They were the peak-height method and the slope method. The relationship be-tween blending ratio and testing data was analysed, and the regression curves were obtained bystepwise regression method. It was pointed out that the testing errors of both methods were lessthan two percent. The validities of both methods were verified by experiments, All calculationsof both methods were completed by computer. The blending ratio was ascertained from the test-ing data of bundle fiber strength tester which was made by the authors themselves.展开更多

The stress-strain behaviors of four types of steel fiber reinforced concrete (SFRC) under uniaxial tension were studied experimentally. When the matrix strength and the fiber content increase, the tensile stress and tensile strain vary differently according to the fiber type. The mechanisms of reinforcing effect for different types of fiber were analyzed and the stress-strain curves of the specimens were plotted. Some experimental factors for stress or strain of SFRC were given. A tensile toughness modulus Re_ 0.5 was introduced to evaluate the toughness characters of SFRC under uniaxial tension. Moreover, the formula of the tensile stress-strain curve of SFRC was regressed. The theoretical curve and the experimental ones fit well, which can be used for references in construction.展开更多

Using the method of collective variable approach, we have found an approximate relation between the parameters of the normalized complex cubic-quintic Ginzburg-Landau equation where the resonance manifests itself. Comparisons between the results obtained by collective variable approach, and those obtained by the method of moments show good qualitative agreement. This choice also helps to see the influence of the active terms on the resonance curve, so can be very useful in constructing passively mode-locked laser that generate solitons with the highest possible energies.展开更多

The specific surface area of the ACF was 600 m 2/g, 1400 m 2/g and 1600 m 2/g, respectively, and the concentration of trichloroethylene ranged from 270 mg/m 3 to 2700 mg/m 3. Results showed that the capacity of adsorption increased with increasing specific surface area, the relationship between the logarithms of 10% breakthrough time and concentration was approximately linear over the experimental range, the breakthrough time decreased with increasing temperature and humidity. The breakthrough curves at different inlet concentration or different temperature can be predicted by several simple theoretical models with good agreements.展开更多
