Extensive numerical simulations on competitive growth between the Edwards–Wilkinson and Kardar–Parisi–Zhang universality classes

Extensive numerical simulations and scaling analysis are performed to investigate competitive growth between the linear and nonlinear stochastic dynamic growth systems, which belong to the Edwards–Wilkinson(EW) and Kardar–Parisi–Zhang(KPZ) universality classes, respectively. The linear growth systems include the EW equation and the model of random deposition with surface relaxation(RDSR), the nonlinear growth systems involve the KPZ equation and typical discrete models including ballistic deposition(BD), etching, and restricted solid on solid(RSOS). The scaling exponents are obtained in both the(1 + 1)-and(2 + 1)-dimensional competitive growth with the nonlinear growth probability p and the linear proportion 1-p. Our results show that, when p changes from 0 to 1, there exist non-trivial crossover effects from EW to KPZ universality classes based on different competitive growth rules. Furthermore, the growth rate and the porosity are also estimated within various linear and nonlinear growths of cooperation and competition.

The Driving Strategy of Online Ideological and Political Class in Universities Based on SWOT Analysis

The driving strategy for above case could be “upgrading of online teaching platforms”, “building a teaching team skilled in information technology teaching”, “improving hardware facilities” and “joining forces to confront value crisis”.

高水平院校工科专业学困生致困解析与纾困探索--基于中部某“双一流”高校工科专业284名本科学业预警学生的混合研究

工科人才培养是实现科技强国的基石,高水平院校工科专业更承担着输出素质高、能力强、学业精的优秀工程技术人才重任,然而工科学困生作为一个特殊群体已经成为高校“双一流”建设过程中不容忽视的客观存在。文章借助于扎根理论,采用定量与质性混合研究方法,通过对中部某“双一流”高校284名工科专业本科学业预警学生的自我总结及问卷调查,同时从中抽取14名学困生进行深度验证性访谈,结果发现学生学业存在困境的原因主要包括思想认知出现偏差、缺乏必要的大学学业规划、学习模式没有及时调整等主观原因,以及工科专业学业挑战度较大、大学与中学教育的衔接存在断层等客观原因。并据此从加强思想引导、培养学生自我管理能力、构建全员协同育人机制、成立学业帮扶互助小组、夯实大学入学前后衔接教育等维度提出针对性的学困生纾困举措,为补齐高校工科人才培养整体质量短板建言献策。

OBE-CDIO融合视角下体育院校体操一流课程建设的理论与实践

基于OBE-CDIO融合视角,探讨了体育院校体操一流课程建设的逻辑框架和实施建议。研究认为,体育院校体操一流课程建设应紧紧围绕课程目标、课程内容、课程资源、教学模式、师资团队、评价体系等方面设计思路,坚持“以学生为中心、以结果为导向、以实践为载体、以技术为手段”的课程理念。在课程实施过程中,应坚持学生中心理念、立足时代发展需求、共建线上资源平台、建立能力提升机制,从探索多样教学方法、优化课程内容体系、促进课程资源共享、强化师资团队保障等方面进一步提高体操课程育人实效,提升体育教育专业人才培养质量。

乡村振兴背景下地方涉农高校国家一流本科专业建设体系的构建与实践--以玉林师范学院为例

培养现代化的农业人才是服务乡村振兴的重要抓手,加强一流本科专业建设则是现代农业人才培养的重要途径。针对地方涉农高校生物技术一流专业建设中出现的人才培养定位不精确、“双师型”师资力量较为薄弱、课程建设相对滞后、配套资金投入缺乏等问题,玉林师范学院提出明晰人才培养定位、建立“双师型”教师队伍、加强课程体系建设、推进教材建设、提升教师教育教改能力、强化实践创新能力的培养、建设科学的评价监控体系的地方涉农高校生物技术国家一流专业建设的举措,为地方涉农高校一流本科专业建设的新模式提供有益参考。

Study of Swine Leukocyte Antigen Class I-3 (SLA-3) Gene for Inbreeding Wuzhishan Pig

