After interviewing several experts and analyzing numbers of distributing questionnaires. the author discovered that product differentiation has a positive effect on business model performance. Through SEM. it is revealed that product differentiation at each level have positive effect on business model, with different effect weight. The main contributions of this research are summarized as follows: Firstly, the proposed model of the product differentiation on business model performance lays the basis for scientific measurement of product differentiation and its effect on business model performance; Secondly, this research ranks the importance of product differentiation at different level in B2B market; Finally, this research provides a good reference for enterprises to update their product strategy for better business model performance. 展开更多

With the global rise of Web 2.0 a completely new type of business models—business platforms has arisen and nowadays Amazon,Apple,Google,Facebook are convincingly taking over the lead in global business world(Simon,2011).These four flagship business platforms are followed by countless other platforms in all spheres of business and contemporary life(eBay,Airbnb,Uber,etc.).However,the MBA study courses that could cover all sides of business platform microeconomics and explain their enormous economical success are rarely provided in Europe and still not existed in many countries including Latvia.This paper describes the author’s research of specific microeconomics characteristics of business platforms,the different ways of thinking in marketing,competition and money making strategies in business platforms,platform business determinants,detailed comparison of traditional(“pipe”)business models and business platforms,the strengths and weaknesses of platform business models.As the result of this research,author has elaborated the original MBA study course—“Business Platform Microeconomics”and its detailed plan is attached in references of this paper1.In conclusions,author expressed how specifics of business platform microeconomics define completely different main components of the business model in business platforms in comparison to traditional“pipe”type business models,what is explaining the enormous economic success of this new business model—business platforms. 展开更多

The COVID-19 has brought us unprecedented difficulties and thousands of companies have closed down.The general public has responded to call of the government to stay at home.Offline retail stores have been severely affected.Therefore,in order to transform a traditional offline sales model to the B2C model and to improve the shopping experience,this study aims to utilize historical sales data for exploring,building sales prediction and recommendation models.A novel data science life-cycle and process model with Recency,Frequency,and Monetary(RFM)analysis method with the combination of various analytics algorithms are utilized in this study for sales prediction and product recommendation through user behavior analytics.RFM analysis method is utilized for segmenting customer levels in the company to identify the importance of each level.For the purchase prediction model,XGBoost and Random Forest machine learning algorithms are used to build prediction models and 5-fold Cross-Validation method is utilized to evaluate their.For the product recommendation model,the association rules theory and Apriori algorithm are used to complete basket analysis and recommend products according to the outcomes.Moreover,some suggestions are proposed for the marketing department according to the outcomes.Overall,the XGBoost model achieved better performance and better accuracy with F1-score around 0.789.The proposed recommendation model provides good recommendation results and sales combinations for improving sales and market responsiveness.Furthermore,it recommend specific products to new customers.This study offered a very practical and useful business transformation case that assists companies in similar situations to transform their business models. 展开更多

Nigeria is the most populous black nation in the world, with an estimated population about 150 million people. Its citizens as at the end of 2012 have a projected fish demand of 2.66 million tonnes of fish. Fish supply within the said period was 1.32 million tonnes. This figure was made up of 0.7 million tonnes from importation and 0.62 million tonnes from both artisanal and aquaculture. Of the local production aquaculture contributes only 200 000 tonnes. Studies have shown that fish catch from the wild has reached its maximum production limit and production from this area is currently on the decline. Nigeria has about 1.75 hm2 of suitable sites for aquaculture development. Aquaculture production for 2012 was a meager 200 000 tonues. Aquaculture though a veritable means is faced with a lot of constraints ranging from government's wrong focus on industrial fisheries instead of aquaculture, poor policy formulation and non-implementation fisheries development programmes among others. In spite of these constraints, there were also the following aquaculture investment opportunities such as production of fishing equipment, establishment of modern fish farms, shrimp fishing, fingerling production, table size fish production, brood stock production, fish feed production, ornamental fish farming, production system design and construction, capacity building in project management, packaging and branding. 展开更多

