Coordinated Development of Urbanization and Animal Husbandry Industrialization in Western Regions of China

Animal husbandry industrialization and rural urbanization in western regions of China are not independent,but two aspects of development with mutual interaction. Animal husbandry industrialization provides material basis of progress in productivity for rural urbanization. In turn,rural urbanization provides development conditions,such as industry,technology,science,information,market,finance,transportation,communication,and social service,for animal husbandry industrialization. This paper analyzed existing problems and interaction between animal husbandry industrialization and rural urbanization in western regions are analyzed,and finally it came up with policy recommendations for coordinated development of animal husbandry industrialization and rural urbanization.

Succession and Enhancement Mechanism of Ecosystem Productivity in the De-farming Area of the Ecotone Between Agriculture and Animal Husbandry in North China

The succession and enhancement mechanism of the ecosystem productivity with the characteristics ot de-tarmlng in me ecotone between agriculture and animal husbandry in North China was discussed in order to provide an ideaology or a technical basis for maintaining the impetus of ecological restoration and economic development in this region. A case study was applied in combination with the theoretical analysis. The results indicated that the biomass productivity of the de-farming subsystem decreased by 38.4-72.3% compared with that of farming subsystem in the ecosystem. The main function of de-farming subsystem was focused on ecological productivity, it caused the ideal beneficial recycling ‘defarming → planting grass → raising animals → earn money＇ difficult to be realized. With the differentiation of de-farming subsystem, the natural and social resources input to the farming subsystem were accumulated. This laid a basis for the new attributes of economic productivity to be upgraded. The case study indicated that the economic productivity of the ecosystem was increased by 8.85-13.35 times due to re-coupling between the de-farming subsystem and the farming subsystem as well as coupling between microhabitat differentiation and crop production in the subsystems, where the microhabitat differentiation could enrich water and fertilizer in the same field. It was concluded that the important mechanisms to enhance the system productivity in the ecotone between agriculture and animal husbandry of North China included structure rebuilding and opening of the de-farming ecosystem and taking the advantage of complementary cooperative production among different regions under the market economy and rebuilding an open agro-pasture production structure,

Grey Relational Analysis on Industrial Structure of Animal Husbandry in Inner Mongolia

This paper introduces the connotation of grey relation and computation method of grey relational degree. Based on grey relational model and relevant data during 2003- 2012,this paper performs an empirical analysis of the internal structure of agricultural economy and the internal structure of animal husbandry in Inner Mongolia. The results show that animal husbandry and farming are two important sectors of agricultural economy in Inner Mongolia,and within animal husbandry,the influence of dairy cow,mutton,beef and goat wool production is most obvious. Based on this,this paper puts forth the following recommendations: stabilizing the dominant position of farming and animal husbandry in the agricultural economy; continuing to adjust and optimize the internal structure of agricultural economy; reasonably and guide the development of various industries within animal husbandry.

Thoughts on Present Situation of Development of Rural Animal Husbandry and Its Relationship with Construction of Ecological Agriculture and Revitalization of Rural Industry

After several rounds of phased ups and downs of development,rural animal husbandry finally presents a shrinking and depressed development situation under the comprehensive action of the failure of transformation and upgrading and the increasing production costs and breeding risks.Actively exploring and guiding the healthy and sound development of rural animal husbandry is not only an important measure to promote the construction of ecological agriculture,but also the main starting point to realize the revitalization of rural industry.This paper analyzes the present situation of the development of rural animal husbandry in recent years,the influence of animal husbandry on the construction of ecological agriculture and the revitalization of rural industry,and puts forward the corresponding measures,in order to promote the steady and efficient development of animal husbandry in the grand strategy of revitalizing rural industry.

CIRCULAR-ECONOMY MODELS OF ANIMAL HUSBANDRY INDUSTRY IN JILIN PROVINCE

Animal husbandry industry in Jilin Province is developing rapidly toward the one in large-scale, standardization and industrialization. It is upgrading to a higher level. This lays the foundation for the industry to practice ecological industry. Following the policies of Chinese Government, more and more enterprises are being engaged in seeking the effective ways of circular-economy. This paper does some researches on the projects of two major enterprises in this industry, redesigns the eco-industrial chains using principles of industrial ecology, and provides two models of circular-economy, namely vertical circulation and horizontal combination. After that, it analyzes the technological and economic effectiveness of the two designing plans. At the end, it summaries the traits of suitable circular-economy models adopted in the industry.

