文摘Copy-Move Forgery Detection(CMFD)is a technique that is designed to identify image tampering and locate suspicious areas. However, the practicality of the CMFD is impeded by the scarcity of datasets, inadequate quality and quantity, and a narrow range of applicable tasks. These limitations significantly restrict the capacity and applicability of CMFD.To overcome the limitations of existing methods,a novel solution called IMTNet is proposed for CMFD by employing a feature decoupling approach.Firstly, this study formulates the objective task and network relationship as an optimization problem using transfer learning.Furthermore,it thoroughly discusses and analyzes the relationship between CMFD and deep network architecture by employing ResNet-50 during the optimization solving phase.Secondly,a quantitative comparison between fine-tuning and feature decoupling is conducted to evaluate the degree of similarity between the image classification and CMFD domains by the enhanced ResNet-50.Finally,suspicious regions are localized using a feature pyramid network with bottom-up path augmentation.Experimental results demonstrate that IMTNet achieves faster convergence, shorter training times, and favorable generalization performance compared to existingmethods. Moreover,it is shown that IMTNet significantly outperforms fine-tuning based approaches in terms of accuracy and F_(1).

文摘Deception detection plays a crucial role in criminal investigation.Videos contain a wealth of information regarding apparent and physiological changes in individuals, and thus can serve as an effective means of deception detection. In this paper,we investigate video-based deception detection considering both apparent visual features such as eye gaze, head pose and facial action unit(AU),and non-contact heart rate detected by remote photoplethysmography(rPPG)technique.Multiple wrapper-based feature selection methods combined with the K-nearest neighbor(KNN)and support vector machine(SVM)classifiers are employed to screen the most effective features for deception detection. We evaluate the performance of the proposed method on both a self-collected physiological-assisted visual deception detection(PV3D)dataset and a public bag-oflies(BOL)dataset.Experimental results demonstrate that the SVM classifier with symbiotic organisms search(SOS)feature selection yields the best overall performance, with an area under the curve(AUC)of 83.27%and accuracy(ACC)of 83.33%for PV3D,and an AUC of 71.18%and ACC of 70.33%for BOL.This demonstrates the stability and effectiveness of the proposed method in video-based deception detection tasks.

文摘In the IoT(Internet of Things)domain, the increased use of encryption protocols such as SSL/TLS,VPN(Virtual Private Network),and Tor has led to a rise in attacks leveraging encrypted traffic. While research on anomaly detection using AI(Artificial Intelligence)is actively progressing, the encrypted nature of the data poses challenges for labeling, resulting in data imbalance and biased feature extraction toward specific nodes. This study proposes a reconstruction error-based anomaly detection method using an autoencoder(AE)that utilizes packet metadata excluding specific node information. The proposed method omits biased packet metadata such as IP and Port and trains the detection model using only normal data, leveraging a small amount of packet metadata. This makes it well-suited for direct application in IoT environments due to its low resource consumption. In experiments comparing feature extraction methods for AE-based anomaly detection,we found that using flowbased features significantly improves accuracy,precision,F1 score, and AUC(Area Under the Receiver Operating Characteristic Curve)score compared to packet-based features.Additionally, for flow-based features, the proposed method showed a 30.17%increase in F1 score and improved false positive rates compared to Isolation Forest and OneClassSVM.Furthermore, the proposedmethod demonstrated a 32.43%higherAUCwhen using packet features and a 111.39%higher AUC when using flow features, compared to previously proposed oversampling methods. This study highlights the impact of feature extraction methods on attack detection in imbalanced, encrypted traffic environments and emphasizes that the one-class method using AE is more effective for attack detection and reducing false positives compared to traditional oversampling methods.
文摘More businesses are deploying powerful Intrusion Detection Systems(IDS)to secure their data and physical assets.Improved cyber-attack detection and prevention in these systems requires machine learning(ML)approaches. This paper examines a cyber-attack prediction system combining feature selection(FS)and ML.Our technique’s foundation was based on Correlation Analysis(CA),Mutual Information(MI),and recursive feature reduction with cross-validation.To optimize the IDS performance, the security features must be carefully selected from multiple-dimensional datasets, and our hybrid FS technique must be extended to validate our methodology using the improved UNSW-NB 15 and TON_IoT datasets. Our technique identified 22 key characteristics in UNSW-NB-15 and 8 in TON_IoT.We evaluated prediction using seven ML methods:Decision Tree(DT),Random Forest(RF),Logistic Regression(LR),Naive Bayes(NB),K-Nearest Neighbors(KNN),Support Vector Machines(SVM),and Multilayer Perceptron(MLP)classifiers. The DT,RF,NB,and MLP classifiers helped our model surpass the competition on both datasets. Therefore, the investigational outcomes of our hybrid model may help IDSs defend business assets from various cyberattack vectors.

