To effec-tively control these processes, a novel identification method (Model Parameters and Initial States Identification si-multaneously in closed loop —MPISI) is proposed. The model parameters and initial states of state equation can be simultaneously identified using this method. The results of simulation and application show that this method has the advantageous of disturbance-rejection and robustness. Nowadays short texts can be widely found in various social data in relation to the 5G-enabled Internet of Things (IoT). Short text classification is a challenging task due to its sparsity and the lack of context. Previous studies mainly tackle these problems by enhancing the semantic information or the statistical information individually. However, the improvement achieved by a single type of information is limited, while fusing various information may help to improve the classification accuracy more effectively. To fuse various information for short text classification, this article proposes a feature fusion method that integrates the statistical feature and the comprehensive semantic feature together by using the weighting mechanism and deep learning models. In the proposed method, we apply Bidirectional Encoder Representations from Transformers (BERT) to generate word vectors on the sentence level automatically, and then obtain the statistical feature, the local semantic feature and the overall semantic feature using Term Frequency-Inverse Document Frequency (TF-IDF) weighting approach, Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) and Bidirectional Gate Recurrent Unit (BiGRU). Then, the fusion feature is accordingly obtained for classification. Experiments are conducted on five popular short text classification datasets and a 5G-enabled IoT social dataset and the results show that our proposed method effectively improves the classification performance. 展开更多

Rapid formation of autotrophic partial denitrification(APD)granules is of practical interest to start up an expanded granular sludge bed reactor for wastewater treatment.This study demonstrates that methanogenic granules can be easily acclimated into autotrophic partial denitrification granules in one day,with the ability to remove 82%of 2.7 kg-S/(m^3·d)sulfide into S^0 and to convert 97%of 0.9 kg-N/(m^3·d)nitrate into nitrite,which can provide a promising feedstock for anaerobic ammonia oxidation process.Arcobacter sp.is essential for S^0 accumulation.Under high loadings,the abundance of Arcobacter sp.decreased,while on the contrary the abundance of unclassified_p_Firmicutes increased,leading to the deterioration of autotrophic partial denitrification performance.The granules performance could be recovered by adopting the strategies of properly reducing the influent loadings. 展开更多

The surface modification of the anionic polyurethane(APU)film was carried out by immersing it in silk fibroin peptide(SFP)solution for 12 h and then treating with low temperature plasma glow discharge.The physical properties and moisture permeability of modified films were examined.The results showed that SFP-modified APU films had better moisture permeability than oleophilic polyurethane,as well as modified APU films kept good flexibility.Modified APU films could overcome rigid and brittle weaks of silk fibroin films.The morphology of SFP on the APU film was corpuscular aggregations.The water-contact angle measurement indicated that the change of hydrophilicity and the element chemical analysis suggested that the SFP-modified film surface was enriched with nitrogen atoms.The biocompatibility of APU films may be improved due to the change of surface components.Cell viability and proliferation of rat embryo dermal fibroblasts seeded on control films,APU films and SFP-modified APU films were evaluated by MTT assay and viable cell counts,respectively.The results indicated that the APU film modified by SFP protein showed the proliferation of fibroblasts on the film,and that the compound interface had good stability in the air.Results also showed that presoaking treatment for APU films was effective to accomplish the goal of surface modification. 展开更多

背景:吻合血管游离腓骨移植是治疗股骨头坏死常用的有效保髋治疗手段,但其影响因素仍存在争议。目的:探究吻合血管游离腓骨移植治疗股骨头坏死的临床疗效,及股骨头坏死的病因分类和病变严重程度对其疗效的影响。方法:采集吻合血管游离... 背景:吻合血管游离腓骨移植是治疗股骨头坏死常用的有效保髋治疗手段,但其影响因素仍存在争议。目的:探究吻合血管游离腓骨移植治疗股骨头坏死的临床疗效,及股骨头坏死的病因分类和病变严重程度对其疗效的影响。方法:采集吻合血管游离腓骨移植治疗股骨头坏死患者63例(共73髋)的临床资料及术前、术后髋关节的临床疗效评分。按股骨头坏死的病因分类标准分为激素性、酒精性和特发性3组,参照Ficat分期标准分为FicatⅡ期、FicatⅢ期和FicatⅣ期3组,分析病因分类和病变程度对吻合血管游离腓骨移植治疗股骨头坏死临床疗效的影响。结果与结论:①吻合血管游离腓骨移植治疗股骨头坏死术后各阶段的目测类比评分均较术前明显降低(P<0.001),术后各阶段的Harris评分均较术前明显升高(P<0.001);②在激素性、酒精性和特发性3组中,除激素性组术后2,3年,其余各组术后各时点Harris评分均较术前明显升高(P<0.05);③在FicatⅡ期、FicatⅢ期和FicatⅣ期3组中,FicatⅡ期和FicatⅢ期各组术后Harris评分均较术前明显升高(P<0.05),FicatⅣ期术后Harris评分与术前比较差异无显著性意义(P>0.05);④结果提示,吻合血管游离腓骨移植治疗股骨头坏死临床疗效显著,可以减轻患者髋部疼痛和改善髋关节功能;其疗效可能不受病因的影响,而受病变严重程度的影响。 展开更多