Industry Development and Genetic Resources Protection of Animal Husbandry in the World Selenium Capital Enshi Prefecture

Agricultural genetic resource is an important component of agricultural intellectual property. The protection of livestock genetic resources is related to sustainable development of animal husbandry and biodiversity. Enshi Prefecture enjoys a reputation of ＂world selenium capital＂, and has the important animal genetic resources of Enshi yellow cattle, Enshi black pig, Enshi horse-head goat, Jingyang chicken, Enshi bee, silkworm, etc. The prefecture is the best place for natural selenium-euriched livestock products. This paper introduces genetic resources and industry of animal husbandry in the prefecture, analyses the countermeasures of genetic resources protection and industry development, and further puts forward some constructive suggestions.

Advantages of Animal Husbandry Industry in China's Fight against Poverty

Poverty alleviation needs developing the industries related to the economic income.Only when the industry develops,can the income of the poverty-stricken people be increased fundamentally,accordingly help eradicate the poverty from the root cause.Compared with other industries,the animal husbandry industry has unique advantages for poverty alleviation and assistance in poverty alleviation.The animal husbandry breeding industry is characterized by short breeding time,relatively high economic income,and farmers do not need a high educational level,so the breeding threshold is low.For poverty-stricken farmers,this is a feasible way to help them get rid of poverty.Combined with the experience of poverty alleviation through developing the animal husbandry industry,this paper discussed the development advantages of the animal husbandry industry in poverty alleviation,analyzed the main ways of exerting and applying the advantages.It is intended to provide a certain reference for the targeted poverty alleviation through developing the animal husbandry industry.

深入推进基层畜禽粪污资源化利用的几点思考

畜禽粪污资源化利用是解决畜禽养殖废弃物污染的根本途径。本文简要梳理了我国畜禽粪污资源化利用方面的支撑引领政策及总体发展状况,针对目前面临的农户种植与规模化养殖脱节、政府支持力度不够、相关标准及评价机制不健全、规模以下养殖户养殖环境污染风险相对较高以及个别地方对相关法规认识不充分等问题,提出了强化政府引导支持、培育壮大社会化服务组织、积极探索种养结合绿色发展模式、加大技术及装备研发力度等建议,以期为推进基层畜禽粪污资源化利用提供借鉴。

畜牧强国背景下饲料产业链绿色发展路径探析

畜牧强国背景下,发展绿色产业是推动经济结构调整的重要举措,是加快我国可持续发展,助推中国现代化发展的关键动力。饲料产业链绿色发展作为推进绿色发展的重要组成部分,有助于推动中国式畜牧强国建设,为推动饲料产业链绿色发展发挥关键作用。推动饲料产业链绿色发展是顺应循环经济发展的必然要求,是加速农业现代化进程的必由之路,亦是促进人与自然和谐共生的有效途径。从发展机遇来看,饲料产业链凭借产业链政策逐步完善,绿色发展动力不断增强,绿色研发水平持续升级等现实基础实现绿色发展,为畜牧强国建设提供重要支撑。因此,文章提出深化饲料产业链绿色发展顶层设计部署,夯实饲料产业链节能减排基础,加强饲料产业链绿色技术创新的实践路径,以期驱动饲料产业链绿色发展,加速畜牧强国建设步伐。

基于全产业链视野的新农科背景下实践教学体系的构建——以广东海洋大学水产养殖学专业为例

当前,新农科建设是涉农高等院校教育改革的重要方向。国家新农科“三部曲”之“北京指南”提出要开展探索基于全产业链的农林人才培养新机制。文章分析了水产养殖学专业实践教学中主要存在的培养方案实践教学环节弱化、实践教学师资力量薄弱、实践教学与产业需求脱节、实践教学评价机制不健全等问题,进而提出了构建水产养殖学专业“全产业链”实践教学体系的策略:坚持立德树人,优化实践教学体系;加强校内外“双师制”师资队伍建设;以产业需求为导向,实施多元化实践教学;加强对接产业的校外实践教学平台建设;建立全过程多元实践教学评价机制。该研究为提高新农科背景下的实践教学水平提供参考。

