We have considered the formulation and solution of three t...We presented Mathematical apparatus of the choice of optimum parameters of technical, technological systems and materials on the basis of vector optimization. We have considered the formulation and solution of three types of tasks presented below. First, the problem of selecting the optimal parameters of technical systems depending on the functional characteristics of the system. Secondly, the problem of selecting the optimal parameters of the process depending on the technological characteristics of the process. Third, the problem of choosing the optimal structure of the material depending on the functional characteristics of this material. The statement of all problems is made in the form of vector problems of mathematical (nonlinear) programming. The theory and the principle of optimality of the solution of vector tasks it is explained in work of https://rdcu.be/bhZ8i. The implementation of the methodology is shown on a numerical example of the choice of optimum parameters of the technical, technological systems and materials. On the basis of mathematical methods of solution of vector problems we developed the software in the MATLAB system. The numerical example includes: input data (requirement specification) for modeling;transformation of mathematical models with uncertainty to the model under certainty;acceptance of an optimal solution with equivalent criteria (the solution of numerical model);acceptance of an optimal solution with the given priority of criterion.展开更多
Indonesia is the most producer of crude palm oil (CPO) worldwide with production more that 25 million tons in 2013. Through increasing production of CPO the wastes generated are growing up as well. The empty fruit bun...Indonesia is the most producer of crude palm oil (CPO) worldwide with production more that 25 million tons in 2013. Through increasing production of CPO the wastes generated are growing up as well. The empty fruit bunch of oil palm (EFB) is one of the solid waste (biomass) which is generated at the palm oil mill. Its amount is equivalent to the CPO production, but only about 50% of its weight are good fibers for further usage as industrial raw material. The EFB fiber consists an interesting honey comb/lightweight structure. By mixing the EFB natural fiber with bio binding agent based on potato the environmental friendly materials (biocomposites) can be produced which are 100% biodegadrable. The biocomposites with 2 mm thickness have strengthness about 7 GPa according to the 3 points bending test standard of DIN 53 457. After coating process the environmental friendly lightweight materials with density less than 0.4 g/cm3 will be ready to be implemented for different technical applications.展开更多

For the construction of top rank gas pipeline in the world with high standard, high speed and high benefit, the key of specifying production of metallurgical and pipe making enterprises and ensuring quality performance of the steel and steel pipe is to research and formulate a feasible and satisfactory technical Specification for engineering steel and steel pipe with international level. In this paper the author introduces the establishment of the technical specification for West East gas pipeline project, and lays emphasis on the analysis and discussion of principle and method determining major technical indexes related to line pipes for West East gas pipeline. The author also introduces actual material selection of gas pipeline home and abroad, and presents examination and application of the technical specification for West-East gas pipeline.展开更多