目的比较全髋关节置换术(THA)治疗成人股骨颈骨折螺钉内固定术后Ficat分期Ⅲ、Ⅳ期股骨头坏死(ONFH)和非创伤性Ficat分期Ⅲ、Ⅳ期股骨头坏死(ONFH)的临床疗效。方法回顾分析2017年1月至2019年10月河南省洛阳正骨医院髋关节外科诊疗中心... 目的比较全髋关节置换术(THA)治疗成人股骨颈骨折螺钉内固定术后Ficat分期Ⅲ、Ⅳ期股骨头坏死(ONFH)和非创伤性Ficat分期Ⅲ、Ⅳ期股骨头坏死(ONFH)的临床疗效。方法回顾分析2017年1月至2019年10月河南省洛阳正骨医院髋关节外科诊疗中心收治的因股骨颈骨折内固定术后ONFH行THA治疗病人28例(创伤组)和因非创伤性ONFH行THA治疗病人36例(非创伤组)。记录并比较两组手术时间、术中出血量、切口长度、术后引流量、住院时间、术后1 d视觉模拟评分(VAS)以及早期并发症发生情况;记录并比较术后各时间点髋关节Harris评分评价髋关节功能。结果病人随访时间14~22个月,平均18.3个月。创伤组手术时间[(108.25±21.57)min比(97.81±17.38)min]、切口长度[(13.5±2.84)cm比(11.6±2.45)cm]、术中出血量[(349.43±85.15)mL比(285.47±104.36)mL]、住院时间[(15.61±4.08)d比(12.86±4.28)d]均多(长)于非创伤组,均差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。但两者术后并发症发生率和关节功能比较无明显差别。结论与非创伤性ONFH一期THA相比,股骨颈骨折内固定术后ONFH二期THA手术难度和创伤增加。 展开更多

目的:研究比较髓芯减压植骨术与缝匠肌肌骨瓣移植术治疗成人FicatⅢ期股骨头缺血性坏死的远期临床疗效。方法回顾性分析2003年1月至2008年12月,采用髓芯减压植骨术和缝匠肌肌骨瓣移植术治疗的38例(43髋)Ficat Ⅲ期股骨头缺血性坏死... 目的:研究比较髓芯减压植骨术与缝匠肌肌骨瓣移植术治疗成人FicatⅢ期股骨头缺血性坏死的远期临床疗效。方法回顾性分析2003年1月至2008年12月,采用髓芯减压植骨术和缝匠肌肌骨瓣移植术治疗的38例(43髋)Ficat Ⅲ期股骨头缺血性坏死病例,比较两组病例的一般资料、术中失血量、手术时间和住院时间,根据两组手术前后Harris评分变化和Ficat分期改变进行临床和影像学评价,以改行人工关节置换术为终点,对其生存率进行Kaplan-Meier生存分析。结果所有病例均获得60~123个月随访,平均93个月。两组病例的年龄、随访时间及术前Harris评分比较无统计学意义( P﹥0.05)。两组病例术后Harris评分较术前均有明显提高( P﹤0.05),但缝匠肌肌骨瓣移植术组术后Harris评分优于髓芯减压植骨术组( P﹤0.05)。髓芯减压植骨术组术中失血量、手术时间和住院时间均明显少于缝匠肌肌骨瓣移植术组(P﹤0.01)。两组术后影像学成功率比较无统计学意义(P﹥0.05),Kaplan-Meier生存分析显示髓芯减压植骨术组远期生存率为64%(16/25),缝匠肌肌骨瓣移植术组的远期生存率为77.8%(14/18),两组的远期生存率比较无统计学意义( P﹥0.05)。结论髓芯减压植骨术与缝匠肌肌骨瓣移植术治疗Ficat Ⅲ期股骨头缺血性坏死均取得一定的远期临床疗效,虽然缝匠肌肌骨瓣移植术组的远期影像学成功率和生存率与前者比较无统计学差异,但其临床疗效更佳。 展开更多

