Firstly, SAO structure is ex...In view of the lack of patent big data in research on technology foresight in the industrial robot field, this paper introduces an improved method based on patent mining and knowledge map. Firstly, SAO structure is extracted from selected patents, secondly, the similarity between patents is calculated based on extracted SAO structure, thirdly, patent network and patent map are drawn based on calculated patent similarity matrix, technology evolution process and future trends of industrial robot are summarized from patent network, and future potential technology opportunities are predicted based on technological vacancies identified from patent map. Finally, this paper identifies six key technical areas and four potential technical opportunities in the field of the industrial robot.展开更多

Different ...The paper provides mathematical analysis of sensitivity of different combination rules in the DS/AHP method when an alternative is added to the set of decision alternatives while solving foresight problems. Different cases of rank reversals are defined and two sets of conditions for these cases using the method DS/AHP are considered. Rank reversals are illustrated when the DS/AHP method is used to solve practical problem of critical technologies of energy conservation and power efficiency evaluation in Ukraine. It is shown that the DS/AHP method is not sensitive to exclusion (or addition) of an irrelevant decision alternative from (or to) the set of decision alternatives.展开更多

This article sorts out the research changes on the speech act from a multimodal perspective.After collecting relevant documents from the two major retrieval systems of Web of Science and China National Knowledge Infra...This article sorts out the research changes on the speech act from a multimodal perspective.After collecting relevant documents from the two major retrieval systems of Web of Science and China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)databases,the research direction of speech behavior in the linguistics field has shown a shift from monomodal to multimodal,and the research object has shown a shift from written language to on-site speech.The research method has changed from formalization to corpus construction.Through these changes,this article conducts a forward-looking discussion on potential research topics in the future,intending to provide assistance for future research on speech acts.展开更多

The increasing importance of technology foresight has simultaneously raised the significance of methods that determine crucial areas and technologies.However,qualitative and quantitative methods have shortcomings.The ...The increasing importance of technology foresight has simultaneously raised the significance of methods that determine crucial areas and technologies.However,qualitative and quantitative methods have shortcomings.The former involve high costs and many limitations,while the latter lack expert experience.Intelligent knowledge management emphasizes human–machine integration,which combines the advantages of expert experience and data mining.Thus,we proposed a new technology foresight method based on intelligent knowledge management.This method constructs a technological online platform to increase the number of participating experts.A secondary mining is performed on the results of patent analysis and bibliometrics.Thus,forward-looking,innovative,and disruptive areas and relevant experts must be discovered through the following comprehensive process:Topic acquisition→topic delivery→topic monitoring→topic guidance→topic reclamation→topic sorting→topic evolution→topic conforming→expert recommendation.展开更多