种业振兴背景下家畜育种学课程建设与教学实践

在种业振兴和高等教育内涵式发展的背景下,对家畜育种学教学提出了新的要求,课程建设和教学改革迫在眉睫。基于家畜育种学课程教学现状分析和新的需求,西南大学家畜育种学课程组在育人目标、设计理念、教学内容、教学模式、教育手段等方面开展了家畜育种学课程改革,针对性解决了家畜育种学课程中存在的内容宽泛、系统性不强、理论学习与实践脱节、学生学习主体性不足等问题,取得了良好的人才培养成效,支撑了专业学科建设。

政产教融合视角下畜牧业经济管理学课程教学改革

畜牧业经济管理学课程是培养高素质畜牧业管理人才的重要课程,具有较强的实践性,因此,应当满足政产教融合的要求。该文首先提出政产教融合下的畜牧业经济管理课程目标,指出目前该课程教学中普遍存在的问题,然后从教学方式、教学内容、教师体系和考核方式四个方面提出改革方案,并制定配套措施,以期为其他类似课程提供可资借鉴的政产教融合教学改革思路。

面向中国式农业现代化:畜牧产业集聚发展的路径研究

畜牧产业作为国民经济基础产业和农村经济支柱产业,实现集聚发展已成为扎实推动中国式农业现代化的重要抓手。在中国式农业现代化背景下,畜牧产业集聚可释放产业规模效应,助力畜牧产业发展提质增效,激发要素共享效应,赋能畜牧经济发展扩容升级,引发内部竞争效应,促进畜牧产品质量提档增值。从动力机制方面来看,土地财政双维政策支持、龙头企业带动效应以及畜牧产品消费需求增加共同构成畜牧产业集聚发展的动力机制。从实现路径来看,应从打造区域畜牧产业集聚发展试点、发挥龙头企业全产业链带动作用、建立健全畜牧产业集聚服务机制着手,稳步推动畜牧产业集聚发展,切实赋能中国式农业现代化发展。

中国饲草产业时空分布格局与影响因素研究

饲草是畜牧业高质量发展的重要物质基础,研究饲草产业分布格局对保障国家食品安全、保护生态环境具有重要价值。研究运用产业集中度指数、空间基尼系数和重心模型分析中国饲草产业时空分布格局,进一步采用固定效应模型实证剖析中国饲草产业发展的影响因素。结果表明:中国饲草产业集聚现象整体表现为“升-降-升-降”变化态势,发展重心呈现“华北-西北-东北”的转移趋势,且重心转移速度日趋放缓,发展格局相对稳定。湿润指数、光照条件、饲草生产性土地比重、饲草相关政策、农业智慧平台、机械化水平和饲草微生物发酵贮存技术均能够有效促进中国饲草产业发展,人均肉类食品消费量对中国饲草产业发展未产生显著赋能效应,自然灾害会抑制中国饲草产业发展。

乡村振兴战略背景下高职畜牧兽医专业教育与产业融合的创新实践

在乡村振兴战略的深入推进下,高职畜牧兽医专业面临着培养适应现代农业发展需求的专业人才的挑战。该研究选取福建农业职业技术学院动物科技学院作为案例,探讨在乡村振兴背景下,如何通过教育与产业的深度融合,培养符合现代农业发展需求的高素质技术技能型人才。研究通过分析国内外产教融合的先进经验,结合专业特色,设计并实施一套创新的人才培养方案,并对实施效果进行系统评估。结果表明,该方案有效提升学生的专业技能和职业素养,对推动高职教育改革和乡村振兴战略的实施具有积极影响。