股骨头坏死是由各种病因引起的股骨头血液供应破坏从而引起软骨下骨变性、坏死,造成股骨头塌陷,最终导致髋关节退行性破坏[1]。近年来,股骨头坏死发病率不断增加,已成为一种临床常见病,据统计,我国目前需要治疗的股骨头坏死患者约... 股骨头坏死是由各种病因引起的股骨头血液供应破坏从而引起软骨下骨变性、坏死,造成股骨头塌陷,最终导致髋关节退行性破坏[1]。近年来,股骨头坏死发病率不断增加,已成为一种临床常见病,据统计,我国目前需要治疗的股骨头坏死患者约为500万~700万,且每年新发病例达20万[2]。股骨头坏死在国内外都属于临床难治性疾病,无论对患者本身还是家庭、社会都是巨大的负担。因此,非创伤性股骨头坏死越来越引起人们的注视,并且对于非创伤性股骨头坏死的发病机制及其治疗方法的研究已成为近几年的热点。对于股骨头坏死早期的患者,即ARCO分期中的Ⅰ期和Ⅱ期患者(或Ficat分期0~Ⅱ期),其治疗原则是:积极治疗原发病,减少或避免负重,消除外源性致病因素,目前倾向于非手术疗法,包括限制负重、生物物理学治疗、体外冲击波、高压氧舱、口服二磷酸盐类药物的三联鸡尾酒疗法[3]等,其中体外冲击波疗法是一种全新的无创治疗技术,具有非侵入性、并发症少等优点,疗效肯定,治疗风险低且费用相对低廉,国际骨肌系统冲击波疗法联合会(ISMST)于2008年3月正式将股骨头坏死纳入其适应证[4]。根据临床随访,冲击波对于早期股骨头坏死治疗效果显著。 展开更多

Comparison of Mass Transfer Characteristics between Countercurrent-Flow and Crosscurrent-Flow Rotating Packed Bed 被引量:1

The rotating packed bed(RPB), mainly including the countercurrent-flow RPB(Counter-RPB) and the crosscurrentflow RPB(Cross-RPB) that are classified from the perspective of gas-liquid contact style, is a novel process intensification device. A significant measurement standard for evaluating the performance of RPB is the mass transfer effect. In order to compare the mass transfer characteristics of Counter-RPB and Cross-RPB with the same size, the liquid volumetric mass transfer coefficient(k_La_e) and effective interfacial area(a_e) were measured under identical operating conditions. Meanwhile, the comparison of comprehensive mass transfer performance was conducted using the ratio of ΔP(pressure drop) to kLae as the standard. Experimental results indicated that kLae and ae increased with the increase in liquid spray density q, gas velocity u, and high gravity factor β. Furthermore, compared with the Cross-RPB, the Counter-RPB has higher liquid volumetric mass transfer coefficient and slightly larger effective interfacial area. The experimental results of comprehensive mass transfer performance showed that the Counter-RPB had higher ΔP/k_La_e than the Cross-RPB with changes in liquid spray density and high gravity factor, and there exists a turning point at 0.71 m/s accompanied by a variation with gas velocity. Moreover, the relative error of experimental value to calculated value, which was computed by the correlative expressions of kLae, was less than 5 %. In conclusion, the mass transfer characteristics of RPB are deeply impacted by the manner in which the flows are established and the Cross-RPB would have a great potential for industrial scale-up applications. 展开更多