For this, we used the spatial data warehouse technique based on the SOLAP spatial analysis tool. After having defined the concepts underlying these systems, we propose to address the research issues related to them from four points of view: needs study of the Malagasy Ministry of Agriculture, modeling of a multidimensional conceptual model according to the MultiDim model and the implementation of the system studied using GeoKettle, PostGIS, GeoServer, SPAGO BI and Géomondrian technologies. In today's globally competitive world, because of the globalization, new business patterns and the changing nature of consumers, the companies feel the necessity to act strategic in the market and to reach up the target markets and sustain maximum customer satisfaction in order to compete and survive. In this context, within the study it is tried to define product positioning in international markets and global branding strategies conceptually and to focus on their contributions to the overall competitive advantage of the company. Initially, the study tries to present the association between product positioning and global branding approaches of the companies and sustaining competitive advantage. Justifications for the examination of the importance of companies' international product positioning and global branding orientations as a basis of creating competitive advantage were derived from the literature. It is suggested that the companies' product positioning and global branding orientations and sustaining competitive advantage are the important aspects in multinational management and international business areas. This paper focuses on verifying the relevance of two theoretical propositions and related empirical investigation about the relationship between creativity and entrepreneurship. It draws upon a creativity process that considers three "dimensions" or "disciplines" (3D) critical for creative organizations--within discipline expertise, out of discipline knowledge, and a disciplined creative process. The paper first explores the Cobb-Douglas production function as a relevant tool for modeling the 3D creative process. The next part discusses the 3D process as a production function, which is modeled following the well-known Cobb-Douglas specification. Last, the paper offers implications for future research on disciplined creativity/innovation as a method of improving organizations' creative performance. The modeling shows that labor and investment can readily enter into the 3D creativity process as inputs. These two inputs are meaningful in explaining where innovation outputs come from and how they can be measured, with a reasonable theoretical decomposition. It is not true that the more capital investments in the creativity process, the better the level of innovation production, but firm's human resource management and expenditures should pay attention to optimal levels of capital and labor stocks, in a combination that helps reach highest possible innovation output. 展开更多

优化税收营商环境不仅是提高企业生产效率和推动企业转型升级的重要战略举措,而且对实现经济高质量发展具有十分重要的现实意义。本文基于2013—2020年A股上市公司数据,并借助税务系统“放管服”改革试点这一准自然实验,构建多期双重差... 优化税收营商环境不仅是提高企业生产效率和推动企业转型升级的重要战略举措,而且对实现经济高质量发展具有十分重要的现实意义。本文基于2013—2020年A股上市公司数据,并借助税务系统“放管服”改革试点这一准自然实验,构建多期双重差分模型,实证考察了税收营商环境优化对企业全要素生产率的影响。研究表明,税务系统“放管服”改革对企业全要素生产率具有显著的正向影响,且该结论经过一系列稳健性检验依然成立。机制检验结果显示,税收营商环境优化主要是通过降低交易成本水平、提升资源配置效率以及鼓励技术创新来提高企业全要素生产率。异质性分析表明,对于中西部地区企业、非国有企业、环境不确定性高企业和成熟期企业,税收营商环境优化对企业全要素生产率的促进作用相对更加突出。随后的进一步分析表明,税收营商环境优化在提升企业全要素生产率的同时显著促进了企业经营规模扩大和产业链扩张。本文以上研究结论不仅能使我们更好地认识税收营商环境优化的经济效应,更是为培育有利于激发市场主体活力及推动企业提质增效的税收营商环境提供了经验证据与有益启示。 展开更多

伴随着短视频商业模式的发展,短视频网红特质已经成为推动用户形成产品依恋的重要因素,但目前鲜有研究对其中的实现路径与机理进行深入探究。本文基于信号理论,构建短视频商业模式下网红特质对用户产品依恋的影响模型,同时综合运用实验... 伴随着短视频商业模式的发展,短视频网红特质已经成为推动用户形成产品依恋的重要因素,但目前鲜有研究对其中的实现路径与机理进行深入探究。本文基于信号理论,构建短视频商业模式下网红特质对用户产品依恋的影响模型,同时综合运用实验研究与系统动力学仿真的方法对模型进行检验。结果表明:(1)短视频网红特质对用户产品依恋具有促进作用;(2)信任感知在短视频网红特质与用户产品依恋之间起中介作用;(3)生活场景还原不仅调节短视频网红特质对用户产品依恋的影响,而且在短视频网红特质、信任感知和用户产品依恋的中介关系中起调节作用;(4)系统动力学仿真结果表明,短视频网红特质对用户产品依恋的影响是一个长期累积的过程,并且随着时间的推移,这种影响效果愈发显著。研究结果为相关企业的短视频商业模式实践提供了有益的启示和参考。 展开更多