文摘A dandelion algorithm(DA) is a recently developed intelligent optimization algorithm for function optimization problems. Many of its parameters need to be set by experience in DA,which might not be appropriate for all optimization problems. A self-adapting and efficient dandelion algorithm is proposed in this work to lower the number of DA's parameters and simplify DA's structure. Only the normal sowing operator is retained;while the other operators are discarded. An adaptive seeding radius strategy is designed for the core dandelion. The results show that the proposed algorithm achieves better performance on the standard test functions with less time consumption than its competitive peers. In addition, the proposed algorithm is applied to feature selection for credit card fraud detection(CCFD), and the results indicate that it can obtain higher classification and detection performance than the-state-of-the-art methods.
文摘Effective small object detection is crucial in various applications including urban intelligent transportation and pedestrian detection. However, small objects are difficult to detect accurately because they contain less information. Many current methods, particularly those based on Feature Pyramid Network(FPN),address this challenge by leveraging multi-scale feature fusion. However, existing FPN-based methods often suffer from inadequate feature fusion due to varying resolutions across different layers, leading to suboptimal small object detection. To address this problem,we propose the Two-layerAttention Feature Pyramid Network(TA-FPN),featuring two key modules:the Two-layer Attention Module(TAM)and the Small Object Detail Enhancement Module(SODEM).TAM uses the attention module to make the network more focused on the semantic information of the object and fuse it to the lower layer,so that each layer contains similar semantic information,to alleviate the problem of small object information being submerged due to semantic gaps between different layers. At the same time,SODEM is introduced to strengthen the local features of the object, suppress background noise, enhance the information details of the small object, and fuse the enhanced features to other feature layers to ensure that each layer is rich in small object information,to improve small object detection accuracy. Our extensive experiments on challenging datasets such as Microsoft Common Objects inContext(MSCOCO)and Pattern Analysis Statistical Modelling and Computational Learning,Visual Object Classes(PASCAL VOC)demonstrate the validity of the proposedmethod.Experimental results show a significant improvement in small object detection accuracy compared to state-of-theart detectors.

文摘With the wide application of drone technology, there is an increasing demand for the detection of radar return signals from drones.Existing detection methods mainly rely on time-frequency domain feature extraction and classical machine learning algorithms for image recognition. This method suffers from the problem of large dimensionality of image features, which leads to large input data size and noise affecting learning. Therefore, this paper proposes to extract signal time-domain statistical features for radar return signals from drones and reduce the feature dimension from 512×4 to 16 dimensions. However, the downscaled feature data makes the accuracy of traditional machine learning algorithms decrease,so we propose a new hybrid quantum neural network with signal feature overlay projection(HQNN-SFOP),which reduces the dimensionality of the signal by extracting the statistical features in the time domain of the signal, introduces the signal feature overlay projection to enhance the expression ability of quantum computation on the signal features, and introduces the quantum circuits to improve the neural network’s ability to obtain the inline relationship of features, thus improving the accuracy and migration generalization ability of drone detection. In order to validate the effectiveness of the proposed method,we experimented with the method using the MM model that combines the real parameters of five commercial drones and random drones parameters to generate data to simulate a realistic environment. The results show that the method based on statistical features in the time domain of the signal is able to extract features at smaller scales and obtain higher accuracy on a dataset with an SNR of 10 dB.On the time-domain feature data set,HQNNSFOP obtains the highest accuracy compared to other conventional methods. In addition,HQNN-SFOP has good migration generalization ability on five commercial drones and random drones data at different SNR conditions. Our method verifies the feasibility and effectiveness of signal detection methods based on quantum computation and experimentally demonstrates that the advantages of quantum computation for information processing are still valid in the field of signal processing,it provides a highly efficient method for the drone detection using radar return signals.