目的对活血通脉灵治疗非创伤性股骨头缺血坏死的疗效进行研究。方法方便选取2014年1月—2016年6月之间该院收治的FicatⅡ期非创伤性股骨头缺血坏死患者44例作为研究对象,随机抽取19例设为观察组,25例设为对照组,对照组患者予关节镜辅助... 目的对活血通脉灵治疗非创伤性股骨头缺血坏死的疗效进行研究。方法方便选取2014年1月—2016年6月之间该院收治的FicatⅡ期非创伤性股骨头缺血坏死患者44例作为研究对象,随机抽取19例设为观察组,25例设为对照组,对照组患者予关节镜辅助下行髓芯减压+异体骨植骨术,而观察组在对照组基础上配合中药活血通脉灵治疗,观察并对比两组患者的治疗效果。结果 44例均获得随访,随访时间8~12个月,观察组患者治疗有效率达到94.73%,高于对照组患者的88.00%,观察组患者生活质量评分高于对照组患者,并且组间对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对非创伤性股骨头缺血坏死患者采用关节镜辅助下进行髓芯减压+异体骨植骨术,配合中药活血通脉灵治疗,能够提高患者的治疗有效率、生活质量,具有临床推广价值。 展开更多

Characterization of Bacterial Strains Isolated from a Novel Seawater-based Retting Treatment of Hemp

Cultivable bacteria were isolated from seawater-based retting treatment of hemp, in which three of purified strains (SW- 1, SW- 2, and S-SW1) produced relatively high levels of pectinase activities, and also produced mannanases and xylanases. PCR-based entebacterial repetitive intergenic consensus primers (ERIC-PCR) were employed for fingerprinting DNA of the bacterial strains. The ERIC-PCR fingerprints of stains SW- 1, SW- 2, and S-SW1 were found to be different, and should be further identified for each isolate. Strains SW- 1 and SW- 2 were identified as Stenotrophomnas maltophilia, while strain S-SW1 was assigned to Ochrobactrum anthropi by BIOLOG system. These two species represented rhizosphere bacterial genera, and possibly were introduced by the hemp plants. These organisms seemed potentially capable of producing pectinase and hemicellulase, and thus effectively degrading the gum substances in the seawater retting. This research could be helpful for improving a novel seawater-based retting treatment of hemp. 展开更多

A new method for the pretreatment of starch by etherification was developed to eliminate the problems of lower grafting efficiency associated with the preparation of starch graft copolymers as warp sizing agents. The etherification of starch with allyl chloride was investigated in order to effectively enhance the reaction efficiency. The tecimological variables of the reaction considered for evaluating the etherification included sodium hydroxide amount, water content in water-isopropyl alcohol medium, allyl chloride concentration, reaction temperature and reaction time. The experimental result demonstrated that the variables considered showed evident effect on the reaction efficiency. For the etherification, a condition of 20% for the water content, 1.5:1 for the molar ratio of sodium hydroxide to allyl chloride, and at 30℃ under 24 h reaction is sufficient to retain the reaction efficiency above 50%. Furthermore, a contrast test demonstrated that the graft efficiency can be increased with the etherification pretreatment. 展开更多

目的调查非创伤性股骨头坏死(NONFH)的病因、发病特点。方法收集2009年1月至2015年12月行手术治疗的391例(534髋)非创伤性股骨头坏死患者的临床及影像学资料。按照疼痛分级标准将髋关节疼痛分为0、1、2级。分析非创伤性股骨头坏死... 目的调查非创伤性股骨头坏死(NONFH)的病因、发病特点。方法收集2009年1月至2015年12月行手术治疗的391例(534髋)非创伤性股骨头坏死患者的临床及影像学资料。按照疼痛分级标准将髋关节疼痛分为0、1、2级。分析非创伤性股骨头坏死的病因。特发性和酒精性股骨头坏死性别与单双侧发病率、病因与性别间的关系。非创伤性股骨头坏死双侧Ficat分期一致与双侧疼痛程度间的关系。结果非创伤性股骨头坏死无明显病因(319例);饮酒(60例);激素使用及其他原因12例。特发性股骨头坏死单侧发病多于双侧,女性单侧发病率高于男性,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);酒精性股骨头坏死单双侧发病差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。酒精性股骨头坏死男性发病率高于女性,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05),特发性股骨头坏死男女间差异无统计学意义。双侧股骨头坏死者中分期一致、疼痛不一致差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05),疼痛不一致大于疼痛一致。结论虽然非创伤性股骨头坏死大部分病因不明,但其发病特点有一定规律可寻,对该病的防治具有较大的临床意义。 展开更多