典型农牧交错带不同植被恢复模式土壤微生物特征及其影响因素——以张家口屯垦林场为例

【目的】土壤微生物作为生态系统的分解者在植被演替和养分循环中扮演重要的角色,是土壤养分转化的最重要的调节器之一,也是评估生态系统恢复的重要指标。为明确农牧交错带不同植被恢复过程中的土壤微生物特征,评价植被恢复成效,深入认识农牧交错带植被恢复和演替过程。【方法】利用Illumina MiSep高通量测序技术,结合常规分析方法,以天然草地为对照,分析中国北方典型农牧交错带张家口屯垦林场4种植被恢复模式(樟子松Pinus sylvestris var.mongolica、落叶松Larix principis-rupprechtii、杨树Populus tomentosa和榆树Ulmus pumila)土壤细菌和真菌群落组成及其多样性,并探究其与土壤环境因子的相关性。【结果】高通量测序结果共获得19957个细菌OTUs和5957个真菌OTUs。α多样性分析结果表明,20~40 cm土层中落叶松和樟子松的细菌Shannon和Chao指数显著高于天然草地(P<0.05),0~20 cm土层中天然草地和榆树真菌Shannon和Chao指数显著高于杨树(P<0.05);β多样性分析结果表明,在属水平,不同植被类型微生物群落结构差异显著(P=0.001)。回归分析结果表明,植被恢复导致土壤细菌和真菌群落发生改变,其中SOC、TN和粉粒含量与细菌密切相关,黏粒和粉粒含量与真菌密切相关。【结论】在张家口地区农牧交错带植被恢复过程中,樟子松和落叶松恢复模式是细菌群落丰富度和多样性最高的2种植被恢复模式;榆树恢复模式是真菌群落丰富度和多样性最高的植被恢复模式。研究结果可为农牧交错带生态脆弱区的生态恢复提供理论依据和技术支撑。

农业强国视域下饲料产业供给侧结构性改革的机遇及路径

在农业强国建设过程中,我国饲料产业呈现工业总产值稳步增长、工业总产量持续提升、原材料供给规模不断上涨、产业集中度日益提高的现状。在农业强国视域下,经济发展、畜牧业市场变化和科技创新为饲料产业供给侧结构性改革带来了全新的机遇。饲料产业要实现供给侧结构性改革,应发挥市场微观调控作用,推动饲料产业纵深发展,强化科技创新支撑,推进饲料产业链与技术链衔接,优化饲料产业结构,驱动饲料产品多元化供给。文章明确农业强国视域下饲料产业供给侧结构性改革的机遇与路径,从而减少无效供给和低端供给,增强饲料产业结构灵活性和适应性,促使饲料产业高质量发展。

耕读教育融入高校涉农专业的实施路径探讨——以畜牧兽医类专业为例

全面开展耕读教育是教育部对全国高校涉农专业学生培养提出的总体部署,开展耕读教育有利于传承我国的优秀传统文化、培养服务“三农”的高素质人才及涉农专业学生的全面发展,但目前仍存在对耕读教育认识不足、耕读教育质量不高等问题。该文以菏泽学院畜牧兽医类专业为例,探讨耕读教育融入畜牧兽医类专业的实施路径,通过构建耕读教育课程体系、建设耕读教育实践基地、完善耕读教育师资队伍、营造耕读文化校园氛围等途径,提升畜牧兽医类专业学生的耕读能力和专业素养,为现代畜牧业的发展提供人才支持。

数字金融对畜牧业产业链韧性的影响机制研究

为了探析数字金融对畜牧业产业链韧性的影响机制,进一步提升我国畜牧业产业链韧性,本研究阐释了畜牧业产业链韧性的内涵,从理论上阐明了数字金融对畜牧业产业链韧性的直接和间接影响机制,并基于2011—2021年的省级面板数据,实证检验了该机制。结果表明:数字金融可有效提升畜牧业产业链韧性;政府支持力度、城镇化水平分别在10%、1%水平上显著正向影响畜牧业产业链韧性,经济发展水平对畜牧业产业链韧性有正向影响,但未通过显著性检验;创新要素配置、产业集聚效应在数字金融对畜牧业产业链韧性的影响间起到显著的中介作用。据此,建议深化数字技术发展,促进数字金融与畜牧业产业链有效对接;打造畜牧数字产业集群,强化数字金融的产业集聚效应。
