To de...Multi-product collaborative development is adopted widely in manufacturing enterprise, while the present multi-project planning models don't take techni- cal/data interactions of multiple products into account. To decrease the influence of technical/data interactions on project progresses, the information flow scheduling models based on the extended DSM is presented. Firstly, infor- mation dependencies are divided into four types: series, parallel, coupling and similar. Secondly, different types of dependencies are expressed as DSM units, and the exten- ded DSM model is brought forward, described as a block matrix. Furthermore, the information flow scheduling methods is proposed, which involves four types of opera- tions, where partitioning and clustering algorithm are modified from DSM for ensuring progress of high-priority project, merging and converting is the specific computation of the extended DSM. Finally, the information flow scheduling of two machine tools development is analyzed with example, and different project priorities correspond to different task sequences and total coordination cost. The proposed methodology provides a detailed instruction for information flow scheduling in multi-product development, with specially concerning technical/data interactions.展开更多
A simulated annealing particle swarm optimization(PSO)algorithm is utilized in this paper to plan the motion of space manipulators with minimized base disturbance,not only its attitude but also its position.Since spac...A simulated annealing particle swarm optimization(PSO)algorithm is utilized in this paper to plan the motion of space manipulators with minimized base disturbance,not only its attitude but also its position.Since space manipulators must meet the Law of Momentum Conservation,any motion of manipulators will disturb the spacecraft which is free-float in the space environment.This paper tries to limit this effect to the minimum.First,this paper establishes the mathematical model for space manipulators by generalized Jacobian matrix(GJM) and analyzes its inverse kinematics by Theory of Screws.Second,a polynomial function of seventh degree is used to parameterize the joint motion and quaternion representation is also used to represent attitude of spacecraft.Moreover,this paper designs a proper objective function and depicts this algorithm detailedly and clearly.Finally,the results of numerical simulation are verified by the proposed algorithm.展开更多

Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solutions ensure all the...Designed as a tool for business intelligence, resource planning is used to manage the essentials of a business by integrating processes into a single system. Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solutions ensure all the organizational, operational, and procedural structures interconnection, which can be both an advantage and a disadvantage, knowing that inefficiency within one structure will lead to inefficiency in others. The originality of the approach consists in the unitary analysis of all processes which shipbuilding involves (design;evaluation of ship construction possibilities;contracting of works;contracting of supply of materials and equipment;presentation of inspections for the completed works reception;delivery of the ship into operation). The systemic approach is a notable contribution by highlighting the input and output quantities for the analyzed processes. Also, where it was found relevant, the diagrams highlight the owners of the process and show the interconnectivity of the functional departments within a shipyard. Although it is obviously the expression of in-depth knowledge of the peculiarities of Romanian shipyards, the authors hope that the work can support any shipyard that may be interested in knowing these structures (as a logical scheme mandatory to design a custom ERP software system).展开更多

The modeling simulation results show that the software module has lots of advantages including high accuracy, ideal reliability, powerful practicality in simulation and analysis of distribution network, it only need to create once model, the model can sufficiently satisfy multifarious types of simulation analysis required for the distribution network planning.展开更多
Nikuradse roughness(ks) is very important in the sediment transport prediction because it is related to the evaluations of the velocity distribution, shear stress and erosion depth. Dimensionless Nikuradse roughness(k...Nikuradse roughness(ks) is very important in the sediment transport prediction because it is related to the evaluations of the velocity distribution, shear stress and erosion depth. Dimensionless Nikuradse roughness(ks/D,where D is the sediment diameter) is usually given 1–2.5 on the immobile plan bed or at low shear stress. But it behaves differently on the mobile plan bed at high shear stress with much sediment picked up to movement when the Shields parameter(Θ) is larger than 0.8–1.0. The effective Nikuradse roughness on the mobile plan bed was derived indirectly from the erosion depth correlated to the mobile plan bed thickness considering the mass conservation in the present study. The proposed erosion depth confirmed the relation to the Shields parameters with an extra factor consisting of suspended sediment and its damping to turbulence. The decrement of the erosion depth caused by the increment of the sediment diameter at large shear stress was obtained, which was usually absent in classical empirical formulas based on the bedload theory. Good agreement with experiments was achieved by the present prediction of the Nikuradse roughness, erosion depth and sediment transport rate. Discussion was mainly focused on the prediction improvement caused by considering the impact of suspended sediment and its damping to turbulence.展开更多
