Tolerance is essential for integration of CAD and CAM. Unfortunately, the meaning of tolerances in the national standard is expressed in graphical and language forms and is not adaptable for expression, processing and data transferring with computers. How to interpret its semantics is becoming a focus of relevant studies. This work based on the mathematical definition of form tolerance in ANSI Y 14.5.1 M-1994, established the mathematical model of form tolerance for cylindrical feature. First, each tolerance in the national standard was established by vector equation. Then on the foundation of toler-ance's mathematical definition theory, each tolerance zone's mathematical model was established by inequality based on degrees of feature. At last the variance area of each tolerance zone is derived. This model can interpret the semantics of form tolerance exactly and completely. 展开更多

In this paper, we present a high performance control method for position control of DC motors. Fault-tolerant control model are also addressed to combine with neuro-robust control approach. It is shown that with the proposed control algorithms, external disturbances and coupled dynamics inherent in the system are effectively compensated using neural network unit in which no analytical estimation on the upper bound of the reconstruction error and uncertainties is needed. Simulations on various flight conditions also confirm the effectiveness of the proposed methods. 展开更多

Background: Low levels of ambiguity tolerance and distress tolerance observed in people with hemophilia lead to decreasing their function and quality of life. How positive thinking training program affects tolerance of ambiguity and distress is not completely understood. Accordingly, the purpose of this study was to explain the role of positive thinking training in men with hemophilia of Lorestan province and examine its effectiveness on ambiguity tolerance and distress tolerance. Method: The statistical population of this study included 129 patients with hemophilia who were a member of Hemophilia Association of Lorestan province. Thirty (30) patients who were randomly selected were randomly assigned to the experimental group (N = 15) and the control group (N = 15). The design of present study was an experimental design with the pre- and post-test that the experimental group received a positive thinking training. Eight techniques that were adapted from Seligman’s techniques were used to teach positive thinking. These techniques were held in 8-two hours sessions (two sessions per week). The instrument of this study included Simons and Gaher’s distress tolerance scale and McLean and David’s ambiguity tolerance questionnaire. The collected data were analyzed by the analysis of covariance. Results: The results of this study showed that there was a significant difference between scores of post-test and follow-up of two variables in two groups. Conclusion: The amount of ambiguity tolerance and distress tolerance increased in the experimental group in comparison with control group. 展开更多

Then the profile error evaluation is converted into one of these optimal formulations:MINIMAX, MAXMIN and MINIDEX problems, which are easier to be solved than the initial form. To eachone of them, geometric condition and algebraic condition are presented to arbitrate whether theideal element reaches to the optimal position. Exchange algorithm is proven highly effective insearching for solutions to these optimization problems. The Effect of Unloading Positions and Times on Sheet Metal’s Stress-Strain Curve

The loading-unloading-reloading process could affect the tensile deformation of metals with the combined function of stress relaxation and work hardening, which has been reported in multiple experiments. Nevertheless, the effects of different unloading positions and unloading times have not been investigated. In this study, unloading-reloading tests on three materials (AL6061, HSLA and Q195) were conducted. The stress exhibits a rapid rise momentarily upon reloading and stabilizes afterward while the post stress-strain curve deviates up or down from the monotonic tensile curve. The ductility is enhanced by the unloading-reloading process in general. Different unloading positions and unloading times have different degrees of influence on the stretching of these metals. The effect of loading conditions on a medium manganese steel was further studied. The functions to modify the post stress-strain relationship after unloading-reloading were established. 展开更多

