Here we present a single frequency modulation method based on a torsion pendulum to measure the remanent magnetic moment mr of 1.1 kg dummy copper test mass, and the measurement result is(6.45 ± 0.04(stat) ± 0.07(syst)) × 10^(-8)A · m^(2). The measurement precision of the mr is about 0.9 n A · m^(2), well below the present measurement requirement of Tian Qin. The method is particularly useful for measuring extremely low magnetic properties of the materials for use in the construction of space-borne gravitational wave detection and other precision scientific apparatus.展开更多

Firstly, the transfer relationship from the boundary to engaging disks of double shafts' system (DSS) was constructed. Secondly, the RFC of DSS was deduced out and the methods to select mode shape were presented. Finally, the relationship was extended to multilevel transmission system (MTS), and the RFC of this system was explored. The conclusions is this: 1) the necessary RFC requires the existence of joint engaging couple (JEC); 2) for DSS, the sufficient is the number of boundary transfer factors (f(B)) larger than 2; 3) the whale system can be split into independent groups, the total multiplicity is the sum of independent solution number of every group, the latter is the number of independent f(B), = 0 inside the group minus 1.展开更多

With the coupling effects of lateral, torsional and axial vibrations taken into account, a lumped-parameter nonlinear dynamic model of helical gearrotor-bearing system (HGRBS) is established to obtain the transmission system dynamic response to the changes of dif- ferent parameters. The vibration differential equations of the drive system are derived through the Lagrange equation, which considers the kinetic and potential energies, the dis- sipative function and the internal/external excitation. Based on the Runge-Kutta numerical method, the dynamics of the HGRBS is investigated, which describes vibration properties of HGRBS more comprehensively. The results show that the vibration amplitudes have obvious fluctuation, and the frequency multiplication and random frequency components become increasingly obvious with changing rotational speed and eccentricity at gear and bearing positions. Axial vibration of the HGRBS also has some fluctuations. The bearing has self-variable stiffness frequency, which should be avoided in engineering design. In addition, the bearing clearance needs little attention due to its slightly discernible effect on vibration response. It is suggested that a careful examination should be made in modelling the nonlinear dynamic behavior of a helical gear-rotor-bearing system.展开更多

The dilatations of solid and liquid media are zero, therefore the frequency equation of torsional vibrations is same both for a permeable and an impermeable surface. The coated poroelastic sphere consists of an inner hollow poroelastic sphere bounded by and bonded to a sphere made of distinct poroelastic material. The inner sphere is designated as core and outer sphere as casing. Core and casing are bonded at the curved surfaces. The inner and outer boundaries of the coated hollow poroelastic sphere are free from stress and at the interface of core and casing the displacement and stresses are continuous. It is assumed that the each material of coated sphere is homogeneous and isotropic. The frequency equation of torsional vibrations of a coated poroelastic hollow sphere is obtained when the material of the core vanishes. Also a coated poroelastic solid sphere is obtained as the limiting case of the frequency equation of coated hollow poroelastic sphere when the inner radius of core approaches to zero. Non-dimensional frequency as a function of ratio of thickness of core to that of inner radius of core is determined and analyzed. It is observed that the frequency and dispersion increase with the increase of the thickness of the coating.展开更多

In the study, the crankshaft of diesel engine with four cylinders in line was taken, in which the material is changing from steel to cast iron, due to the technological possibilities of production. For study of torsional vibration of crankshaft system, the construction of equivalent reduced scheme is carried. Reduced inertia moments of discs are determined for each crank of crankshaft, by receiving the impact of piston group and rod mass. Reduced rigidities of crank are determined by experimental method. The results show that the rigidity of crank for the same crankshaft varies up to 6%, while the change between crankshafts goes up 10%. At the end, frequency and vibration forms are calculated using Tole-Holxer method. From calculations, it results that the frequencies are 19% smaller, while the vibration forms varies slightly. In this case, the change of the materials leads to the first frequency in the area of engine rotations and it can worsen the level of torsional vibration, therefore, it should check the resonance areas and vibration amplitude.展开更多