文摘In the textile industry, the presence of defects on the surface of fabric is an essential factor in determining fabric quality. Therefore, identifying fabric defects forms a crucial part of the fabric production process.Traditional fabric defect detection algorithms can only detect specific materials and specific fabric defect types;in addition, their detection efficiency is low,and their detection results are relatively poor.Deep learning-based methods have many advantages in the field of fabric defect detection, however, such methods are less effective in identifying multiscale fabric defects and defects with complex shapes. Therefore,we propose an effective algorithm, namely multilayer feature extraction combined with deformable convolution(MFDC),for fabric defect detection. In MFDC,multi-layer feature extraction is used to fuse the underlying location features with high-level classification features through a horizontally connected top-down architecture to improve the detection of multi-scale fabric defects. On this basis,a deformable convolution is added to solve the problem of the algorithm’s weak detection ability of irregularly shaped fabric defects. In this approach,Roi Align and Cascade-RCNN are integrated to enhance the adaptability of the algorithm in materials with complex patterned backgrounds. The experimental results show that the MFDC algorithm can achieve good detection results for both multi-scale fabric defects and defects with complex shapes,at the expense of a small increase in detection time.

文摘With the rapid spread of Internet information and the spread of fake news, the detection of fake news becomes more and more important.Traditional detection methods often rely on a single emotional or semantic feature to identify fake news, but these methods have limitations when dealing with news in specific domains. In order to solve the problem of weak feature correlation between data from different domains,a model for detecting fake news by integrating domain-specific emotional and semantic features is proposed. This method makes full use of the attention mechanism, grasps the correlation between different features, and effectively improves the effect of feature fusion. The algorithm first extracts the semantic features of news text through the Bi-LSTM(Bidirectional Long Short-Term Memory)layer to capture the contextual relevance of news text.Senta-BiLSTM is then used to extract emotional features and predict the probability of positive and negative emotions in the text.It then uses domain features as an enhancement feature and attention mechanism to fully capture more fine-grained emotional features associated with that domain. Finally, the fusion features are taken as the input of the fake news detection classifier, combined with the multi-task representation of information, and the MLP and Softmax functions are used for classification. The experimental results show that on the Chinese dataset Weibo21,the F1 value of this model is 0.958,4.9% higher than that of the sub-optimal model;on the English dataset FakeNewsNet,the F1 value of the detection result of this model is 0.845,1.8% higher than that of the sub-optimal model, which is advanced and feasible.