It is provided with multiple functions, such as laser scanning information management for goaf, cloud data de-noising optimization, construction, display and operation of three-dimensional model, model editing, profile generation, calculation of goaf volume and roof area, Boolean calculation among models and interaction with the third party soft ware. Concerning this system with a concise interface, plentiful data input/output interfaces, it is featured with high integration, simple and convenient operations of applications. In recent years three-dimensional laser scanning technology has been effectively applied in goaf detection [3 4]. Then a general modeling analysis and processing instrument are introduced to perform subsequent three-dimensional analysis and calculation [5 6]. How to establish a self‐equilibrium configuration is vital for further kinematics and dynamics analyses of tensegrity mechanism.In this study,for investigating tensegrity form‐finding problems,a concise and efficient dynamic relaxation‐noise tolerant zeroing neural network(DR‐NTZNN)form‐finding algorithm is established through analysing the physical properties of tensegrity structures.In addition,the non‐linear constrained opti-misation problem which transformed from the form‐finding problem is solved by a sequential quadratic programming algorithm.Moreover,the noise may produce in the form‐finding process that includes the round‐off errors which are brought by the approximate matrix and restart point calculating course,disturbance caused by external force and manufacturing error when constructing a tensegrity structure.Hence,for the purpose of suppressing the noise,a noise tolerant zeroing neural network is presented to solve the search direction,which can endow the anti‐noise capability to the form‐finding model and enhance the calculation capability.Besides,the dynamic relaxation method is contributed to seek the nodal coordinates rapidly when the search direction is acquired.The numerical results show the form‐finding model has a huge capability for high‐dimensional free form cable‐strut mechanisms with complicated topology.Eventually,comparing with other existing form‐finding methods,the contrast simulations reveal the excellent anti‐noise performance and calculation capacity of DR‐NTZNN form‐finding algorithm. 展开更多

Although Platycodon grandiflorum(Jacq.)A.DC.is a renowned medicine food homology plant,reports of excessive cadmium(Cd)levels are common,which affects its safety for clinical use and food consumption.To enable its Cd levels to be regulated or reduced,it is necessary to first elucidate the mechanism of Cd uptake and accumulation in the plant,in addition to its detoxification mechanisms.This present study used inductively couple plasma-mass-spectrometry to analyze the subcellular distribution and chemical forms of Cd in different tissues of P.grandiflorum.The experimental results showed that Cd was mainly accumulated in the roots[predominantly in the cell wall(50.96%-61.42%)],and it was found primarily in hypomobile and hypotoxic forms.The proportion of Cd in the soluble fraction increased after Cd exposure,and the proportion of insoluble phosphate Cd and oxalate Cd increased in roots and leaves,with a higher increase in oxalate Cd.Therefore,it is likely that root retention mechanisms,cell wall deposition,vacuole sequestration,and the formation of low mobility and low toxicity forms are tolerance strategies for Cd detoxification used by P.grandiflorum.The results of this study provide a theoretical grounding for the study of Cd accumulation and detoxification mechanisms in P.grandiflorum,and they can be used as a reference for developing Cd limits and standards for other medicine food homology plants. 展开更多

为探索狐尾藻对重金属铜的积累和耐性机制,本研究通过水培试验,研究不同浓度铜处理(0、20、50 mg·L^(-1))对狐尾藻(Myriophyllum spicatum L.)生长生理特性以及叶片表皮细胞形态的影响,分析各器官中铜吸收转运及铜在各组织器官亚... 为探索狐尾藻对重金属铜的积累和耐性机制,本研究通过水培试验,研究不同浓度铜处理(0、20、50 mg·L^(-1))对狐尾藻(Myriophyllum spicatum L.)生长生理特性以及叶片表皮细胞形态的影响,分析各器官中铜吸收转运及铜在各组织器官亚细胞中的分布和化学形态。结果表明:各浓度铜处理下狐尾藻均能存活,但铜浓度高于50 mg·L^(-1)时,狐尾藻根、茎、叶生物量相比对照(铜0 mg·L^(-1))处理降低53.48%、36.99%和32.22%。铜处理后,狐尾藻根、茎和叶铜含量分别为11.81~186.34、1.32~7.89、2.11~11.99 mg·kg^(-1),根系中铜含量均高于叶片和茎部。铜在狐尾藻中的亚细胞分布主要位于根、茎、叶的细胞壁部分(36.49%~49.61%、45.44%~49.92%、41.45%~55.92%),其次是可溶性组分(21.65%~25.99%、23.03%~27.65%、18.01%~34.63%)。狐尾藻中铜的赋存化学形态以盐酸提取态、醋酸提取态和乙醇提取态为主,所占比例为76.34%~86.67%,均是活性较低的形态。因此,狐尾藻是铜富集较好的植物,其根部的耐性大于茎、叶。铜以吸附态或蛋白质、果胶酸盐等低活性形态赋存于细胞壁或可溶性组分(液泡)中是狐尾藻积累和耐受铜的重要机制。 展开更多

