Experience of foreign network economy development and Its Enlightenment to Shanghai

With the integration of various information technology, the Internet economy has gradually become the leading force to promote the development of the current global industrial revolution. Shanghai is one of the earliest areas of the Internet infrastructure construction in China, but also an important source ofChina＇s Internet economy. Today, the overall size of the Internet economy in Shanghai has been in the country, how to further enhance the international competitiveness of Shanghai＇s Internet economy has become one of the key tasks of Shanghai development. From the global perspective, this paper summarizes the development of foreign network economy, and then analyzes the development of network economy in developed countries and newly industrialized countries, and discusses the development experience, and summarizes the corresponding enlightenment of improving the competitiveness of the network economy in Shanghai.

On China's Foreign Trade Development and Linkage with the Customary Rules of International Trade

Although great differences exist between the trade systems of different countries,internationaltrade must go on in line with the customary international trade rules.As China’s economy developsand the socialist market economic system emerges,China is basically qualified to link up withcustomary international trade rules.In the Ninth Five-Year Plan period,China’s reform of its foreigntrade system aims at setting up a trade system that conforms with international trade practice.Forthe purpose,the author of this article suggests that a neutral trade policy should be adopted inaccordance with the international practice since it does not hinder exports,nor restrict imports toan excessive degree.

Analyses and Suggestions on China＇s Foreign Trade Development Pattern Transformation

In coping with the global financial crisis, all levels of the Chinese government and foreign trade firms have not only created new practices but have also changed their goal from transforming the growth pattern of foreign trade to transforming the development pattern of joreign trade.
