特点的师范生校外实践教学标准、完善师范生校外实践教学保障机制等优化措施。