To elucidate the structure of SLA-3 alleles on inbred line of Wuzhishan pig （WZSP） population, we examined the partial exon 1, completed exon 2, and partial exon 3 of SLA-3 loci using the reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction （RT- PCR） and the sequencing-based method in 32 WZSPs. According to pedigree and amplification results, PCR products of 8 WZSPs were selected to clone and sequence. Nine different nucleotide sequences were obtained. After comparing the DNA and protein sequences of the WZSPs SLA-3 alleles with the published GenBank SLA sequences, it was found that the SLA-3 alleles in WZSPs were all novel, but there were very few variations among them. Comparision of SLA-3 and HLA-A protein sequences indicated that there was more sequence homology. Meanwhile, the construction of a phylogenetic tree using the nucleotide sequences of 23 SLA-3 alleles and 1 HLA-A allele represented that the WZSP population owns its unique genetics resource. In this study, the alleles of SLA-3 on WZSP group were successfully detected and analyzed, which provided the firm basis on the genotype of SLA-3 for breeding specific haplotypes WZSPs.

Information systems and information technology (IS/IT) play an important role in supporting the organization to conduct its business processes. The research was conducted at the University of Satya Christian Wacana (SWCU). Business processes in perceived walking SWCU are not optimal in using IS/IT in the organization. The planning process/IT has not been done in all business units and SWCU does not have an Executive Information System that can help in the decision making process. The process of strategic planning of information systems and information technology using The Open Group Architecture Framework (TOGAF) has compiled a few methods of strategic planning. The results obtained by the study of the needs of IS/IT in SWCU generating application portfolio will be implemented in the institution.

Application of Dijkstra Algorithm to Proposed Tramway of a Potential World Class University

Nowadays, the development of “smart cities” with a high level of quality of life is becoming a prior challenge to be addressed. In this paper, promoting the model shift in railway transportation using tram network towards more reliable, greener and in general more sustainable transportation modes in a potential world class university is proposed. “Smart mobility” in a smart city will significantly contribute to achieving the goal of a university becoming a world class university. In order to have a regular and reliable rail system on campus, we optimize the route among major stations on campus, using shortest path problem Dijkstra algorithm in conjunction with a computer software called LINDO to arrive at the optimal route. In particular, it is observed that the shortest path from the main entrance gate (Canaan land entrance gate) to the Electrical Engineering Department is of distance 0.805 km.

世界一流大学“融合型”博士培养模式研究--以英国帝国理工学院为例

英国大学自20世纪初开始发展博士教育,在博士教育方面不断进行改革和探索。帝国理工学院作为世界一流大学和英国著名高校,设置融合型博士培养模式,在博士教育中突出“融合”优势,强化协同培养、跨学科课程设计、国际化能力、可转移技术培训等诸多元素的整合。融合型博士培养模式的产生有着其特定的背景,在招生要求、培养目标和课程设置及质量保障方面形成鲜明的特色,取得一定成效。帝国理工学院融合型博士培养的成功经验对于我国高校在“双一流”建设进程中,如何创新博士培养模式,推进博士生的跨学科培养,提升博士教育的国际化水平和博士教育质量具有一定的借鉴意义。

“双一流”建设高校的路径选择、建设逻辑与发展策略--基于21所高校“双一流”建设方案的文本分析

“双一流”建设方案是我国高校“双一流”建设的路线指南。基于首轮“双一流”建设,运用Nvivo12.0 Plus质性工具对我国21所“双一流”建设高校公开的第二轮整体建设方案进行文本分析。研究发现:“双一流”建设高校在路径选择上立足建设基础,修正建设目标的阶段划分、进程规划与内涵要求,调适建设内容、改革任务、预期成效与组织保障;建设逻辑普遍以“特色一流”为根本遵循,“学科一流”为基本方略,“人才一流”为发展命脉,“借鉴超越”为必然路径。未来“双一流”建设高校需在发展策略上做到坚持三个发展特色、处理好三组学科关系、构建三个人才生态群、立足双重战略视野,从而高质量推进“双一流”建设。