文摘With the rapid development of the mobile communication and the Internet, the previous web anomaly detectionand identificationmodels were built relying on security experts’empirical knowledge and attack features.Althoughthis approach can achieve higher detection performance,it requires huge human labor and resources to maintainthe feature library. In contrast, semantic feature engineering can dynamically discover new semantic featuresand optimize feature selection by automatically analyzing the semantic information contained in the data itself, thus reducing dependence on prior knowledge. However, current semantic features still have the problem ofsemantic expression singularity,as they are extracted from a single semantic mode such as word segmentation, character segmentation,or arbitrary semantic feature extraction. This paper extracts features of web requestsfrom dual semantic granularity, and proposes a semantic feature fusion method to solve the above problems.Themethod first preprocesses web requests, and extracts word-level and character-level semantic features of URLs viaconvolutional neural network(CNN),respectively.By constructing three loss functions to reduce losses betweenfeatures, labels and categories.Experiments on the HTTP CSIC 2010,Malicious URLs and HttpParams datasetsverify the proposedmethod. Results show that compared withmachine learning, deep learningmethods and BERTmodel, the proposed method has better detection performance. And it achieved the best detection rate of 99.16%in the dataset HttpParams.
文摘In the era of the Internet, widely used web applications have become the target of hacker attacks because they contain a large amount of personal information.Among these vulnerabilities, stealing private data through crosssite scripting(XSS)attacks is one of the most commonly used attacks by hackers.Currently, deep learning-based XSS attack detection methods have good application prospects;however, they suffer from problems such as being prone to overfitting,a high false alarm rate, and low accuracy. To address these issues,we propose a multi-stage feature extraction and fusion model for XSS detection based on Random Forest feature enhancement. The model utilizes RandomForests to capture the intrinsic structure and patterns of the data by extracting leaf node indices as features, which are subsequentlymergedwith the original data features to forma feature setwith richer information content.Further feature extraction is conducted through three parallel channels.Channel I utilizes parallel onedimensional convolutional layers(1Dconvolutional layers)with different convolutional kernel sizes to extract local features at different scales and performmulti-scale feature fusion;Channel II employsmaximum one-dimensional pooling layers(max 1D pooling layers)of various sizes to extract key features from the data;and Channel III extracts global information bi-directionally using a Bi-Directional Long-Short TermMemory Network(Bi-LSTM)and incorporates a multi-head attention mechanism to enhance global features. Finally, effective classification and prediction of XSS are performed by fusing the features of the three channels. To test the effectiveness of the model,we conduct experiments on six datasets. We achieve an accuracy of 100%on the UNSW-NB15 dataset and 99.99%on the CICIDS2017 dataset, which is higher than that of the existing models.

文摘Bladder urothelial carcinoma is the most common malignant tumor disease in urinary system, and its incidence rate ranks ninth in the world. In recent years, the continuous development of hyperspectral imaging technology has provided a new tool for the auxiliary diagnosis of bladder cancer. In this study, based on microscopic hyperspectral data,an automatic detection algorithm of bladder tumor cells combining color features and shape features is proposed.Support vector machine(SVM)is used to build classification models and compare the classification performance of spectral feature, spectral and shape fusion feature, and the fusion feature proposed in this paper on the same classifier. The results show that the sensitivity, specificity, and accuracy of our classification algorithm based on shape and color fusion features are 0.952,0.897,and 0.920,respectively,which are better than the classification algorithm only using spectral features. Therefore, this study can effectively extract the cell features of bladder urothelial carcinoma smear, thus achieving automatic,real-time,and noninvasive detection of bladder tumor cells, and then helping doctors improve the efficiency of pathological diagnosis of bladder urothelial cancer, and providing a reliable basis for doctors to choose treatment plans and judge the prognosis of the disease.
文摘With the popularisation of intelligent power, power devices have different shapes, numbers and specifications. This means that the power data has distributional variability, the model learning process cannot achieve sufficient extraction of data features, which seriously affects the accuracy and performance of anomaly detection. Therefore, this paper proposes a deep learning-based anomaly detection model for power data, which integrates a data alignment enhancement technique based on random sampling and an adaptive feature fusion method leveraging dimension reduction.Aiming at the distribution variability of power data, this paper developed a sliding window-based data adjustment method for this model, which solves the problem of high-dimensional feature noise and low-dimensional missing data.To address the problem of insufficient feature fusion,an adaptive feature fusion method based on feature dimension reduction and dictionary learning is proposed to improve the anomaly data detection accuracy of the model. In order to verify the effectiveness of the proposed method,we conducted effectiveness comparisons through elimination experiments. The experimental results show that compared with the traditional anomaly detection methods, the method proposed in this paper not only has an advantage in model accuracy, but also reduces the amount of parameter calculation of the model in the process of feature matching and improves the detection speed.