自由贸易试验区作为新时期我国推进制度型开放的“试验田”,能否为新质生产力的培育提供助力并发挥先导示范作用,是当前政策层与学术界普遍关注的焦点议题。基于自贸区设立这一准自然实验,构建交错型倍差法模型实证检验制度型开放对新... 自由贸易试验区作为新时期我国推进制度型开放的“试验田”,能否为新质生产力的培育提供助力并发挥先导示范作用,是当前政策层与学术界普遍关注的焦点议题。基于自贸区设立这一准自然实验,构建交错型倍差法模型实证检验制度型开放对新质生产力的影响效应和作用机制,结果发现制度型开放能显著促进新质生产力发展,自贸区的设立使所在地区新质生产力的发展水平平均提升了约7.490%。机制分析表明,制度型开放加快了市场制度的变革进程,改善了营商环境,从而有利于促进新质生产力的发展;异质性分析表明,制度型开放对新质生产力的促进效应存在差异,在自贸区设立时间较早和非正式制度较弱的地区更为明显。进一步分析表明,制度型开放具有显著的空间外溢效应,对毗邻省份新质生产力的发展具有辐射带动作用;自贸区制度创新水平越高、法律授权支持力度越大、产业集聚效应和吸引高端要素流动的效应越强,对新质生产力的促进效应越明显。研究结论对于进一步优化和完善自贸区建设、释放制度型开放红利、助推我国生产力能级跃迁具有重要启示意义。 展开更多

模块化的核心效能在于降低复杂度,而关键核心技术攻关在本质上也是一种复杂系统。因此,基于模块化视角,根据“动因—过程—结果”的研究框架,以从传统研发模式转变为模块化创新模式的S企业为研究对象,采用探索性单案例研究方法,沿着“... 模块化的核心效能在于降低复杂度,而关键核心技术攻关在本质上也是一种复杂系统。因此,基于模块化视角,根据“动因—过程—结果”的研究框架,以从传统研发模式转变为模块化创新模式的S企业为研究对象,采用探索性单案例研究方法,沿着“产品—组织模块化”的脉络,通过技术、组织、环境层面探究其实施关键核心技术创新的动因、过程及结果。结果发现:模块化赋能S企业关键核心技术创新,成果主要体现在技术创新、产品创新及商业模式创新三方面;技术能力多样化、信息技术发展、合作创新网络、国家发展需要及市场需求推动企业通过模块化实现关键核心技术创新;产品模块化通过联结用户需求和产品特征、灵活组合和集成、独立生产和质量控制、可持续维护和升级赋能企业关键核心技术创新;组织模块化通过整合创新资源,促进企业内、外部组织模块化赋能创新;创新过程中,产品模块化推动组织模块化,模块化组织渗透于模块化产品全生命生产周期。由此建议,企业要敢于将复杂产品进行分解与重新组合,采用独特的技术创新模式推陈出新。 展开更多

新型政商关系促进民营企业高质量发展:理论与实证

构建新型政商关系有利于进一步激发市场活力和更好发挥市场机制作用,对于促进民营企业高质量发展具有重要意义。民营企业高质量发展是我国实现高质量发展的重要基础,是构建高水平社会主义市场经济体制的重要推动力量。以2017—2021年中... 构建新型政商关系有利于进一步激发市场活力和更好发挥市场机制作用,对于促进民营企业高质量发展具有重要意义。民营企业高质量发展是我国实现高质量发展的重要基础,是构建高水平社会主义市场经济体制的重要推动力量。以2017—2021年中国城市政商关系健康指数和民营企业上市公司数据为样本,通过构建双向固定效应模型来考察新型政商关系如何影响民营企业高质量发展。研究结果表明,城市政商关系健康指数提升一个单位,该城市民营企业的全要素生产率则提高11.9%,并且经过一系列稳健性检验后该结果依然成立。从影响机制来看,新型政商关系通过缓解融资约束、鼓励技术创新、提升市场化水平以及激发企业家精神等路径来对民营企业高质量发展产生积极影响。基于此,要促进民营企业高质量发展,首先必须要树立正确的政绩观,着力提高党员干部的市场意识、服务意识,其次加快企业服务体系的构建,最后要完善各部门优化营商环境政策整合机制,强化政策部门和企业之间的协调沟通机制,为促进民营企业高质量发展提供坚实保障。 展开更多