针对苹果园害虫识别过程中的粘连问题,提出了一种基于形色筛选的害虫粘连图像分割方法。首先,采集苹果园害虫图像,聚焦于羽化害虫。害虫在羽化过程中已完成大部分生长发育,其外部形态、颜色、纹理更为稳定显著。因此,基于不同种类害虫... 针对苹果园害虫识别过程中的粘连问题,提出了一种基于形色筛选的害虫粘连图像分割方法。首先,采集苹果园害虫图像,聚焦于羽化害虫。害虫在羽化过程中已完成大部分生长发育,其外部形态、颜色、纹理更为稳定显著。因此,基于不同种类害虫的形色特征信息分析,来获取害虫HSV分割阈值和模板轮廓。其次,利用形状因子判定分割粘连区域,通过颜色分割法和轮廓定位分割法来实现非种间与种间粘连害虫的分割。最后,对采集的苹果园害虫图像进行了试验分析,采用基于形色筛选的分割法对单个害虫进行分割,结果表明,本文方法的平均分割率、平均分割错误率和平均分割有效率分别为101%、3.14%和96.86%,分割效果优于传统图像分割方法。此外,通过预定义的颜色阈值,本文方法实现了棉铃虫、桃蛀螟与玉米螟的精准分类,平均分类准确率分别为97.77%、96.75%与96.83%。同时,以Mask R-CNN模型作为识别模型,平均识别精度作为评价指标,分别对已用本文方法和未用本文方法分割的害虫图像进行识别试验。结果表明,已用本文方法分割的棉铃虫、桃蛀螟和玉米螟害虫图像平均识别精度分别为96.55%、94.80%与95.51%,平均识别精度分别提高16.42、16.59、16.46个百分点。这表明该方法可为果园害虫精准识别提供理论和方法基础。 展开更多

植物群落结构与环境的关系可以通过研究植物生活型和生态型进行深入的解析,同时植物生活型是研究植物群落的发生、发展及演替规律的重要内容。中国科学院洞庭湖湿地生态系统观测研究站按中国生态系统研究网络(CERN)监测指标体系,在洞庭... 植物群落结构与环境的关系可以通过研究植物生活型和生态型进行深入的解析,同时植物生活型是研究植物群落的发生、发展及演替规律的重要内容。中国科学院洞庭湖湿地生态系统观测研究站按中国生态系统研究网络(CERN)监测指标体系,在洞庭湖周期性水文变化情势下,对洞庭湖湿地洲滩典型植物群落类型的物种组成进行长期定位监测。通过专家对洞庭湖湿地3个典型植物群落(苔草、南荻和水蓼)的长期监测数据集进行验证,确保数据的准确性,然后进行分类处理,得到洞庭湖洲滩2011-2015年植物群落植物生活型、生长型和生态型数据集。本数据集包含有植物种名、拉丁名、生活型、生长型、光生态型、水分生态型、土壤pH值生态型、淤积生态型,共8个指标,同时提供了完整的样地信息和样地管理记录,为数据的科学利用提供了空间和时间上的背景信息。本数据集为分析洞庭湖湿地洲滩植被群落生态型和生活型组成,植物群落与环境的相关提供了数据支撑,是深入研究洞庭湖湿地植物被演替的重要参考依据。 展开更多