文摘Automatic pavement crack detection plays an important role in ensuring road safety. In images of cracks, information about the cracks can be conveyed through high-frequency and low-fre-quency signals that focus on fine details and global structures, respectively. The output features obtained from different convolutional layers can be combined to represent information about both high-frequency and low-frequency signals. In this paper,we propose an encoder-decoder framework called octave hierarchical network(Octave-H),which is based on the U-Network(U-Net)architec-ture and utilizes an octave convolutional neural network and a hierarchical feature learning module for performing crack detection. The proposed octave convolution is capable of extracting multi-fre-quency feature maps, capturing both fine details and global cracks. We propose a hierarchical feature learning module that merges multi-frequency-scale feature maps with different levels(high and low)of octave convolutional layers. To verify the superiority of the proposed Octave-H,we employed the CrackForest dataset(CFD)and AigleRN databases to evaluate this method. The experimental results demonstrate that Octave-H outperforms other algorithms with satisfactory performance.
文摘The number of blogs and other forms of opinionated online content has increased dramatically in recent years. Many fields, including academia and national security, place an emphasis on automated political article orientation detection.Political articles(especially in the Arab world)are different from other articles due to their subjectivity,in which the author’s beliefs and political affiliation might have a significant influence on a political article. With categories representing the main political ideologies, this problem may be thought of as a subset of the text categorization(classification). In general, the performance of machine learning models for text classification is sensitive to hyperparameter settings.Furthermore, the feature vector used to represent a document must capture,to some extent, the complex semantics of natural language. To this end, this paper presents an intelligent system to detect political Arabic article orientation that adapts the categorical boosting(CatBoost)method combined with a multi-level feature concept.Extracting features at multiple levels can enhance the model’s ability to discriminate between different classes or patterns. Each level may capture different aspects of the input data, contributing to a more comprehensive representation.CatBoost,a robust and efficient gradient-boosting algorithm,is utilized to effectively learn and predict the complex relationships between these features and the political orientation labels associated with the articles.A dataset of political Arabic texts collected from diverse sources, including postings and articles,is used to assess the suggested technique.Conservative, reform, and revolutionary are the three subcategories of these opinions. The results of this study demonstrate that compared to other frequently used machine learning models for text classification, the CatBoost method using multi-level features performs better with an accuracy of 98.14%.

文摘Automatic crack detection of cement pavement chiefly benefits from the rapid development of deep learning, with convolutional neural networks(CNN)playing an important role in this field. However,as the performance of crack detection in cement pavement improves, the depth and width of the network structure are significantly increased, which necessitates more computing power and storage space. This limitation hampers the practical implementation of crack detection models on various platforms, particularly portable devices like small mobile devices. To solve these problems,we propose a dual-encoder-based network architecture that focuses on extracting more comprehensive fracture feature information and combines cross-fusion modules and coordinated attention mechanisms formore efficient feature fusion.Firstly,we use small channel convolution to construct shallow feature extractionmodule(SFEM)to extract low-level feature information of cracks in cement pavement images,in order to obtainmore information about cracks in the shallowfeatures of images. In addition,we construct large kernel atrous convolution(LKAC)to enhance crack information, which incorporates coordination attention mechanism for non-crack information filtering, and large kernel atrous convolution with different cores, using different receptive fields to extract more detailed edge and context information. Finally, the three-stage feature map outputs from the shallow feature extraction module is cross-fused with the two-stage feature map outputs from the large kernel atrous convolution module, and the shallow feature and detailed edge feature are fully fused to obtain the final crack prediction map.We evaluate our method on three public crack datasets:DeepCrack,CFD,and Crack500.Experimental results on theDeepCrack dataset demonstrate the effectiveness of our proposed method compared to state-of-the-art crack detection methods, which achieves Precision(P)87.2%,Recall(R)87.7%,and F-score(F1)87.4%.Thanks to our lightweight crack detectionmodel, the parameter count of the model in real-world detection scenarios has been significantly reduced to less than 2M.This advancement also facilitates technical support for portable scene detection.
